Absolutely the worst place I've ever worked at.... From the parking to the pay!! You world be better off working for McDonald's. No joke!!!

Inland metal technologies game me a opportunity 6 years ago working in the machine shop making good quality parts for customers and on time I first came to work for inland metal with minor skills they help me develop my talent now in a skilled machinist the company really change my life for the better for me and my family by giving me a chance to show them what I'm capable of doing make good parts along the way

Very bad place to work they treat the employees like trash

I had the pleasure to work here and learned a lot of new skills. They were kind enough to let me be part of their team until I had to go back to study in Pomona. The work environment is pleasant and the people are very professional. They are very supportive to students who want to learn and grow. I will like return to this place during my breaks.

My mother has worked here for over 10 years and has demonstrated great satisfaction in this job since she got it when i was in 2nd grade. My mom gives her all every time she goes to work and as of today she still holds her position there, unlike the lazy people that quit the job after a bit of pressure is applied. Thanks to this company, my mother has been able to nourish and cover the costs of my 2 little brothers and I since the late 2000 s and now that i am in College, i look forward to gaining experience alongside this company.

They go through employees like tissue paper. You see them posting on craigslist all the time.
Don't waste your time.

Worst place to work. Pay is horrible they lie about your pay rate and raises. Constant hiring of employees because everyone leaves.

very bad customer service they wont help with anything

I ve worked at Inland Metal for 5 years now and have seen the company grow and flourish into the well oiled machine it is today. First and foremost they take safety very seriously and try to make sure employees are returning home to their families, safe and sound. They treat employees fair and offer competitive pay for the manufacturing industry. Aside from this, Inland strives to keep their customers happy. Their panel of highly skilled engineers are constantly adding process improvements to meet the ever growing demands of customers in Silicon Valley. Inland takes pride in their ability to acquire train and develop top performers who ultimately comprise the Inland team. A team that helps build stuff that changes the world!
