Mr Ali Tahir and Mr. J. Ivan Agudo were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. This duo made our car buying experience a pleasant and successful event. They made my Wife and I feel comfortable and not embarrassed about our current financial situation with reassurance that we would walk away with the vehicle of our choice. I am and will recommended to my family and friends that they go see Mr. Tahir and Mr. Agudo at Riverside Chevrolet for their next vehicle purchase.

We had a great experience. We would like to recognize Manny Markakis because he demonstrated excellent knowledge, took the time to explain in detail all about our new acquisition, and showed us the real price of the car with the discounts and rebates.

If I could NOT give this dealership a star I would. Dropped off a 2015 Tahoe LTZ. Bought new tires, new brakes new calibers. Drove it off and felt slippage in transmission. Brought it back and was told it would be warranty. A few days later got a call that the transmission was not warranty due to them finding a pin hole which leaked out fluid. So gave so much down to have them purchase a new tranny. They took their sweet time, meanwhile never telling me how much it would be so I can start getting together the funds. 3 weeks later I get a call it was done. Still hadn't given me a price so I told them give me a few days to get funds completely. I went in early last week to pay for it and pick it up, BAM they put a lien on it. WHAT!!! Then went back friday with the amount of the lien and both the owner or manager were not there so I could not pay for it. Went yesterday and BAM was told they took it to the auction!! Can you say LAWSUIT!!! 42 days later and I am fighting to keep my 55k vehicle. This dealership is a freaking joke!

Ivan was GREAT!!! I contacted him on friday to make an appointment and to let him know what I was looking for. I am on crutches so I asked him to drive for the test drive and he answered ALL my (?)s. He was patient and kind and helped with whatever was needed. Hes an asset to your company and also a great salesman. He listened to what I needed and asked and he gave me that. He did not pressure or be mean or rude. This is why I keep coming back to this dealer. I used it before when it was Singh and forgot that it changed but I knew and trusted this dealer and I am soooo very happy I did!

I previously had an issue at the service department. I spoke with Mr Noori. He apologized it had happened and corrected the problem. He went the extra step and provided extra service.

The Service Dept has been easy to work with and timely in getting it done.

It was quick. I thought I would be there all day long, but to my surprise, I was driving home in my new Silverado in no time at all.

Great sales, management and finance staff! Never felt pressured, worked out great deal and trade-in, better than the other 2 dealers we went to. Extremely satisfied!! Will certainly return to Riverside Chevrolet for next car purchase.

After dropping off my truck for an oil change I had some questions about possibly adding a transmission service as well. I sent a reply to the automated text message i received from the service advisor to call me, 30 min later I left a voice message on the service dept. answering machine (still during business hours), AND I left another voice message the next morning, during business, and I never received a call back! All I wanted was some information about the transmission service for my truck. I ended up calling a local repair shop who answered all my questions and will be servicing my transmission monday morning.

All the people involved in servicing my car, from the initial appointment, pick-up, service, and delivery back to me, did a wonderful job. I especially appreciated the patience, expertise and advice of Steve, who took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience!

I have been beyond satisfied with my experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Riverside Chevrolet In Riverside, Ca.
In 2007 I bought a new Chevy Tahoe SUV. When I took it off the lot it had 26 miles on it. As the day I bought my new Chevy Silverado Truck ( 12/16/15 ) My 2007 Chevy Tahoe has 277,000 miles on it & is still running strong thanks to the excellent service department at Singh Chevrolet. My service manager whose name is Dion Vaughan is absolutely the best. He keeps me informed of every step & cost they are doing while it is in service & I'm waited on promptly.

When it comes to the sales department my sales professional, Masood Noori , will treat you like a human being & not a commission check.
I'm in sales as well but in Real Estate Sales. Houses / Commercial buildings & the public used to take tests to see who was the most hated. Car Sales People or Real Estate Sales People. We won, Real Estate Sales People for the last 5 years & I myself don't blame the public for thinking that way.
But it is up to the sales professional you are dealing with to have an excellent experience.
Masood Noori is far from being a pushy sales professional. Like I said he will treat you as a person & not as a commission check. I treat my clients the same way so I knew from the start it would turn out exceptionally well!!

