On the night of June 27, we arrived 800 km with our child and entered the hotel to continue on the road the next morning. We were not met at the door. While my wife had the procedures in the lobby, I looked for rubbish to throw the empty bottle in the car, I couldn't find it. In the meantime, we had to change the room that we bought with a sea view because it gave a room with land view and traffic noise. The room also smelled of insecticide, it was incredibly Dusty and runway. Towels were wrinkled. Toilets and sinks were stained. When we left the hotel, we received a sandwich from the kitchen for the child or whatever we had ready-kitchen closed answer. The hotel we stayed the night before, farewell to us by pouring the following behind us. Although my money is not halal, people cannot even go out on the streets during this pandemic period, I will also complain about this disrespect to the Ministry of Tourism, without any mask, social distance, hygienic (yes, they put hygiene kit in the room!)

Old luxury hotel, but still has a certain sophisticated look. None of the usual tourist temples. The kitchen is on a fairly good level. Highly recommended are the rooms with sea view. Konyaalt is a pebble beach.

This hotel is super deservant of a 5 star rating. Very children and family friendly. Went above and beyond to facilitate my 1 year old.

Did the reservation on the phone directly over the hotel. My stay was 3 nights. I had the opportunity to either All inclusive (Hersey dahil) or half board to take. The difference was about 200 . I opted for all inclusive and paid the extra charge. When I arrived then it was said that I did not have all inclusive but all around plus !!!!! This means half pension + lunch and drinks while eating. Everything else at the pool at the bar I have to pay. Now my third night and the phone call was still not listened to although it was said at check-in. Tomorrow I check out and when I was at the reception today, they said 2 hours ago that the report .... ATTENTION, SINCE CAREFUL IN THE BOOKING !!!!!!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH PROBLEMS, THEN DECIDE FOR THE ANTALYA LARA FACILITIES. Here I was for years and never had such problems and even then it was directly clarified.

would have to break this into 3 reviews.. hotel accommodation were avarage it shows its age . Room was quite and had an awesome sea view .. mattress is old ,spring loaded and noisy. Room smelled like kabobs every ight we came home .. 2nd More

Everything is very nice, dining staff rooms but beach away unfortunately so it's 4 stars (if you think of it as a city hotel is excellent)

One of the most beautiful hotels in the city center of Antalya.

The resturant is nice clean, the meals are delicious. There's even a baby buffet. The rooms are clean and spacious. It has a very good beach. The fitness room was excellent. The pool is big and clean. Very beautiful trees in a landscape I, fish have artificial goals. A great place.

Frontdesk are so helpfull. Specially Ali & Mariia. Awesome food items. Clean pools. But no pol activity. Like yoga, pol sports or water activities. Free entery for The land of lagends are good. Free shuttle service for beach is good. But not a beach front as shown in hotel webside. You have to take hotel shuttle or bicycle or almost 100 stairs to up down. Koniyalty beach is really awesome place.

One of the best (formerly antalya sheraton) of the time, this hotel is now a bit weak with the effect of obsolescence. Service and meals could have been better.

Great location near Antalya stadium, super friendly staff. The hotel ground is well designed which includes a nice kids club as well as tennis courts. Our third day onto the stay and I can't fault the place. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel except the rooms are old and far from the sea

The rsbashn treated very badly, the bathrooms are bad the hotel is old

Old Sheraton, even the linens were not staying there. The open buffet at the hotel is nice. After opening the hotel is very difficult to reach by phone, constantly falls off the rogue.

Friendly staff. Turkish cuisine with also Russian dishes. Old interior, pure and well-kept. Good sized box spring beds. Small swimming pool in proportion to the number of rooms. Towels are put away on laying chairs. So you will also find free seats around noon.

All inclusive food not amazing, wifi hasn t worked in our room since arriving, IT tech been out 5 times to fix, works for an hour then stops again. Haven t been able to do any of my work. Hotel restaurant always full of cats (I m allergic). Have stayed in the Dubai Rixos which is lovely however this one is very dated now. The staff however have been mostly amazing all the way through and made the stay much more bearable. Won t be staying again unfortunately
