Beautiful! From the lobby to the room was everything is exquisite! The halls had beautiful treasures places throu them in the forms of vases and China. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the lake is a desert gem, and the courtyard is devine. My sweet husband surprised me with the trip here and I could not be happier!

Structure is gorgeous, unfortunately covid hit hard service is basic and not that professional

We love lake Las Vegas inky walked thru the Hilton garage but it's very nice inside.

Stopped by for dinner at the shops next to the hotel. The dinner was a good and it was nice walking around the surrounding shops. Most weren't occupied but the ones that were open we're nice. Nice views of the lake.

This place is beautiful really beautiful it s not a place for nite life and gambling and turning up...it s more of a laid back setting the rooms are wonderful just sucks there s no casinos or shopping their either...rooms and service are great but a more calm like type of place

Need more events to draw people in. Location is great but needs more people because it feels very abandoned

Nice resort...was given a king room for three individuals. Made a make shift bed out of the chair and bench.

First, I want to start off with I NEVER put any negative feedback online, but I had the worst experience ever in hospitality! My spouse and I made reservations at this establishment for our 8 year anniversary! We were extremely excited to be relaxing at Lake Las Vegas, but once we got there our whole demeanor changed. We checked in around 4ish on Feb. 19th and the gentleman gave us wrong information for parking, being the fact we were located on the 7th floor of the hotel! We get to the room and it's musky and warm so we let the air run while we went back out to enjoy the restaurant and plaza by the hotel! It is literally a ghost town with all the businesses closed down except for a handful of restaurants! Once we arrived back to our room it was hot and before I left I turned it down to 65. We called downstairs to the front and they sent two gentleman up to our room to fix it. They gentleman were extremely polite and looked in the vent and he goes, " Wow this filter has not been changed in a long time." They changed the filter and explained it would start working again! We left the hotel to let it cool down and came back and the air was still not working. We called downstairs and the gentleman who answered sent the same two gentleman to our room, but in their hands were a fan. By then I was just so overwhelmed by the lack of consideration this hotel has accommodated towards paying customers. That morning we wanted to hang by the pool so we asked the front desk gentleman the location he was a tall, thin, brown haired gentleman and he responds back with, " What is your room number?" Pretty much insisting like we were not staying at this hotel. He gave us a quick response and by than I am just so appalled by this whole experience I just wanted to leave. We went to the plaza before leaving and my spouse went to the front and spoke to the same gentleman about checking out and he asked how our stay was. My spouse said, " It was okay," and let him know about the whole air conditioner shenanigans and the gentleman says, "Well this is just how we handle these kind of situations." Wow is all I can think. We are locals and we deserve respect and not to feel discriminated or mistreated. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I've worked in hospitality business most of my life and when situations come up like that we move the guest to a room that has working air conditioner not bring a fan in their room. That's trashy for this kind of establishment. Its not like the hotel was busy it shouldn't have been a problem.

Great place for a staycation. It is very quiet compared to anything on the strip

Since my first stay here I have not booked another hotel in Las Vegas. It's not close to the strip but the hotel, lake views, and hotel customer service is worth the drive. Great spa, fitness center, on-site restaurants, water sports, etc.!

Great place to stay if you want to be off-Strip. Offers free parking and a great breakfast inside the Medici Cafe, worth the money! Around 30 - 40 min drive to strip and downtonw LV. Next casino around 15 min :-)

Stayed here before heading to Hoover Dam and then the Grand Canyon. Enjoyed this place a lot, very comfortable.

We had a family stay occupying 5rooms across the hotel. It's a well invested resort, however, the casino doesn't exist and most of the shops in the town are closed or abandoned. The hotel staff aren't bad (the front desk staff were horrible), and I expected more hospitality. The AC and outlets didn't work and the hallways and rooms had an odd smell.

All in all, I'd pay $25/night.

I love walking around this area with my dog. There's a great Mexican food restaurant (sorry I don't remember the name of it) that allows you & your dog to sit outside and eat. But even more important...THE BEST SHRIMP TACOS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! This is just a fun & relaxing time for everyone to enjoy!

This a hidden gem with fantastic with fantastic accommodations and great staff. We will come here again. Richard Holden

Overrated. Not worth the price. Inconsiderate staff. Unfriendly environment. They charged my card for smokingn just because a racist neigbour called and said so. I was simply burning incense on balcony meditating. Go to another hotel and have yor peace of mind.

Great hotel and service. Service charge for our cat was only 35$. Would definitely go back if I came back. The only thing is the shuttle service to Las Vegas strip ends at 9:30pm.

Expansive grounds with a Venice-inspired landscape and gorgeous mountain views. Comes with it's own man-made lake for water sports, as well as access to a retail village that provides the only grocery in walking distance, plus ice cream, an art gallery, and restaurants. Many empty storefronts, but those are filling in 2018, according to brochures. The village is shared with the surrounding suburban housing communities. A bit away from the Vegas Strip, but there is an infrequent shuttle available for guests, and Lyft is an option.

The hotel is beautiful! Room was very clean and we paid a little extra for the lake view room and it was totally worth it! The staff, especially the Bellman DJ, were all very friendly and polite. We informed them it was our honeymoon and they even gave us 2 free spa passes! The pool is very refreshing and Ashley the poolside bartender is amazing! Best mojitos in Las Vegas! She also made us some delicious shots! There is a village right next door with restaurants, water sport activities, a grocery store, and a delicious gelato place. I would highly recommend coming to this little oasis!

