Hilton Las Vegas is absolutely AMAZING! The lifeguards are so attentive and interactive with our kids. The lagoon is refreshing and a great place to swim. We always come back and highly recommend it here.
Great for families or just as couples.

Terrible experience checking in , somebody else checked under my reservation, hotel charged me twice both employees I dealt it are incompetent . Never again at this facility , management is terrible!!!

The grounds of the hotel are quite nice and also very serene. It's about a good 20 minutes away from the Last Vegas strip so it's awesome if you want to get away a little, not as great if you want to be in the heart of everything. The customer service seems to be ok, I have no major complaints, but nothing jumps out. Rooms are spacious, if not a but dated. I wouldn't recommend staying below the 3rd floor (lobby floor), it feels a bit like my basement dorm from many years ago. Overall, I'd stay again, knowing what I know, and I'd be happy enough.

This place I thought was dead but once you spend more time here out was all about relaxing and enjoying the moments on the lake. This place is still growing and needs a lot of attention. Only thing is no fishing or jet skiing. You can only rent boats, kayak, paddle boarding. No fast power boats allowed. But it's suppose to be relaxing

Best hidden gem for us! We purposely didn't want to stay on the strip. We have a son on oxygen and the clean air away from the casinos was very nice. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! We loved the European style. The room was very clean. We had new mattresses. The housekeeping, front desk, and other workers were great. We loved the spa. The pool was well kept and very clean. It's nice they have life guards on duty. We were disappointed that it closes at 7:00pm. (Who wants to sit in a hot tub if it's super hot outside!) We liked the convenience of the restaurants at the Village. We rented a kayak on the lake and it was absolutely peaceful! We enjoyed an outdoor concert under the stars that played a lot of fun music! I like Lake Las Vegas because you still can go to the strip and have the quiet get away by the lake. It is a 30 minute drive to the strip without traffic (don't be fooled when they try to tell you it's 15 minutes). If you're looking for the the raciness and liveliness of the strip, this is not the place. It's more low key and relaxed--which is exactly what we wanted on this trip! I would suggest they take the old casino sign down because that does confuse people. Otherwise, the resort was wonderful!!!

Hotel was bad, room old, parking was expensive, my room was all the way in the back of the hotel, the hotel floors didnt coincide with the room numbers, the parking is far away, the suite that I had shower didnt drain properly, had to call maintenance. Their printers didnt work and took a few follow ups with the front desk after hours of waiting. Still didnt get it fixed. I had to go to kinkos fedex to print stuff for my real estate conference. Its out in the middle of nowhere. The furnishings are old. The only plus was being by the lake. I will not revisit.

Very pretty hotel. The fitness center was good, it would be great if it had 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells. The "lightest" is 20 pounds which is too heavy for my purposes. The hotel has a wonderful Cobb . The scenery is serene. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Our family is traveling cross country, our RV was in an accident and needed to be in the repair shop overnight. We had troubles finding a hotel that would accept cats, much-less understood we needed a room right away (early check-in). Cats are finicky travelers. Amy at the front desk was a critical component to making our stay as pleasant as it was. She was very accommodating due to our circumstances and I cannot express enough how much we appreciated her helpfulness at such a stressful time. She even helped us locate a drop-off laundry service on our way, and arranged a late check-out that coincided with the completion of our repairs so that our fur-child wouldn't need to be kept in the car for long periods of time. So Amy, THANK YOU!!!!

As a business owner, customer service is the highest priority in where and with who we do business. This hotel, and their staff - top notch!
More than that, the resort location, interior design, furnishings, decor, the landscaping, and pool are A-MAZ-ING! Just beautiful.

The room was great too! Nicely decorated. Renovated. Beds and linens very comfortable. LOVED the huge soaker tub. Nice patio with lounge chairs overlooking the gardens. Updated technology. Again, the grounds and pool were really a lovely surprise. There is a walking path along the lake, a beach at the lagoon, waterfalls, and this very cute Village with several restaurants, shops and a market. I would call this place the Cancun of Vegas.

Our only, ONLY, issue was the hotel restaurant food quality. Due to our circumstances, we didn't want to leave the hotel/area, and there wasn't many kid-friendly restaurant options within walking distance, so we ate in during our stay. Each time we thought, "Ok, lunch wasn't very impressive, but maybe dinner", and then "Well, maybe breakfast". But not so much. While the staff/servers were VERY friendly, and did a wonderful job, the food was just not good. There wasn't a single thing, from three meals, three entree's each meal, that was....well decent. The pricing was a little steep, which honestly wouldn't have been an issue at all if the quality of the food matched the price, but it didn't come close. Even the food from the kids menu, a simple pasta dish, tasted horrible. The restaurant just consistently fell way short on expectations.

