Definitely 4.5 stars... Could still be better, premium wifi should be a standard inclusive in all room types. Room service menu could use more variety, rooms themselves have a touch of wear and could use a mini makeover.
Staff are excellent, never had a customer service complaint. Ownership/management appear to be cutting some corners preventing a rating of 5.
