Very disappointed with this dealer .. I apply online to save time on Sunday . Since I am a dad and I have kids . going to the dealer with kids it s not a good idea .. and it was the worst thing to do.. Alfredo was the one helping me out.. I was thinking to trade in my Sentra . And I saw a ram 2500 they have online .. but it since it was me just txting him .. it since they care about more customers going in that . Person doing threw online.. If a person doesn t qualify just let them know straight up .. it s been 2 days and still no word ??

There are more dealers don t waste ur time in this

The scheduled work was completed within a reasona...

The scheduled work was completed within a reasonable period of time. I have a non-scheduled replacement part that Riverside Chevrolet has informed me that the part has arrived. I should contact the service department to schedule the replacement of the part. However, it is impossible to communicate with anyone by telephone at Riverside Chevrolet. I'm still trying to call after six business days. I guess I will have to drive over there to speak with someone in person, so that I can get the part replaced in my car.

I was pre-approved and asked that they not run my credit. While Jake was friendly and assured me they wouldn't run it...they did 4 hard hits on credit. Also tried to charge me twice for a single edge service. Needless to say now I have to dispute the credit inquires. If your pre-approved beware of your credit.

Had a great experience! Even my 14 year old said she had the best day ever. They took my needs and wants into consideration and helped me get my new Malibu with payments I could afford. I visited several dealerships over the year and walked out not feeling it to be my decision. This time, no pressure at all! Thank you Riverside Chevrolet! Love my new Cajun red Malibu!

I didn't like that when I booked the appointment I selected an offer for the service I wanted and when I got there I was being asked to pay triple the price. What's the point of me selecting the service and special offer if I have to do it all over again when I get there. I had to go on my phone and show the service advisor what I was talking about.

I had researched vehicles and finally decided on a new Chevy. I visited various Chevrolet dealerships in my area and even test drove a couple. At those dealers I faced some resistance regarding the vehicle and price range I wanted to stay within, and as a result their interest in assisting me seemed to wane. I was pretty discouraged and had almost thrown in the towel on finding a car or dealership that would value me as a customer and not just dismiss me or push me into another vehicle. That was until I found Singh Chevrolet. From the moment I spoke with my sales person, David Diaz, I felt like someone was actually hearing me for the first time. I should also mention that my primary dealings with him and the dealership were via phone, so the fact they were able to convey the sense of support and help was no easy feat. David kept me updated constantly throughout the process as he did his best to get me into the vehicle I really wanted and a financing option that fit my constraints. When it came time to finalize the deal and pick up my new car, David and the entire team stayed late because they waited for me to arrive and did not rush me through the process. I live nearly 70 miles away from Singh, so by the time I arrived it was closing time. However the entire team let me enjoy the experience of purchasing my first car and went over all the documents extensively as well as showing me all the new features of my car. Singh Chevrolet not only gave me the car I really wanted but an amazing buying experience. They really do put their customers first and it shows from beginning to end. They give their customers the white glove treatment and genuinely care about their customers. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Riverside Chevrolet service department never disappoints. From the moment we bought out Trailboss, 5 mo ago or so, we ve brought our truck in twice and both times the service has been impecable. They aim to please and the service reps are very polite and professional.

Just got off phone with a guy named Raul who said he is the sales manager. Previously I have spoken with Maj and we had an agreement on a OTD price and Raul informed me Maj was fired and Raul basically raised the price by 5k via text (Even after the price had come down online by 5k)after the vehicle has been on the lot for 6 months.

Do not ever shop here THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I purchased a used car in November 2016 and still in April of 2017 am still having financial problems with them. They charged me for items I said I did not want and said they will not take it off for me when I stated that I did not want it. The whole buying process took 6 hours and it was the worst experience possible. Their customer service is also awful with the managers saying it is my fault that I had any problems with them and sucks for me that I'm an unhappy customer because he thinks they do great. Would never recommend. Please nobody ever shop here.

The salesmen and credit manager worked together to inform, educate us and match the vehicle to our needs. We became friends and should the need for a new car present itself to us again, we will be looking for the same team. Enjoyed the banter and occasional personal input.

