Horrible service. Never can get anyone on the phone. I dropped off my truck 2 days ago and they still haven t even looked at it. I told them that i was in a hurry and could take it to another shop, but they said they would look at it by end of the day, now it has been 2 days, and no calls, no nothing. They never pick up the phone. Lots of choices when it comes services.. i wouldn t take it to them.

I went to Riverside Chevrolet dealer 12/30/2021 with the quote that I received from Tony Bozarth General Sales Manager Riverside Chevrolet
(Not :Scott General Sales Manager). I spent 5 days to get this quote on line.
When I test & view 2021 Surburban, everything when wrong.

Internet sales GM was not there to show this car but a nice guy showed me and explained about the car. But he did not about this 80K car. To make a long story to short, he made lots of mistakes.
He said that I should be very happy to buy 80K car without any problems.
And I do not have to buy nor upset about the salesmanship & the quality of the car. If you do, jut don't buy 3-4 times. But I still want to buy this dream car for my family. When I checked the bottom of the car and check ed the oil leaking near the oil filter & took a photo. Ths gay said well don't worry about the car. The warrenty will take care of it. What a salemenship & the quality of 80K car! Finally, when I said I can not buy this car. This salemen said well okay and turn back without any more words.
Now I understand that this guy did not want to sale this car to me for some reasons.
I will never ever go back to this Riverside Chevrolet dealer!

The absolute worst customer service and response time. I had to call for days trying to get anyone on the phone. Left multiple messages and never get a call back. After you pay they stop caring.

I'm not pleased with Riverside Chevrolet at all. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2 hours and after 4 hours I called and was told that Maria would phone me back. 45 minutes later I called back and was put on hold for 27 minutes before they hung up on me. A 2-hour job turned into a 5-hour job. Not the place to take your car for service

We have been working with the Parts Department with this Dealership for many years. Recently we had a Warranty issue on one of our Fleet Vehicles that had 30,000 miles on a New Transmission that Failed. It was purchased with a Warranty of over 100,000 miles. We went to the dealership after contacting the GM Warranty Department by calling the Toll Free 800 Number as we were told the Transmission was not under Warranty by the Parts Department. We were instructed to come back by the Parts Department, and one of the Technicians who was with the Parts Department Rep Bill, the next morning at which point we were yelled at by the Service Manager to get the Hell out of his Service Drive!!! I personally have called to speak with the General Manager of the Dealership who I was told is Tony? No return phone calls have been made to me or our Company. Our Company has spent well over $10,000 in parts for our Company Vehicles and for privately owned vehicles. On 11/18/19 was told by Bill in the Parts Department that he was very sorry but the Service Manager said they were no longer able to sell me/our Company Parts and that it wasn't his decision. This is the Last Car Dealership I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from, parts or getting a vehicle serviced. Worst Service and Customer Service Ever. Pretty pathetic that the Management or Ownership doesn't care about loyal customers.

In every respect but one the deal went down smoothly. Exception: why is it that so many dealerships have only one authorized "writer" through whom all transactions have to be funneled. Is it because he's the only employee you can find who you can trust not to screw up or embezzle? This guy -- and I'm not criticizing the individual in question, just the way your office is structured -- serves as a human bottleneck and I was required to waste an amazing amount of time waiting for him to get freed up. This turned what would otherwise have been a pleasant experience into a very unpleasant one indeed. You need to rethink the whole process and probably have two or even more guys authorized to handle money and process paperwork.

Dont go to Luis will make fake promises and not follow threw. Only asked him for car mats when buying the car since he did not lower price and was told he'll call when he has them, after various visits still not mats. Bought a 2017 camaro used and there is an odor coming from the AC took it too service department 2 days after buying where they proceeded to keep the car for 3 days too simply put deodarizer that wore off in 2 days -.-

Just bought a Chevy Colorado Z71 2016 from this dealership. Very happy about the customer my wife and I received from Emmanuel Meza and Alfred Vilas. Emmanuel really went above and beyond. He is very professional in dealing with us. I worked in auto sales back in the late eighties and I must say if I had someone like Emmanuel and Alfred in my team, I would definitely be doing a killing every day in auto sales. My wife and I told ourselves that if Emmanuel ever goes to Toyota then we would probably consider buying a Tacoma for our next truck. That's how much we appreciate doing business with these guys. Everything perfect Iam not likeing the oil spots all over below the back bumper.I did call in and told Mr Arroyo.It looked like it was not washed Also I was promised a full tank of gas and it was almost half ( Apon Delivery) Sincerely.

