Terrible experience from rivoli service team.Identified a time lagging problem in the Tissot watch I bought, gave to rivoli for service and they promised me a deadline of 10 days for service.Now they are telling it's 30 days and they will tell the amount to repair.Its purely a hardware problem and they are telling I need to pay for it.its still under warranty.
Don't ever buy watches from rivoli guys.
