All inclusive food not amazing, wifi hasn t worked...

All inclusive food not amazing, wifi hasn t worked in our room since arriving, IT tech been out 5 times to fix, works for an hour then stops again. Haven t been able to do any of my work. Hotel restaurant always full of cats (I m allergic). Have stayed in the Dubai Rixos which is lovely however this one is very dated now. The staff however have been mostly amazing all the way through and made the stay much more bearable. Won t be staying again unfortunately