Call to get quoted on a regular oil change and they said it was $200 which I thought was outrageous so I called another Chevy dealership and they said that the basic oil change for the vehicle that I have is only 7499 so why are they charging $200

I live in San Diego but came down to Riverside for a family event. Ended up having my 02 silverado break down and decided to see what they had in stock used/new and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Was St Patty's day weekend so they might've had some sales and were pretty busy. Alfredo took the time to walk me around when I was only interested in used at the time. Ended up test driving some of the 17's and loved it. Ended up buying a new car. Nasir one of the managers sat me down and went over in detail the terms and my offers for financing, 100% transparent. Always a long process but I will definitely go back. Ask for Alfredo, he was the most hard-working guy there and went above and beyond my expectations.

We were not pressured By any team member, we felt like we were given amazing service and appreciated there help in making a deal

I had the worse experience of my life with your dealership. This was the first time this has happen. In the past the advisor would go over the recommendations from the mechanic. I have not been told anything. I see things that need work but do not understand them. I have made a few calls only to be sent to voice mail. I really dissatisfied with my service.

Horrible dealership! Had my mom take my car in and James the service writer quoted her 1900 to replace part. I thought that was too high and called Lake Chevrolet and they quoted me 800 for the same job. I couldn t get any useful answers from the service manager Steve Edwards. I truest believe they were trying to take advantage of an old lady!??? Shady shady business!!! Buyer beware!!!!

I received less than stellar service and would burn my truck to the ground before considering taking it to riverside Chevrolet for service again.

I found the vehicle I wanted online and confirmed with the dealership that it was still available. I came in the next day and worked with Habib. He didn't pressure me, waste my time and was quick to get the process moving. I had met my salesperson, drove the car, did the negotiating, signed my paperwork and went through finance in a smidge over an hour. Cant beat that! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

I own a small business here in Riverside and one of our Chevy Colorado service trucks had a cooling system issue at the end of the workday. After trying to determine where the best place to take the truck to get the repairs done correctly, we instructed our technician to take it to Riverside Chevrolet to inspect and have it fixed asap.
It was very important to us to have this truck back on the road quickly, because we did not to want to disappoint our customers by having to reschedule their appointments that we had already scheduled for next day.
Denny our Riverside Chevrolet Service Adviser understood our situation and made sure our truck was diagnosed and corrected first thing in the morning and also did not charge us a small fortune to do this!
Denny and Riverside Chevrolet knows the importance of great and prompt service, and seem to really take pride in providing that!! I will not hesitate to use them again when needed for our truck repairs, they did not disappoint.

Ever since new ownership, Chevrolet has been great. Easy to make an appointment, shuttle service to and from my work, and the service I had for the oil change was less expensive than the other companies like Pep Boys. Employees have been very kind to me since new ownership, great work!

bought a 70k ZL1, was upsold the perma plate, was never called to do the service... got a run around from one person to another.. finally when I got them to do the work, gave me the run around about them not having someone to do it and they had no loaner vehicles I absolutely regret bringing my business to this dealership, first and last time.

I went in to buy a 2014 Silverado. I was upside down in my trade but had an idea of where I wanted to be with my payment. After finding the truck I wanted and test driving, I finally sat down with the sales manager. They did not seem like they wanted to work with me and my situation and earn my business in any way as far as meeting me in the middle on what they would give me for my trade compared to how much that I was willing to take. After pretty much wasting time, I took my trade and drove down to Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula. Their sales and finance team was able to "work" with me and I bought the exact same truck and drove it home only hours later! The only reason that I gave two stars is because Massood, my sales guy was polite and pressure free.

David (salesman) and Max (or Match, cant remember his name) made the deal come through, and made it happen even after a little bit of a hiccup.
Great guys, they treat you good and dont BS you like other dealers that all they do is wasting your time.

Want sales persons that will do whatever they can to give you the best price in town? GO ASK FOR THESE TWO! .....take it from me, I'm in the autoloan industry and believe me I know the difference.

I went into Singh Chevrolet this morning not only to claim a prize I won through a locally distributed scratch-and-win invite in the mail, but see what financing options would be available for a used vehicle. I walked inside the lobby - no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I saw that it was busy, so I took a seat near by and patiently waited. Thirty minutes had passed, and although sales representatives walked by and saw me unattended, again, no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Eventually, I walked up to a sales rep and told him I was here to claim the prize and financial options - he told me to take a seat and someone will assist me. Another thirty minutes passed - no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. After an hour, I walked out, and threw the potential prize card in the trash.

That type of customer service is absolutely pathetic and ridiculous. Not to use the race card, but I watched every other person who wasn't Caucasian get service except for me. Is it because i'm white and the sales reps were of different race?
So I didn't get the prize today - Not a big deal. Wasn't expecting anything to be honest. I originally came in as a potential customer, but now I am never returning back. If this is how Singh Chevrolet handles business, then they're creating a horrible image for themselves.

I went to get my Malibu serviced and they were very helpful and very kind!
They were very professional, and when they delivered my car, they gave me a ticket for a free car wash.

I am very pleased with the way they do business!
