We have been working with the Parts Department with this Dealership for many years. Recently we had a Warranty issue on one of our Fleet Vehicles that had 30,000 miles on a New Transmission that Failed. It was purchased with a Warranty of over 100,000 miles. We went to the dealership after contacting the GM Warranty Department by calling the Toll Free 800 Number as we were told the Transmission was not under Warranty by the Parts Department. We were instructed to come back by the Parts Department, and one of the Technicians who was with the Parts Department Rep Bill, the next morning at which point we were yelled at by the Service Manager to get the Hell out of his Service Drive!!! I personally have called to speak with the General Manager of the Dealership who I was told is Tony? No return phone calls have been made to me or our Company. Our Company has spent well over $10,000 in parts for our Company Vehicles and for privately owned vehicles. On 11/18/19 was told by Bill in the Parts Department that he was very sorry but the Service Manager said they were no longer able to sell me/our Company Parts and that it wasn't his decision. This is the Last Car Dealership I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from, parts or getting a vehicle serviced. Worst Service and Customer Service Ever. Pretty pathetic that the Management or Ownership doesn't care about loyal customers.
