Wished Quarks bar and Star Trek experience was still here but all the new upgrades were quite beautiful
Great property, loved everything, especially the village
A very long walk from far end of building to garage. Made like a maze. No complaints otherwise top notch and would gladly stay anytime!!!
This place has great views. It's really quiet and people are friendly.
Everything about this hotel was nice. The rooms are nice and spacious. Amd the views everywhere are awesome! I would definitely come back
I arrived on July 2nd expecting a nice stay at this upscale hotel.
First, I waited an hour and a half because the room was not ready. I had requested a room on the fireworks side of the hotel. I made the reservation well in advance and I am a Hilton honors member...this seemed to make little difference.
As we waited we did recieve 2 complimentary cocktails. At this point, understanding that the hotel was at max capacity I requested a room service menu to plot our meal strategy so that when we did get into the room we could order our room service quickly.
The entire staff was perplexed by this request. It's not on the web site and the only response I got was, " There's a room service menu in the room." Jeff, the manager on duty was the lone bright spot, helping us navigate this issue by giving us a dinner menu.
Finally, got our room on the wrong side of the hotel unable, from our vantage point, to watch the fireworks. Then we ordered room service to which I was told several items I ordered were only available on the dining room menu, not room service. Jeff was called again and corrected this...but again, more hassles.
And, upon check out, an erroneous charge for over 150.00 appeared which they said they couldn't take off until a food and beverage manager called me back...still waiting.
Unbelievable!!!
Great Location ~ Staff was great ~ Rooms are a bit long in the tooth~ but shes an old gal. ~ Everything else is Stunning!!
Beautiful resort, although I just spent a few hours chilling by the lake, and had not seen the rooms.
Off strip stylings are what makes this place attractive. It is resort style with a decently sized pool and screams old fashioned fancy. Staff was helpful and nice. As a gold member we got a free upgrade overlooking the lake. Everything sleeps here after 7 pm and the strip is 30 minutes away but that is exactly what i was looking for.
I recently visited the Hilton for business so my experience there was short. With that said the building was clean and well maintained although some of the braille on the room numbers was missing beads. Staff was professional and helpful as well.
I went with a friend of mine who wanted to surprise me and he knew I had never been there before. It was an absolutely gorgeous evening, that felt like a summer evening in Southern California. The wind wasn't blowing the moon was reflecting on the water that you could see Lake Las Vegas, and everyone was happy, of course there's a lot to be happy about when you go to this place. I saw so many places that I wanted to photograph and go to. there's a wonderful charming French Bistro that I want to go get cappuccino at or a cafe latte, and an elegant Italian restaurant there and I would love to go to one day. My friend just wanted to walk, but we saw so much that reminded me of streets I have seen in Italy. I want to go back.

Stellar hotel. Service accommodations, superior food and luxe atmosphere combine to make it a wonderful experience. The one thing that was weird was the village. It was mostly deserted and many of the shops were empty. Perhaps victims of the economic downturn..? Who cares. This place is special, and you should check it out.
Nice plays with great views, not sure why most shops are closed
Great resort, but problems with its big size including lack of signage. It took more than an hour to check in, then park the car at the car park, then walk with my luggage a long way to my room. However, the manager was helpful resolving the problems.
Nice hidden location from the strip, about 20min drive. Not much there at the resort for kids though. The casinos in Henderson are great. The prefer to gamble there if that is your thing.
The facility was beautiful and a wonderful get away from daily Vegas life.
old builduing near lake. They couldn't give a map when I check in and you need one. So far not impressed for the amount6of money they charge. Maybe if you get a great deap? Not my case. Never coming back
Cleaning staff was very rude. Rooms were not cleAn at 4pm.
Casino was closed. Shops mostly looks abandon. Lake was OK but not that spectacular. Very murky. Boats and activities are fun though.
Perfect location and amenities. Excellent for families
Stunningly beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, everyone that I encountered was very professional and friendly.
