I am writing about my experience at your location on festival city mall (hour choice ).

in Jan 2018 i bought two watches , one from the same branch and the other from diera city center.

this month i found out that it seems that there is water inside , the watch is water resistant and i never put any water on it.

i went to same branch in festival city mall on Aug 09 and the sales staff ( raja )said he will send to service center and within 4 weeks it will be fixed, 4 weeks long time to get my watch fixed but i said its ok no problem .

on Aug 15 i received message in my phone from rivoli that i have yo pay 230 for movement exchange and again for leather replacement,since the watch in warranty and its not my fault , why i have to pay all of this !!! i called the customer support and they said yes your watch in warranty and sorry its mistake.

today Aug 28 i went to the store in festival city to follow up , raja called the service center he said i have to wait until end of September to get my watch fixed, again i have to wait 1 month more .

i wrote email to customer support , unfotunately i didn't,t get any response.

I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with customers.

i am so fed up with your service , and it will be the last time to buy watch from your stores.

really bad experience.
