Amazing hotel with big gardens and a really nice swimming pool. The restaurant is alazing and the service is excellent.

Don't be fooled by Rixos, which I can say first. Because we were blood. We have seen that it is not as seen in the photos. Going to the sea is torture and in the heat of Antalya. You have to use the elevator of Antalya Municipality to go to the sea. During this pandemic period, you take the same elevator with people who do not stay at the hotel and hygiene is 0! If you do not want to take the elevator, you still use the stairs belonging to the Municipality. So it takes 20 minutes to reach the sea. Drinking is very limited. Even if you want to drink beer, only 25 cl Efes Pilsen gives. He is very weak in activity. Food is mostly meat every day. Food selection for vegetarians is very difficult. Social distance in the food section 0. It does not fit in people and nobody makes an effort to warn people. In short, it is never worth the money you give !! I would never have preferred it if I knew it would be like this!

The natural environment, the mountains and the sea, the scenery, the resort facilities, Chinese and Western cuisine, everything! .

The hotel came as a guest. Pretty good. Great location on a hill near the sea - a gorgeous view, not far from the beach, a wonderful area: lots of greenery, Christmas trees, good air. But I do not know how in the rooms, prices, etc.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service and service were excellent, the staff was gulery, the private beach was very nice and the food has a great taste, the only problem was that the evenings were a little boring, but everything else was very nice except that.

I wouldn't lie in a very nice place with friends in LA and family with the most beautiful place to visit. All employees to come easy days good luck :)

One of the most beautiful hotels in the center of Antalya. The meals were fabulous.

More than Arab population. This also reduces the quality of product running. Breakfast is more than varieties but quality is low. If there are 10 kinds of olives, none is eaten. No nuts. I got salty peanuts. They did not bring milk without lactose. Everything is extra. Turkish coffee orange juice etc ...
The hotel is old Sheraton; rooms not handy. Not particularly comfortable for working. Dark environment. Elevators are dysfunctional.
There is a Turkish foreign distinction in the service. I didn't see any other Rixos. Luxury hotels are claiming they are writing them. Price is 65 euro but 4 star quality. Some employees were selfless but not reflected in general. Luxury hotel would not be that way. Not for business.

The hotel is good but there is business, not entertainment

The center is also a hotel staff meals breakfast is good but the hotel is very old, need urgently to be renovated.

Very good facility, but the employees are not too friendly, and their is the language problem, they do not speak English

It is located in one of the most special points of the city. Its garden resembles a botanical park. You do not expect such a natural environment. I wish there were more places and activities for the city in this hotel

The sea view room was very nice. The pool is a bit small. The gym is good. There is a private beach but you need to walk a few minutes. It is close to the city center. Room service is good.

The hotel is located in Antalya, the hotel is purely for living and conferences. The concept is not at all the same as in Sangeit or Tekirova or in Belek, i.e. not all is included.

One of the worst hotels ever; delayed check-in, unfriendly staff, overused rooms, poor ventilation in the bathroom, wide variety of food but tasteless.

The only benefit is the access to land of legends park though it was very far from the hotel.

Service was bad as I don't recommend 2 nights I stayed with my wife who got the name

The best! Stuff is very nice and very helpful. Food delicious, rooms clean. They check temperature of each person, in and out 24/7 . Simply incredible!

The hotel is worthy! The food is varied. If you throw off the show-off, then a good place for a winter holiday (in the summer, alas, was not))