They attempted to alter our reservation as well as the price after finding out our rooms were both not ready, then no longer available. In the time frame of when for the new rooms to be ready, they gave them away. Front desk clerks were less than sympothetic and essentially told us "oh well".
The rooms r very nice and I like the bathroom for sure, there is a nice big tub if u like baths and then the shower is separate which i like as well and then the toilet has its own door so two of u can be in the bathroom at one time. They have a good selection of movies when u r ready to get out of the sun. The pool to me is just average i have been at smaller hotels that have these amazing pools i think they could have done a better job on the pool oh and when it says u cannot bring in food or beverages from anywhere else well they do not enforce that rule that goes for the entire area it says NO coolers people had coolers every where don't put up signs if u r not going to enforce this rule come on. All in all we will be back just for the lake water activities we had so much fun and we would be willibg to stay at this beautiful hotel as well. Checking in and vallet was quick and everyone was very nice. We willl be back for sure.
Little age on this one, but very elegant styling. Restaurant and bar with spa stores in courtyard area. Bar has nice TV's for sports viewing. Food was very good in restaurant. Beds also very comfortable. Location is great near Lake Mead and 20 mins from downtown Vegas.
Staff was so accommodating, even though this was a busy weekend, they tried very hard to help me out--even with just the little things. I did not have any bad experiences... NONE! So pleased with our stay. Thank you Hilton.
The room was clean and nice too, btw. Two thumbs up!
Enjoyed it. Hopefully more shops will open close. Nice bar in the area lovely gardens
Very nice place, I love coming here with my family every now and then
Great resort. Friendly Staff. If you are trying to get away from the party crowd on the strip, this is the place to be
The rooms were very nice the staff was very unorganized seem like they didn't know what they were doing we had a late check-in due to them not having a room ready overall it was a nice experience the pool was very nice we were compensated for the late check-in yes I would return
A spectacular place in the middle of the desert. Hard to fault.
Nice hotel away from the strip. Updated breakfast menu for covid-19
Pool security was extremely rude and unpleasant. They made us feel as though we were an uninvited guests. The security individual made us walk outside of the pool area where the stairs had been closed off. The security individual said it didn't matter how we exited even if we had to step into the weeded area because the stairs were closed off. The security personnel then began to follow us as though we were doing something wrong. This could've been handled differently but the individual was rude and lacked courtesy.
The overlook looking over North shore Blvd. Is pretty cool
Absolutely wonderful. Rachel Comes is the greatest. And Joe and Danielle are a great plus, as well.
Today i had to check out earlier then i expected because someone booked our room for 1 night instead of 2 as we requested. Upon entering our room we had to walk very far from our car in the self park to our room in 2235. Room was somewhat nice but was extremely hot and the A/C did not work properly. Also the hotel was overrun by children who were there for a basketball tournament. The pool was like a rec center pool instead of a nice hotel. Would not recommend staying here nor will i ever come here again.

Very nice place to go to enjoy an escape from modern life.
The property was gorgeous. If you can get Anna at the pool, you'll be in the best hands. So attentive and accommodating, she was the best!
It was an awesome place! The only problem was it's size. It's easy to get lost and the walks can be excruciating, but OMG the food is amazing! The fries are awesome and the staff is super friendly and really accommodating. While we were there we saw some guy doing backflips on a water jet pack thing and the views of the lake are really pretty.
This area is very nice. Hotels are upscale and kept clean. Multiple pools and a good view of the lake nearby.
This is one of the few hotels I will be sad to leave. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Housekeeping is very conscientious and does a fantastic job. The hotel is situated in a "village" full of shops, as wll as restaurants for dining outings if you want to forego their own restaurant. (We ate at Le Cafe du Lac for breakfast every day - delicious French pastries!) Parking is free. We used it as a central base for Vegas, Hoover Dam, and other outings. All in all, I *highly* recommend this as an alternative to those hotels in town, if you have transportation.
