I travel a lot for work and have stayed at many Ritz, this hotel is definitely in the bottom half. Nothing wrong, but you expect most Ritz to go above and beyond and this does not seem like a hotel that cares for the Ritz brand. Staff is ok, amenities are fine, location is great. I just have had that something extra from every other Ritz. Would I start here again - absolutely, if I have to be in Toronto. Would I put it at the same level as Ritz in other cities, absolutely not.