Finance is also a very pleasant experience & my representative there was Brian Connelly. Usually this is another experience everyone hates to go through as well but working with Brian Connelly in financing was very pleasant & easy going. I have financed a lot of vehicles in my time & this experience was the best I had.

Last stop is the closing manager, Avinder Arneja,
again I'm more than satisfied. In finalizing the sales contract, financing contract, warranty & other items involved in the sale she was very articulate to explain everything to me in detail of the contract & related warranties & financing. There were no surprises. Everything item was covered item by item.

In my opinion when you are ready to buy a new Chevrolet the only place to go is Singh Chevrolet in Riverside & see the people I mentioned above. You will not be disappointed!!

Best deal anywhere on a diesel Colorado! Very friendly and no pressure from the staff. I usually hate having to going through the chore of buying a vehicle and taking a whole day to get it done, but Riverside CHEVY had me out of there in about an hour and a half. What a great place to shop or just check out all the new models.

Pulled up today to pick up a couple of belts Nd locked keys in the car....worst thing to happen at the best possible place haha! I had told one of the sales guys there and he quickly responded by running over to the shop to see who was available to pop my lock. Got oil change and mentioned that i needed to bring my car back for further diagnosis after being in for repairs for four days back in Feb and still having same issues with my car. Didn't take too long for the oil change, but they never wash my car even though they have a sign saying its complimentary. I guess I need to specifically ask them to do it.

Julian was great. I know he is new and still learning but I LOVED his patience and relaxed attitude. I don't like car shopping because I always feel rushed and pressured. He let me ask all of my questions and opened up the 2 vehicles I was looking at and let me go back and forth for a while, until I made my decision. I really appreciated it.

Originally had a bad experience (review below). Tony contacted me and i went over my complaints again. He asked if i would be willing to let him make it right. I told him what i had wanted when i first walked in. He called me back an hour later with the exact deal i wanted and told me the truck would be ready whenever i wanted to pick it up. Tony, Raul and Joseph took a bad situation and turned it around and made it great. Because of this i would recommend them to my friends and family and ill go there for my next truck!

Old review:The salesman we worked with started out nice. Then after running some numbers my wife and I decided to proceed. He came back after taking mine and my wife s information and had us start signing paperwork. When I asked him if we were approved he looked at us confused and said, "I assumed your credit scores were 700". I m not sure why he would do that, but I should have known things were about to get worse. He came back with payments far higher than I wanted and after some haggling down we settled on something my wife and I were happy with. The salesman then proceeded to tell my wife the reason I wasn t getting a better payment was her fault. He tried to explain an alert on her credit report, but it was clear he had no idea how to read a credit report. Turns out he ran the wrong social security number and that set off the alert he was talking about. He kept bringing up stuff on my wife s credit report like it was all "her fault" Very rude to my wife. I should have left then, but my wife was understanding and said let s just wait, he already got us approved (as he had said). The salesman kept telling us he was just waiting for the "green arrow" because they were trying to clear the alert, but that once that was done we would be good to go. Another 2 hours later and some questions and it turns out he had never gotten the exception approved and was still waiting on the approval in general. He came back and said, "they didn t approve the exception and so were back at the old payment amount". At this point after having been lied to repeatedly by the sales person (who tried telling us he was a manager) my wife and I stood up, asked for our documentation and left. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report because George has no idea what he is doing. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership for your next car purchase.

Nice dealership, I d give them 5 stars but WHY ARE THERE FOOTPRINTS ON THE CEILING?

This was my final of the 2 covered services from Chevy on my 2018 Tahoe. They did a great job in completing my service as quick as possible and kept me up to date while waiting at the dealership.

I ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE SINCE MONDAY AND WAS ALWAYS PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MIN, IT'S NOT UNTIL I ASKED TO SOMEONE AND TO STOP PUTTING ON HOLD THAT PAULA GOT SOMEONE. SOMEONE THAT DID NOT HELP BECAUSE MY LINE DROPPED AND HE SURE DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK .

I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP AND EVEN WE DONT CHARGE THAT MUCH EVEN WHEN WE ARE OVER PRICING.

