Staff of the smiling faces suggest staff very fast and good work because they wear short sleeve shirt and short pants and they work more comfortable

Good hotel. We went all inclusive and tbh there are much better options out there. One buffet restaurant that served the same thing all of the time. One pool with no entertainment at all. Became very samey by the end of a week.

Very nice staff and nice atmosphere. Clean, and nice rooms. I can only recommend it. The cats also go to the hotel, they are fun there. I was with my husband and we will definitely be back.

Old and dilapidated hotel needs to be restored .. Brushes are not clean .. Breakfast is average .. The beach is closed .. Bad experience will not be repeated and the reason (Shammari tourism)

Worst Rixos ever don t even think about it. The reception is not professional also we paid extra charge to have sea view and we got a garden view. Total fraud!!

Simply one on the worst experience you can get from a 5 stars hotel. At booking time the hotel sent me an email in case I needed anything, and in fact I replied with a simple request, it s merely asking that we are on our honeymoon and we are expecting an unforgettable stay, which was the contrary, and no one even bothered to reply. The check-in process was smooth, the hotel entrance is nice, feels like 4 starts, which is pretty good compared to what you d expect from a 5 starts hotel rooms. The rooms were old, bathroom has spots of rotten metal, and carpet felt awfully dirty, the curtains were to short to cover the morning light, the housekeeping was careless, they did the room maybe in 5 minutes, which felt untouched, we ve been told that the mini-bar would be refreshed each day, and the second day nothing gotten refreshed. The staff was mixed between grumpy and friendly. Now that was somehow bearable till the moment the housekeeping of the pool side, decided we do not exist and took our towels and shirts and threw them in the laundry basket like we weren t there, and just ignored the fact that the room key was there. In that exact moment I had my complaints delivered to the manager, which was all ears and none actions. Oh and the laundry service charges 9$ for ironing a shirt. STAY AWAY.

We stayed with my girlfriend for 10 days, the service was superb staff, very friendly food, the pool, in short, everything is superb, especially the kitchen chef Sad k Bey at the reception, be it Em r Bey at the beach, Kadir Bey or my sevkan brother, in short, I thank everyone for their interest and relevance. thank you dear

It was a perfect holiday, thanks to the rixos family and especially to the great gentleman. They are very fortunate to have such a high quality and friendly staff. The reason I'm coming to this hotel again is the great gentleman. Everything was very good.

The food is mediocre, and so is the facility in general. It is an old building after all.

It is a lux hotel but the comfort of the cleanliness you are looking for does not have the unfortunate.

Hotel is excellent. But for the first time I was in a 5 star hotel to make a note about a dish brought from the restaurant to the room. This is strange and ridiculous to me.
I'm disappointed.
But she still loved me.

Didn't accept my LeAccor membership because I used a booking company. I've stayed at multiple LeAccor hotels where they have allowed this. Terrible service.

The hotel was really clean. Keep all condition according to COVID-19. The room was clean. Towels were changed everyday and bar was add everyday. Every 2 day was changed bedclothes. Very tasty dishes and drinks. So I recommend this hotel.

I went to a seminar in a very nice and stylish place with a very nice pool in the middle of green trees.

Room was poor and dirty. Look like it was 10-15 years without repair

I think it's a shame if I can't get a Turkish raki in a 5 star hotel in Turkey and have to pay extra for what I get although all domestic drinks are included.

the welcoming and hospitality of the guests, the service delivery, attention and relevance, the room-care (it was very nice and clean) especially the restaurant section was superb with all the staff.

Nice hotel where the price / performance ratio is right. One is by taxi for the equivalent of 2-3 euros in the city center. Right next to the hotel there is a taxi rank. Breakfast was OK. Pool area nice and never crowded. Daily free shuttle to Land of Legends recreational and aqua park (free admission included). The private beach is accessible by a free shuttle. Unfortunately, the beach is quite small and the food and drinks overpriced there.

Had a great family holiday. Taken a full board.. All meals drinks 3 nites package and enjoyed it.
Firstly had a luxurious limousine coach for our airport transfers and sightseeing.
Vast property overlooking the sea from above. Lovely view with large pools, beautiful long Cycling path or jogging. Did a sunset cycling which is etched in my memory for years to come.
Smiling staff.. So much food to eat, buffet all times. But found the buffet too large, with people wasting so much in their plates.
Evenings in d lounge were good with a lady on piano, a very good singer singing famous Hollywood songs.. Everyone dancing. Bar flowing with unltd drinks cocktails.
There's a hamam too in the spa. Seperate one for ladies.
Rooms were spacious n clean. All in all a great stay

A quality facility. The service was fine, we went for the meeting. The only problem was presented with a cup of tea in the meeting room. Turkish tea in glass cup.

Above all, Abdullah and Fikret beyler, especially the cooks, deserve to be thankful of the administration.
