Did the reservation on the phone directly over the hotel. My stay was 3 nights. I had the opportunity to either All inclusive (Hersey dahil) or half board to take. The difference was about 200 . I opted for all inclusive and paid the extra charge. When I arrived then it was said that I did not have all inclusive but all around plus !!!!! This means half pension + lunch and drinks while eating. Everything else at the pool at the bar I have to pay. Now my third night and the phone call was still not listened to although it was said at check-in. Tomorrow I check out and when I was at the reception today, they said 2 hours ago that the report .... ATTENTION, SINCE CAREFUL IN THE BOOKING !!!!!!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH PROBLEMS, THEN DECIDE FOR THE ANTALYA LARA FACILITIES. Here I was for years and never had such problems and even then it was directly clarified.
