The food was ok, quite pricey for what u get, and the customer service was appalling,, the ladies were rude no greeting.what so ever these people need to remember that we pay their friggen wages not happy

Great Pub for Lunch! and still good but busy for dinner.

Overall riverside has great tasting and portioned food even if it is on the expensive side for a Pub.

Lovely out on the deck by the water and the food was excellent.

Daughter enjoyed a good parmi, location excellent, great range of beer on tap but seriously awful food and the queue to order ridiculous, dissapointed. No second chances for this pub.

Casual relaxing environment with reasonably priced food and beverages

Went in with my partner to play the pokies. Pressed the service attendant button, waited 20 minutes and no one came so we left.

U will not get any feeedback from me RE at any of theze places you have mentioned. I go quietly to do shopping then come home, as long as I get what I need then dash out so please don't ask me any of this again as they are a waist of my time but trust I will certainly let you know if it's

I go there every Tuesday night for trivia quizz, great vibe,good food and a lot of fun

I know it was busy, but some of the bar staff need to get personalities. The place needs an upgrade

Great food, big servings, some great specials and the view over the Weir is million dollar, great place to have dinner with family, Catch up with a mate or watch the game.

Nice comfortable pub. From the giant screen for sports, to the function room, to the nice big deck where you can enjoy a meal, it s a great place to hang out with mates for a drink or with the family for a feed.

Ok spot for a cold one with the boys, not as nice as it once was however.

We booked ahead of time and made sure they were aware of the arrival time, as it was quite late. They told us it was totally fine.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the doors were locked and no one at all was there to let us in, forcing us to find alternative arrangements late at night in a foreign city. DO NOT PATRONISE THESE SCUM.

Great place to stay if you just need a bed after days of sight seeing clean friendly staff only reason we moved on early was the stairs. After long days at hospital it was too much to climb them any more but we definitely recommend a stay here

Friendly staff and riverside accommodation good for short-term stay.

My friend had her 21st birthday party here in a lovely small function room. There was some good food served and the drinks from the function room bar were good too. All staff seemed to be lovely and helpful.

Good laid back atmosphere. Does excellent fish and chips at lunch (recommend the
barramundi). A good solid pub to visit

Excellent location, overlooking the Ross River. Service and wait time was average. A place where a lot of regulars attend. I would return if invited for a function or meal.

We had an experiance which was upand down with customer service.we started with a few beers.great.nothing wrong here.no ashtrays in smoking area and was questioned where ash was going.ordered a steak.medium rare. Steak was over done and parts was medium to well. When questioning staff they said its not bleeding can we cook it further. Ah no thanks u have already over cooked it.plead my case for 5min then decided just to eat it.

Great view of ross river over the weir. Spacious deck is wonderful for an after work beer.

Great place to eat and drink. Wings are especially good! The food does not always come out so fast so it is best to visit when you have the time to relax and enjoy (preferably with a beer). This is a great place to meet up with friends and have a great night.

Good choice of beers but the food was expensive and poor quality. Mostly out of a freezer.

The service was great, the beers cold but the food was disappointing :( Quality seems to have dropped a long way since my last visit!

I give 5 star for your meals and hospitality every time we come down from mount isa to visit Townsville hospital for appointments we make time and make sure we go and a meal at Riverside tavern