So what could have otherwise been a phenomenal FIVE Star detour on our trip, was otherwise simply a four star experience due to the resort restaurant. So stay here, just beautiful, so pleasant, but eat elsewhere.

Hotel is beautiful, but when you pay attention to detail you will see it needs some upkeep. Pool area was nice, but a little dirty. Couple tears in some of the pool lounge chairs that I saw. Wish I knew before I paid $178 for a just a "ok" facial, that I could of purchased it for $99 on Groupon. Lake Las Vegas is beautiful, night life is dead though.

Very appealing and amazing customer service after the fact.. Great accommodation s. Awesome hospitality after our boat ride wad ruined because the propeller fell off and we got stuck and stranded two and a half miles down the lake and waited for help and rescue. All in all it was a great experience and memories that s will last my family and me a lifetime! Thank you much lake Las Vegas!!

TV didn't work in our room with used room service menu (already marked up) and our breakfast pancakes were delivered cold. Otherwise a very nice hotel with great views from any room as the architecture of the buildings is beautiful.

I love the room and the services. I love the salt water pool. The only thing that's even slightly negative is that there were 2 dead things (fish?) floating in the lagoon. Over all a perfect visit.

Beautiful! Beautiful! Such beauty. This place is very expensive and when booking it isnt the same price when you get there. Just so everyone knows the fine print was missed on my end not their fault... just know they tacked on about $200 in fees.

Away from the troubles of the city, it provides a quiet, beautiful environment, clean and comfortable place, the waiter is conscientious and polite, the first choice for vacation, is a high number of hotels.

I live in Vegas needed to get away and this was the perfect move. We got a suite, nice living room beautiful balcony (not all rooms have balconys that you can walk so you have to be specific). , Ugh the views are gorgeous! 2 big tvs! The bed was comfy the 2 bathrooms are gorgeous! And the best part is they are doggie friendly! Lily is 44lbs! So many trails I can walk my dog on! The grocery store Seasons (adorable) is priced great! Has everthing you need (even hot soup)! The Mexican reasturnt was delish and had a fun bartender. Live music to! I have to add the Lu Lu Rose had OUTSTANDING service. They let us go to the outdoor patio and turned on the heat lamps and fire pit for us since we had our pup. They offered her water and checked on us for refils. ( Yummy wine!) I truly am walking away from Lake Las Vegas feeling happy and refreshed. Service here will have me back to stay sooner then I thought! Thank you everyone for a great time!

We have stated at this property twice and both times it was fabulous. The staff could not be nicer and the location is perfect. It is right outside Lake Meade national park and still close to downtown. The village next to the hotel offers several great dining options and a well stocked grocery store. We will be back for sure.

I'm going to have a party soon.
Very good service and good prices.
The view of the lake is unforgettable.

I'm giving 3 stars because I valet my truck and one of the drivers bumped my front bumper in the parking garage, the paint matched the cement beam and everything and the took no ownership of it and totally plead the whole we are not responsible card ..... Atleast have decency to take ownership. The resort is beautiful and stay was amazing, the rooms are a little dated but the immaculate views make up for that . I just wish my entire stay ( valet) was as amazing !

A little far from everything which can be good or bad. We didn't mind the drive from the strip. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. Rooms were top notch. Great place to stay.

It's a little but older and needs some tlc, but it still feels like a Ritz-Carlton rather than a Hilton. Beautiful campus! And the staff is top notch. I do events around the world and this is one of the best places just because of the staff.

We arrived for a wedding located near their beach lagoon location. The Hilton lobby was very well maintained and clean but did not have water placed our even though the cups were there. The actual venue area had a pleasant atmosphere even for the dead of summer, however, the fake sand where the seating was located was incredibly painful to walk on.

We stayed here with our family of 6. They were very accommodating, starting with valet service. They handle everything and that is nice when you have kids crying or hungry. Check in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is clean and orderly. We enjoyed the pool and environment. I would suggest bringing food and drinks, since it is pretty far out from Vegas or food. You ll be glad you packed snacks or extra beverages.

The location is a little far from the strip but we enjoyed being away from the crowd. Our room was ready and clean when we got there and it was nice to select our room and check-in from the app. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had in the Las Vegas area. Staff were extremely nice and attentive I had such a great experience that I have already booked another stay at this hotel.

Lovely because of location(in the village grounds) but overpriced and small rooms no view like other choices I would highly recommend over anytime if availability up the street westin or rent one of montego rooms from a owner well over staying here my last resort if nothing else is available. Big and nice inside lobby area rooms etc (not bedrooms)but hotel matches the lake resort style lobby is lovely all the way out to the back that takes you into the village. Maybe if they offered a morning little buffet more might? Stay? Would be a beneficial reason to just saying.