I didn't stay, but I just called and asked for a reservation. He said there was no room the day I wanted, and I thanked him and then he hung up on me. Throughout the conversation, a repulsive tone was a reluctant conversation, and eventually the phone hung up to shake my face. If you're not satisfied, my colleague. Overall, it was good, but I was at times belittled, or made to feel unwelcome. For starters, I made a reservation in advance for one room, two beds, for two people. When I arrived, I was immediately asked if my reservation was for two rooms. When I told them no, I was told "we don't have your reservation, and we don't have any rooms available." Even though I showed them the reservation confirmation, they said no rooms were available, and the idea was for me to just leave. Calling the booking agency left the ball in my court, and the agency insisted it had been confirmed. The hotel then told me that there was a problem with my credit card and they cancelled the reservation, and emailed me about the cancellation. I never received the cancellation email, and I handed my phone over to the receptionist and she spoke to the booking agent directly. While she was on the phone, a man, whom I assume to be the manager, came out from the back and walked past me, glaring at me like I was some kind of problem.
I would have preferred that he spoke to me directly rather than put the female receptionist in front of me delivering me the ambiguous news. This was reserved and confirmed and non-negotiable. It is my belief that they wanted to make more money off of two rooms rather than one, and therefore they told me there was no reservation. Eventually after being persistent enough, they caved in and told me there was indeed one room available. The room was very nice. The hotel was very nice. The staff for the most part were very nice, but the first impression was definitely not a good one. Be wary of their tactics and how they try to control your money and decide how your money is spent. I didn't let them win and they didn't seem to like that. Other than that, the hotel was very very pleasant. The fitness center was great. The breakfast was full of many options with an outdoor eating area. The private beach was not exactly connected to the hotel, but access was free for those who brought their room card. Would I stay again? Probably not, just because my initial impression was not a good one, and I'm sure that there are better hotels in the area that cost less and treat you with more respect.

Very nice hotel but the rooms aren't. The carpet in the shower curtain and wall on the wall was no longer very old.

Room service is bad ... Cleanliness inside rooms is not good.

Fantastic Hotel, great location, great staff, amazing turkey bath and sauna facilities. Slightly disappointed in the buffet food options, very repetitive and not very tasty at time. Might have to put quality first over quantity.
From Guest relations staff, to reception, waiter, barman, cleaners, spa staff, bus drivers, taxi drivers maintenance staff nothing but 5stars service, everyone was friendly, professional, polite, Curteous, Fantastic Work from the Whole Team.

Completely Amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent hotel with excellent food. In a beautiful location. Recommend.

It is a hotel where you can stay for business, friends or family. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased. From the hotel's meals to the room upon arrival, from breakfast to food were all fantastic. Always friendly. The pool is also just fine, we usually have the sea side. You walk a little for the beach part, but even the stairs to the beach were very nice, you can also use the service, but we chose to walk. Also free entry to the land of legends and a really good facility at the service.

Fun and gives the impression of comfort and a special spa and the most important restaurant in which experiences are not described for all the meals from breakfast to dinner and clean rooms and special conditions and close to the malls and entering the city of legends

The hotel is luxurious and has an excellent location with sea view directly and includes all the facilities of restaurants, cafes and swimming pools and pays attention to the value paid in it and I recommend staying at this hotel without hesitation

This review will be brutally honest. The hotel itself is old and is in need of rapid renovation. The beach is over run by many people who don't go to the hotel and therent a private space for the hotel. There are many destroyed rocks and marked lettering on the beach section. There is no sand but synthetic rocks and an old grass carpet thing in the middle. It's a mess and it's not great. Eye pollution near the beach is very common. The hotel has a strong smell of old carpets and that happens in room hallways not the lobby and the rooms are very stifling. The staff for housekeeping are very friendly but other services are not as great. The sea view however is pretty nice. If you want to come here, it's better if you come to use hotel water park offers because that's great and use the tours. It's eh but there is better

In one word perfect. Recep Erdem, Mehmet enocak and Kenan Bey, and everyone else working there are relevant and very sweet. Kenan Bey is so interested in setting the seedling, soil and pot of a flower that I liked in the garden. Room service, rich options do everything.

The room was not as expected An extra bed was requested and the bed was not reached after 11 pm Also a toothbrush, ear pins and other equipment should be put in place by the hotel

There are shortcomings in hygiene. Other than that a very nice hotel. First hotel I would recommend in Antalya.

The hotel is very good, but some staff are not welcoming and not smiling. But generally, it's a nice hotel. You just have to work on the human side.

Unfriendly and unhelpful stuff on reception. Reply on emails takes 4 to 5 days. I was very disappointed. Hotel and food is good there.

They're sending you to a beach where they're negotiated. Very crowded and if you want to go on foot you need to take a ladder of 178 steps.
