The furniture is too old the staff are tactless but the room are so big

Managers aren't serious enough. I understood the loyalty of the staff.

It would have been nice if there was an indoor pool, but it was nice to have the outside pool heated as well. The dinners were lovely. Having a spa complex is also a plus, I would say.

Hammer Hotel! Very clean! Everything perfect! Directly across from the Antalya Stadium. Staff very friendly and fast. On the whole a great holiday had.

It's not worthy of Rixos. It needs to be renewed urgently. We stayed for a week and all our clothes in the closet could not be worn with the smell coming from the ventilation. It was also an interesting experience to see the bed sheets. The only thing that changes at breakfast is the location of the products.

Old hotel but very friendly staff and fast service.

5 stars old-fashioned The hotel is old and the furniture is so clean but very clean and well appointed as a hotel and not a resort very close to the center of the country and the transportation is available on a very lively street and a five minute walk to get to the tram excellent breakfast and a very excellent and excellent Rixos

One of the most luxury hotels in antalya city center

The hotel is fully implemented with clean rules, its nature is very beautiful and we will come back to the set next year.

Hotel in the heart of Antalya, a spacious room with beautiful balconies and offers a varied buffet excellent and pleasant but does not have a private beach, but offers a bus to take guests to the beach where there are water games like water tanks tanks and spray and Donuts and Banana Bot and can be paid in these games by cash or card

The territory is not big but well-groomed, one pool. In the city center, on the beach go down in the elevator and across the road to the city beach.

Lovely hotel, the room we had was really nice with a large corner balcony and a really comfy bed. Food was excellent, plenty to choose from and always hot. Entertainment wasn't so good, just a couple of guys singing and playing sax, might improve in high season. Not a lot to do near the hotel, although the football stadium is only a five minute walk. You can visit Land of Legends (water/theme park) free of charge and transport provided, this is worth a visit. Apart from that it is pretty much a hotel based holiday, which we knew before we travelled.

I adore! This hotel is truly a miniature city, it has everything you need, from the gym, to the pool, to the 24/7 restaurant

Our stay in rixos downtown antalya was short but it was good. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with a nice view. I was a bit disappointed as i booked a room with a bath tub but didn t have one in the room.
The facilities and recreation are amazing, the pools, the restaurant and lounges are very elegant. The spa is top!
The hospitality is not great to be honest, and the food can definitely be better as this hotel is rated on of the 10 best properties in town.
The food at the breakfast was very rich however the a la carte lunch was not impressive. The shrimps pasta came with literally one piece of shrimp, while the chicken sandwich plate was tasty.
The fruit selections, and nibbles on buffet were good. I believe people on all inclusive benefit from a generous variety.
The bar cocktails are a little basic, and bar food as well. (Outdoors)
The animator on the pool was really cool and helpful and he is the only person from the team that i would rate as 5 stars. While the reception team was weak - from a hospitality point of view, from being uncertain, to no being able to accommodate our request of a late check while half the rooms were unoccupied. We had a very late flight but the person at the reception didn t seam bothered to hear us.
The pool is great, but it closes very early, this should be considered during summer time as the weather allow for longer use, and all holiday stayer would enjoy it after the sunset.
The pool area, being nice, clean and well lay-off didn t have enough chaise-long and umbrellas to cater everyone at around noon time. Noting that many families went to land of legends earlier and the hotel wasn t at full occupancy.
We had a great holiday in Antalya and Rixos is one of beautiful placed we stayed in, but the price we paid was higher (1.5x) what the rooms were offered at the time of arrival, with much more benefits. So felt that the value of money was a bit lower than what it should be.

Bad hotel, staff don't fancy, shabby rooms, and only Russians, cheap food and didn't taste good. Were in March now.

I will come to antalia this month and al like as; people who have visited and stayed at Rixos antalia about the furnutre. good or bad? New or old?
I would like to visit Antalya by the end of the month and get off at the Rixos Downtown Hotel. I want a question from recently visited furniture. Is it comfortable and new? Or old and worn out?

Centrally located 5 star hotel with quality services. Food is best. Rooms are clean & spacious.

Quiet and nice hotel with clean quality but soulless sounds very boring to me. The food is nice..Pool bath area is nice. Location location nice. It would be great if there was an overpass to the other side.

Five star luxury everything you need and more for a fantastic holiday

City hotel with good service and delicious cuisine. Rooms are well equipped, clean and the view from the balcony is priceless. A well-equipped fitness center ensures that the good food does not leave too many traces Not a typical package hotel. Business people and sports groups are predominantly represented here. A shopping center can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot. Antalya center on foot in 35-40 minutes. All in all recommendable

An old hotel. There is a shower curtain in the bathroom, which leaks water out. There wasn't even an ear stick. Poor quality service. Uneducated staff. Food is awful. It's like driving, Rixos ...

Easy access to the kitchen and the service is great

The former Sheraton has won sooner.
Heated pool and good atmosphere.
Nice rooms and interesting bathroom.
Parking free but limited.
Courteous staff that speaks good English.