Service was great, thorough and everyone was frien...

Service was great, thorough and everyone was friendly and helpful...thank you Tania! But when picking up my vehicle after the service, the service was very slow. The cashier called several times to bring my vehicle, and after quite sometime they finally brought it. There was no one waiting before me. Otherwise, I would've given a 5-star.

The worst dealer ever. Classic old school sales approach, handing off to another sales guy when I wouldn't pay 1400 for LoJack...they wouldn't sell me the truck until after another guy took a crack at me. I finally had top agree because I wanted the truck they charged me over $400 for it and said they took it off the price..which ended up more then they quoted on the internet and over the phone. Took 1.5 hours to buy most of the time waiting for I don't know what. No demonstration of new vehicle, needed some maintenance (only 16k miles when bought). Run away!

Saleem was wonderful! He was attentive, and truly listened to our requests. He found the perfect vehicle for my son, on October 6th! Joseph Gotti was also an incredible help to us. Only four out of five stars because they sold us a car and sent us away with the car on empty. Whoever prepped the car overlooked fueling it up. What a huge disappointment. We paid in full. The least they could have done was fill the gas tank. Still, I am hopeful that any future service needs will be more than a stellar experience!

I used the online system to schedule a service appointment for my Silverado. On the morning of my appointment, my wait time was less than 60 seconds. Steve, the service writer, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and efficient. He looked for service specials or discounts to make my requested services even more economical. He forecast a reasonable time frame for the work to be done and the dealership had my vehicle ready one-half hour ahead of time. He offered the dealership's shuttle services and directed me to the waiting room where he asked if he could be of any other service. This was customer service at its finest. We own a luxury vehicle from a brand that prides itself on the customer service experience. In this instance, Steve and Riverside Chevrolet provided 100% comparable service. Kudos to Steve and the dealership.

Making an appointment is a waste of time. It's a first come first served system. As long as that is understood, I won't be too upset waiting for an service agent to get to me.

My experience purchasing a car at Riverside Chevrolet was nothing short of top notch. Everyone that we encountered and dealt with were very friendly, courteous and professional. This is my second time buying a car at the same dealership but under a different business name. The folks working at the dealership made my wife, me and my baby son s experience a nice and enjoyable experience. I for one appreciate when our business is appreciated. In my opinion, that is how it should be. To the team at Riverside Chevrolet I want to personally send a thank you for caring about my experience buying a car there that you all rolled out the Red Carpet for me and my family. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. If in the future I am in the market for another vehicle I will be sure to swing by and see what you guys can do for me. My Husband and I came to Riverside Chevrolet with an offer from a different dealership and they matched it no haggling no trying to add unnecessary fees and gave us exactly what we wanted so we cashed out on our 2020 Traverse and it still feels like a dream THANKS RIVERSIDE CHEVROLET and also a big THANKS to Alfredo Arreola for the hassle free deal we just might be coming back for a Colorado soon

Don't go here for service. I bought a new lemon of a 2011 Chevy Cruze from a dealer in upland. Because my car was a lemon I have had to get my car repaired many many times.

Singh Chevrolet is the closest dealer to my office in Corona. Because it is the most convenient, I keep bringing my car to them for all of the repairs. One time, it was more convenient to bring my car to Paradise Chevrolet near where I live and how I was treated was like night and day. Paradise treated me like royalty, while I feel like Singh could care less. Paradise fixed a problem with my water pump that Singh could not fix, even after several attempts.

Most recently, my transmission blew on my way to work. I had to have it towed to Singh Chevrolet because it was closer. It was out of warranty so I had to pay a fortune to have my tranny 100% rebuilt. My transmission now sometimes won't go into gear from park and can't decide what gear to stay in while I'm driving.

Because of the problems with my rebuilt transmission, I took my car back to Singh. I was told that their transmission guy quit and that they could not honor the warranty there as they had no one else that could do the work. I would have to take it elsewhere.