Horrible dealership! Had my mom take my car in and James the service writer quoted her 1900 to replace part. I thought that was too high and called Lake Chevrolet and they quoted me 800 for the same job. I couldn t get any useful answers from the service manager Steve Edwards. I truest believe they were trying to take advantage of an old lady!??? Shady shady business!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Went to Chevy July 12 looking for a new suv and the salesman didn't know anything because he was new and he kept mentioning it so he brought out the RUDEST FINANCE MANAGER I'VE EVER MET. Long story short he cut my wife off while she was talking and said cant do business here thanks and walks away because he was trying to force her to buy a color she didn't want... Watch out for the short guy with the tats..

Bryan the advisor was disrespectful over the phone. Poor customer service.

They tried to force lojack to me for $1400 and i didnt want it! She said she has to to charge me for disabling lojack . for something that i never wanted on the car but she never said how much it is to disable lojack so i had to leave and go to another dealership after few hours of negotiating. Other dealership gave a me a camaro with no lack and no problem. It was a waste of time for me.

Manager Greg Singh has a great team, and he'll get personally involved to make a great deal. Saleem Kazmi helped me during my current visit and he went above and beyond. Steve listened to me as I explained the problems my car had. He scheduled an appointment that worked for me. I dropped my car off at night and Steve called me early the next morning to advise me he already checked in my car. Later in the day he called me and said my car would be ready at 2:30pm. Steve greeted me with a smile when I arrived at the dealer at 2:30pm to pickup my car. He explained in detail what was repaired on my vehicle. He walked me over to the cashier to pay for the oil change, shook my hand and said Thank you. From a customer point of view, Steve does an outstanding job. Steve would be a great Trainer for new service advisers to learn from.

Visit on February 2020: James handled the repairs on my Tahoe and ensured the vehicle did not return for the same issue by personally overseeing the troubleshooting was done until the problem resurfaced and ensuring that the rear hatch operated 100% as designed. He also ensured I receive a loaner vehicle which met to my satisfaction when I dropped off my vehicle. James did an outstanding job in communicating during the service process. My vehicle was there for 5 working days and I had a few conversations during those days with James. James advised me he needed the car a few more days to continue the testing after the repair to ensure they did not reoccur. James dedication to ensure that my vehicle was repaired correctly and to factory specifications gives me a sense of assurance that when that my vehicle is in for service at the dealership and Riverside it will be fixed correctly, properly and taken care of. I highly recommend using the Riverside dealership for maintenance and repairs

I have mixed feelings about this place, for sure. They have some really nice vehicles and they try their best to find you what you want. But they have so many vehicles that it can take them forever just to find the ones you want to look at and sometimes they'll have to gas and service them before you can see them because they've been sitting for so long. They seem to try to work with you to get you the financing you want and get you approved, but they definitely pull every trick they can and try to slide things by you during the sales process to get more money from you at every turn. I love my vehicle, but I definitely left feeling taken advantage of and frustrated when all the things they did set in. I know it's a business, but I couldn't do what they do and feel good about myself at night. They have some nice cars and they seem really nice, but their sales tactics are just a little unethical to me.

Dealership is clean and staff is extremely helpful. They are willing to bend over backwards to accommodate their clientele. I would definately refer a friend or buy another car from them.

Need a car, go fast... I have purchased a couple of vehicles from Riverside Chevy. I always have a great experience.

I regularly bring my vehicle here for an oil change and routine maintenance, and they have been reliable. A caveat however, would be my most recent visit for servicing. When I brought my vehicle in, the gentleman helping me said my car needed a new cabin air filter. Surprised, I replied saying that I installed a K&N washable/reusable cabin air filter myself not too long ago. "Well that's just what the tech told me" was the response I received.
Later, at home, when I checked the filter, I saw a large red sticker that said "STOP DO NOT DISCARD" referring to the reusable filter. I was rather disappointed that a Chevrolet employee, regardless of position, would blatantly lie to a customer, let alone a long-standing customer.

Im sorry to say but this dealership needs a customer service person to come in and organize this Dealerships service department...they never answer the phone they also had our truck for 7months..how can it take 7 months.?...and when it wad done they had left the windows down and dirt every where truck was filtny.. WE eont be returning to this Dealership

had an apt at 11 am my truck was ready to go at 1pm , upon asking the person at the desk for an update she let me know she didn't receive my paper work . I left and came back at 3pm to pick up my truck and nothing was mentioned about why it took 2 hours more than it should have over paperwork . I didn't even receive a courtesy call that my truck was ready . Seems like getting an oil change is an all day event .