Clean, quiet, nice, friendly, good reception, cheap,
everything was great, there is lots to do around the area. great fun!
This is a gorgeous hotel that is perfect for a relaxing get away. It is close enough to downtown Las Vegas that you can still be part of the action (they offer a free shuttle if you don't want to drive), but far enough away you don't have to be part of the party if you don't want to be. Everyone was helpful and very polite. The price was great for such an amazing hotel. The only negative I would say is that the area hasn't really recovered 100% from the recession. The shopping village had a few shops open, but most were empty. The casino on site was locked up with a chain. They are all privately owned, so not the hotel's fault. There are boat rentals available, a beautiful pool, pretty grounds to walk around, but the best part is the quiet. The ability to hear the birds, see the stars and just relax is a luxury when you can still be so close to a city.
It was poorly organized and the restaurant my family and I dined at did not have the greatest service.
Very quiet, good breeze and barbecued ribs are very rich ...
What a beautiful hotel! Beautiful, very large and clean rooms. There were amazing views a large and beautiful pool and water sports on the lake. The food was wonderful, for breakfast all kinds of fruit, delicious bread and croissants, all kinds of hot dishes and amazing omelettes. We were there in the slow season so most of the little shops were closed. They did have some delicious food and a great waitress in their restaurant. My biggest complaint with this beautiful place is I was traveling with two handicapped seniors and they had to walk forever to get to their rooms. I asked for rooms close to the elevator. We were traveling together and we're not even on the same floor and our rooms were very far from each other and the elevator. One night after finally getting to our room our door would not open. They sent a young man up and he told us we they would have to get a maintenance engineer to change the battery in the lock and it would take 15 to 20 minutes. There was no place for my husband who had bad knees to sit and it was very far to get back to the elevator. Not fun.
Nice room, clean and quiet. We had to swipe our credit card for $100 for "incidentals." Balance would be refunded to the card. It turns out that a $32.82 fee is imposed as a "resort" or "reserve" fee. I couldn't quite understand the woman on the phone. This hotel should tell it's guests that they are taking the $32.82 up front. We found out after checking our credit card account and seeing that this amount was charged.
We won't stay there again based on principal and the lack of transparency on the part of the hotel and staff.
Nice hotel resort stayedd 3days 2 nights. Hotel was so big i got lost everytime i walked around
Our second experience at Hilton Lake Las Vegas was very disappointing (Aug. 2018 for 3 nights).
First room : no wifi at all (eventhough there is a daily resort fee of $29 including internet)
Got another room : AC not working , big bug in the bed, a colony of ants on the desk, smelly carpets...
There was a mistake with the bill at check out and we had to prove we were right by showing our Hilton confirmation : no apologies.
Hotel pool opened until 8 pm, eventhough evening could be the perfect time to finally relax out of the sun...
Very nice large resort. Great on site Mexican restaurant. Highly recommended.
This is my new place to come when out to Las Vegas very clean great people this is a must go place
We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the last 18 months or so and every time, there has been some major problem and today was no exception. I m loyal to a fault but today I m ripping off the band aid. We are doing Westin from now on. I will miss the view from our king suite on the bridge but it has not been worth the headache.
They exceeded my expectations! Great people at the restaurant. Special note to Linda and Sara.
Enjoyed the view and room...breakfast was very good also
although the staff is great and the building/rooms are beautiful.... too msny expectations raisdd & dashed.... they told my mom there was a beach, it's a half hour walk. can't even sit by the pool wigh my drink without veing told to mask up. now we find out thd advertised shuttle is a no-go. small beds
It's a Hilton, what else do you expect? Only the best.
Staff was friendly. Parking was abundant. The village stores are was disappointingly empty, I would say less than 50% of the stores were filled.
My favorite place to relax and forget the problems in Brazil. Love this place, fantastic ...