I also had an issue under warranty with my steering wheel. Gary, the service rep who helped me tried to talk me out of leaving my car. He suggested I have the place that I take my transmission for repair to look at it. I had planned to leave the car and my ride was already there waiting for me, so I told him to just keep it for the steering problem. He then tried to talk me out of it again by telling me it would be a day. I didn't budge, then he told me that it would be 3 days because his rack and pinion guy was already over booked.

At this point, I felt like I was forcing it on him, but I had another issue with some other paperwork he needed to send into GM for me to see if they would refund a repair. He refused it.

I did get a good price on an oil change. When he called me about my steering, he said they had to back-order a part. He wanted to know if I wanted to leave it or come get it until the part got there. I choose to get it and he said he would have it washed and ready for me. I got there the next day, a full 24 hours after his call and it was not washed or ready for me. I had to wait for them to find my keys.

First time at this dealer. We had an appointment at 8.30am. we were welcomed by Mr. Brian kindly. We told him we had an appointment, and he took the information. He offered us certain services that they have and we took the bronze package. I mention to Mr. Brian that there were no appointments available at Moreno Valley and Temecula dealers. So we chose to bring the vehicle to Riverside . The cashier Miss.Diana was friendly and attentative.
Thanks for the attention, great customer service and the free car wash that Mr. Brian offered.

We will definitely return to Riverside Chevrolet dealer.

Riverside Chevrolet has given me the best service imaginable on my 2019 Silverado, all of the service representatives are courteous and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to insure that whatever your maintenance needs are, they are there to help get the job done correctly, Riverside Chevrolet definitely deserves a five star rating as one of the best in the Inland Empire!

I called a few days before and made an appointment. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the Service Area. I dropped my car off and was told I would get a call when my car was ready. Later in the day, I received a friendly call from my Service Advisor saying my car was ready. When I arrived back at the dealership, I went to the Service Area and they directed me to the Cashier. I was greeted at the Cashier by my Service Advisor who remembered us and told the cashier our name even though he had met us for the first time that morning. Our car was promptly brought around to the front. All other dealerships (for other brands), I have been to include a car wash when their car was serviced. My car was not washed at this dealership. That is the only reason I would not give this dealership a 10 as far as recommending it to friends is because to be competitive with the other dealerships for other brands, you need to include a car wash with a service.

I had the worst experience here. I went through at least 4 different people in sales. One salesman named Jake even wrote me a nasty text talking about he "don't take orders from anyone" and encouraged me to make my purchase elsewhere because I told him I would not come back to the dealer unless he could give me a price in writing for the truck that I wanted. Better for me I went across the street and purchased a GMC after being treated with respect.

Do not waste your time coming here! This place is a complete joke! The staff behaves in an extremely unprofessional manner and will relentlessly pressure you into making a deal, even if it's a poor deal. They will resort to utilizing typical car salesman tactics, and are very condescending towards customers that refuse the deals that they offer. The manager was extremely rude and displayed a patronizing attitude. I have gladly taken my business elsewhere, and advise anyone else to do the same. Do not waste your time/money with this place.

I went to the dealer to have my bluetooth checked because it quit working. I spoke with Steve and he informed me that the tech guys were backed up and advised me to make an appointment. While making the appointment Steve recommended I disconnect the battery, wait 5 minutes and reconnect it to see if that would solve the problem. I made an appointment and then went home, disconnected the battery waited 5 and reconnected. BAM the bluetooth was working. I am sure that little tip saved me a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Steve. This was my first trip to a dealer as I usually take car of my own cars, but with the extended coverage I purchased when I bought the car I would probably return to this dealer for covered repairs.Again Thank You Steve for the tip and excellent service!

We were looking at two different Chevrolet dealers...

We were looking at two different Chevrolet dealerships to buy a 2019 Tahoe and from the moment we reached out, Riverside Chevrolet provided excellent customer service. Alfredo replied to all of my questions quickly and even sent me pictures of the vehicle when I couldn't find what I needed online. The entire purchase process was easy, no haggle, and Jose (in finance) worked to get us the best interest rate. We are incredibly happy with our purchase and would absolutely work with them again.
