Ritz-Carlton Toronto Review

A very nice place to stay while in Toronto, amazing service of course!

I loved staying here! I recently got married and we came here as a little mini moon. We live in suburbs outside the city and thought it would be nice to come down so we could enjoy the stay and eat lots of good food. The staff was so friendly! The one girl at the front desk was so nice - I wish I remembered her name, she was from indian though! Hi. They provided exceptional service like I would imagine from staying at such a luxe place. Would definitely stay here again.

I ate at DBQ, on the main floor of The Ritz-Carlton. The atmosphere is definitely upscale but relaxed. I was surprised by both the prices and food, but not in the same way. All of the food was surprisingly expensive (which I should have anticipated) but everything I tried was surprisingly delicious. The menu has quite a few appetizers, but limited mains and salads. I would definitely recommend this for an upscale snack and drink, but look elsewhere for entrees.

this hotel i would give a 5+ star hotel this hotel is located in a nice area in Toronto in a great location with tourist attractions near by which is great. and the rooms are wonder full you get a view of the CN tower and the rogers stadium and 15 minuet walk to the art gallery and across the road stands the Toronto metro convention centred has shows about different things like car shows and arty shows and more .and the front desk service is great too and do not miss the restaurant up stairs is rely good restaurant to eat at.

Every time I go to Toronto I always check in Ritz Carlton. The staff are welcoming. You will feel that you are special. Great stay always!

This is one of the nicest Ritz properties. The staff. The lounge. The bars and the restaurant are all amazing. Not to mention the amazing ritz beds. Impeccable services.

If I live here I wouldn't even bother locking my door lol. Security team on point.

The staff are friendly, the decor is nice, and the whole experience is comfortable.

Christmas Brunch Buffet was decadent, impeccable, beautifully decorated and positively flawless. Brunch maybe be a luxury to some, but it is an experience well worth the money. I wish the staff happiness for the holidays, and look forward to returning next year.

The people are nice and the service is great, and rooms are very comfortable.

Food at the Nutcracker Tea was delicious. I couldn't finish the last of the sweets. More of the staff was dressed up in costume last year than this. We missed that.

Looks like a great hotel. Our friends were staying there and the room wS gorgeous, staff were extremely attentive and overall the experience was great.

Had an amazing stay . Staff were very friendly. Located close to everything downtown Toronto. Only thing I didn't like was the price very steep with all the air b and bs you would think hotel s would lower prices a bit to compete.

Gallert meeting room had nice views and excellent breakfast spread.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed at many Ritz, this hotel is definitely in the bottom half. Nothing wrong, but you expect most Ritz to go above and beyond and this does not seem like a hotel that cares for the Ritz brand. Staff is ok, amenities are fine, location is great. I just have had that something extra from every other Ritz. Would I start here again - absolutely, if I have to be in Toronto. Would I put it at the same level as Ritz in other cities, absolutely not.

Great experience! Coffee was smooth and the presentation was well executed and fun to watch.

I attended a seminar and the staff were extremely pleasant when giving me directions. I would attend another event at the Ritz-Carlton when the opportunity comes!

Best 5 star hotel so far in Toronto. I loved the location and the staff

Rolled up to the valet parking, in my beat up and muddy chevy cruze, casual/sporty clothing and beat up baggage. Still been treated like a VIP my entire stay here. Rooms are modern, beautiful and clean. And complementary breakfast is definitely worth the extra money

Really nice hotel.
The rooms aren't really any nicer than any other Marriott hotel but lots of little touches set them apart.
They cleaned my glasses and left a glasses wipe.
They tied up my phone cable with a little Ritz Carlton cable-tie.
The spa here is amazing. Also included in your stay.

Gorgeous, top notch service and products. The Club Lounge is totally worth the upgrade - a full all inclusive bar and five meals a day on the 20th floor with exclusive service. Made me feel like royalty!

James delivered amazing room service tonight he was kind, considerate. He had a friendly and accommodating vibe, and catered to all of our needs. Hope the next time we visit, James will be around for us.

Service was great and the atmosphere is perfect for casual drinks. The food is excellent as well.

My daughter is a picky eater. The requests I asked from the room service were greatly done. The room service attendant is also polite and friendly. I really love our stay here.

Came here over the holidays and enjoyed the Nutcracker themed high tea. The attention to detail was really nice and made it fun and festive.

Afternoon tea was lovely. The desserts especially were delicious

The service as usual absolutely incredible and the location of this hotel made exploring the city easy and safely! We enjoy somewhat a quiet and very relaxing time! Will stay again and highly recommend.

My favorite place to stay when I m in Toronto. Staff is always pleasant and professional - security was so accommodating and understanding when I locked my wallet in my room. I feel so bad for forgetting names, but the best recommendations I got for taking in the city where from the bell men. I wasn t too thrilled about the bed though - I like really mushy mattresses(lol.) Breakfast at TOCA was amazing and the Ritz bar is always buzzing during the NBA playoffs. One big highlight for me is the free champagne in the lobby when I was checking out the last visit. I m sure there was an event or something but it was still pretty cool. Definitely recommend the Ritz-Carlton Toronto.

Beautiful hotel located downtown Toronto flowers in the lobby we're beautiful I went there with a few friends we had some drinks and some food. The bartender and stuff for all very nice and professional, food was ok. I had a salmon salad and tuna tartare both were okay

Great service from the time you pull in. We had an amazing view of the the CN tower from our room. They really make you feel at home. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Attended a conference, everything was of high calibre for the event. Highly recommend.

I was there to drop off a family member at the spa. Building was kept well. Staff were approachable, presentable, and courteous.