I stayed here for the second and it was very nice as it was before however I had 2 issues. The first issue was the television did not work so I had to call a couple of times before Maintenance came and reset. Once it was reset it worked fine until I cut it off. I once again had to call about the TV the maintenance guy was cool but the TV was not. The 2nd issue was I got charged for Valet parking but I left and went to the Strip and came back around 11pm and valet was closed. However although I was inconvenienced a couple times I still love this resort.

What really sucks is you have to pay to swim there I think that was stupid

I have been here many times and still enjoy this resort. Very relaxing. The spa is great, first class.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, especially in the Spa! They were more than accommodating and very hospitable. In the Spa, Rachel made it so great with her warm personality and kind words. Thank you Rachel for making our experience a great one!

We love the Hilton Lake Las Vegas. We have been coming here the past few years for our anniversary. It's beautiful and the accommodations are nice. There are two reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. Our room was quite dusty. (Write your name in it kind of dust) It did seem busier than usual. So I think we may have been put in a room not often used. Secondly, the last day of our stay we waited for the hostess for 10 minutes to be seated for Breakfast, when she did finally appear she told us breakfast was no longer being served. Apparently by the time she showed up we were to late to be served. When we told her we had been standing there a long time she said sorry there was nothing she could do. We went back up to our room and it was 2 minutes past the time told to us that breakfast would end. It was at least a 5 minute walk back to our room. That was not a great ending to our stay.
But on the positive side we are always treated by other staff wonderfully. And it really is an amazing place to stay.

A very elegant place.quite and clean.You can rent a boat and sail over the lake.Not sure there is much to do there unless you stay at the Hilton hotel

My only complaint is the water doesn't get hot enough in the shower (room 1622). Other than that this is such a cool place. I hate the strip, and that's where I usually stay. This has been the best stay I've ever had in Vegas.

Run far away from this place as possible!!! We had a wedding here this weekend that had been in the works a year. During that time we had 3 different catering managers that told us different things/prices. The current catering manager More

It's a wonderful place to visit and take a rest. There are beautiful places around the hotel like a pool, gym, park, restaurant, lobby. spa.

One thing you need to keep in mind is the most restaurants near the hotel are closed during a weekend(i am not sure they're closed permanently or not).

Overall nice hotel! Very clean, friendly staff and beautiful landscape! Room was very clean, and comfortable. Beds were a bit small, not what I'm use to from a 2 bed room. Bathroom was large and luxurious! 3 to 4 restaurants within walking distance as well as a small grocery store. Lake views are beautiful ! No microwave in room, hotel did offer to send one up so they are available (not sure if free). LV strip is about 30min away & Fremont St is about 20. Very poor water system, during show water temp is constantly changing. If you like HOT Showers, look else where!

Stunning views, reasonable prices and a much different feel than "the strip". There's a small grocery store nearby. About fifteen minutes away from a nice part of the Las Vegas suburbs called Henderson. Thirty minutes from the strip. Valet attendants are very courteous, rooms are nice but nothing special. Dining choices on property are limited, but again, you're within 30 minutes of world class restaurants. I'd stay here if you're looking for a more serene time instead of the craziness of the strip.

Awesome place as always to visit if swimming at nula, overlooking lake to jazz, or in the village eating, shopping, renting a boat etc at the marina or a special event I love this place. To bad casino closed and they don't rent anymore there timeshares

It is the first time visiting Lake Las Vegas area. Amazing development! Nestled between natural beauty hills, serene, way away from busy Vegas strip. And the Hilton is very nicely designed and gorgeously decorated. I highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
The lobby was great, got business done, then ordered food from the bar, at the end of the lobby-- very high quality gourmet meal. I ordered the Branzino, very nicely done, on very tasty and well-prepared medley of saute vegetables, the souce was heavenly.
The service excellent. I mean the attending servers really like what they are doing and making it fun, easy going, relax and enjoyable meal.
Kudos Hilton guys, keeping the high standards in hospitality industry.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful (and underutilized) area. The hotel has all of the amenities you need and is connected to a Italian inspired village. Check out the water sports business at the lake for added fun!

Beautiful view. The room was nice and spacious. I was there for summer for 3 days and never felt the need to leave the grounds of the hotel and resort. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because some of the wait staff in the restaurant wasn't very attentive and we had to wait a long time for food.

We had an ecstatic stay at hilton lake during our summer holidays. Impeccable service, obsequious staff & pleasant ambience made our experience a memorable one.We had a pleasurable stay and would love to visit again!

Very nice. Good bartenders in the lobby bar. Little village with all sorts of cool bars and restaurants. Would stay again. Be careful! The polished tiles in the lobby are slippery!

I thought the hotel itself was nice enough, and I appreciated the shuttle service to the strip. However, the little town/shops next door are a ghost town. The Casino was shut down (I had no idea going into it). The shops that were open were mainly just restaurants. I feel like this place had potential and it's just run out. If you want a quiet place away from the strip, and I mean QUIET, this is great. But if you're looking for an atmosphere with still a few things to do it's likely a bit disappointing.
