I am in Vegas for work. Got the friends and family rate because my boyfriend works for Hilton. I got to my hotel at 5 am... it was a late night... there was dried blood on my sheets/comforter.... not from me. I was so exhausted... i just tried to sleep on the other side of the bed. I called this morning at around 1130 am... to make them aware of the issue and all they did was offer to change the sheets and comforter for me... like I m about to leave/check out... that s all you can do?? That s disgusting and i didn t sleep well at all. The pillow cases also were a little grimy. Not cool.
I didn't stay at the hotel but I walked the grounds. Really nice place. This hotel used to be a Ritz Carlton but due to the real estate crash, the original hotel failed. Hilton has it now. You should really be able to score a great price on a room especially during weekdays because absolutely no one is there. It would be a perfect quiet romantic getaway for a couple. The casino and most of the shops in the European village are closed but there are some restaurants and galleries still open as well as a small grocery store. Pretty but small lake. Golf is nearby. However, if you're looking for excitement, this is not the place.
Beautiful resort but... The pool closes at 7. The mall is practically vacant of shops. The casino is closed.
This was my first time there and it was extremely beautiful and I will be taking my gf here for a get away.
Made a duplicate reservation, charged my card when I wasn't expecting it and ruined my vacation by leaving me broke with several fees.
Not to mention they cancelled my massages and we're unable to give me my money back immediately.
"Great atmosphere, foods, and place the service of the staff is a good service to the customer."
Overall very pleased with my stay at Hilton Resort. Breakfast was a bit pricey, hotel bar staff was polite. Self parking is a bit out of the way, it might be worth paying for valet. Staff at the front desk most helpful.
Best place to stay whenever you visit Las Vegas. It's not on Las Vegas Blvd so it's not on the strip. It's quaint and has magnificent views of the Las Vegas area at a far.
Had a great time at the resort. Would definitely go again. The staff and the room were fantastic!
A little out of the way but excellent rooms, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere.
Most of the stores are gone. The Mexican food was ok but nothing special.
Beautiful building and landscape. Friendly staff and great food. Overall great time.
Great visit. Great people. Awesome views. It's relaxing not Vegas in Vegas.
Serene and peaceful away from but close enough from the strip.
Very variable staff quality. Pool staff was bored. Buffet staff was confused many time. Reception desk people was very helpful. Great view. Great location. Crazy cheap shower. The shower look like a 2 star motel.
Short staffed. Not as well maintained as it used to be. Not a busy hotel.
Such a peaceful retreat from the hustle of the city.
Amazing staff and definitely will stay again and recommend. Stunning views
The room was a little warm but the overall trip was great!!!!!!
Very relaxing. Great staff, rooms are beautiful,as are the grounds. Great place to escape to
Very nice. Clean, friendly staff, good food. It's a little far from the strip but that was expected
It can even be nicer if they had more shops to look around .
They close the pool at 8 pm. Enough said. . . big-time bummer for those of us rolling in in the late afternoon after travelling through the desert all day. The price is right, but the 17th century French decor is tired and the parking sucks! The resort is large and parking is near the casino not guest rooms. You have to take stairs to the 4th floor of the only parking structure on the place which houses the bridge across to the resort. Then you have to hike across, down, and around the maze-like corridors to try to find your way to the lobby or your room without making a wrong turn. I had to put a string of twinkle lights on my room's balcony so I had a beacon to guide me after getting frustratingly lost upon arrival. It's far from your car to your room, and the many hallway doors are heavy and don't open magically before you like they do at the four diamond places on the Strip so you will definitely want to let the resort's best feature, their friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned staff take your bags there for you. Those guys are the reason this hotel gets any stars at all, them and the large comfortable beds. This place is like something out of a Stephen King book. Luckily the people are cool and wonderfully accommodating. Getting there is more fun than staying there.
The Hotel is Amazing, Beautiful needs a little upkeep like shampoo the Spa Carpets and little details with service. Overall a nice, relaxing place to unwind.
Food and drinks are great, although a little overpriced. Friendly staff, I like their Jazz nights.
Super nice rooms with great views. Great rates for the level of resort. Perfect if you want to get away from the crowds.
Peaceful. Beautiful. Just enough food variety and plenty of water to enjoy. And finding a lake in a desert is special occasion.
Loved our weekend at the resort..Felt like a mini honeymoon..Only complain was the lack of vegetarian options from the menu..
Amazing service
Wonderrful Place
Friendly staff and gorgeous facility close to lots of restaurants, shops and beautiful walks on the lake
Great room and view. I REALLY enjoyed my two night stay
A Hilton hotel raises high expectations, which, however, are no longer satisfied, since the jump from old fashioned to Modene has not been consistently carried out. For example, Not everyone likes to hear loud and modern music everywhere. Almost all people want to be able to charge their smartphone by the bed, which is not possible, etc.
Beautiful landscape with fire place and huge trees that provide beauty and shade. Large firepit perfect for having drinks with friends. Over seeing the lake! Absolutely clean environment, and gorgeously stunning view!!
Very nice place to stay. Nice rooms and great golf nearby.
Brilliant hotel. Lovely rooms. Ideal if you have been doing national parks and want to spend one night near Hover Dam before flying home. Lots of restaurant choices and you can rent a boat on the lake.
Such a beautiful place to just walk around, enjoy a meal, a Margarita, or ?, in one of their restaurants there...Great for taking pictures & such... ( Too bad their casino is closed!).. We really looked forward to going there!... . But nice place to go & take your family,( even your dog!).. Enjoy Lake Las Vegas folks... You'll have a memorable day......( & great picture's!)...There were even people there taking pictures from a wedding party!...
Great rooms with some pretty good views. It's mostly quiet so it is very relaxing. Lots of good restaurants and activities nearby.
The beds are hard as rocks and the air conditioning we and refrigerator didn't start working till the second day
Great service. Rooms are great and have a lovely view.
Had a fabulous time at this hotel. Next to the lake and amazing restaurants. My hotel had this amazing view and below was a jazz musician playing live. It was perfect. The hotel is huge and can easily get lost. But staff was friendly and was very clean.
Very nice and the staff is so amazing here. Very helpful
I walked through this hotel I have stayed at this hotel when it was the Ritz Carlton Lake Laa Vegas. The furnishings pool and restaurant are very clean and nice.
Beautiful place. Excellent breakfast buffet. Qualitive restaurants in lake las vegas court area. Limited on things to do at Lake Las Vegas.
The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub and fitness center close by 7pm though. Seemed a little strange since I don't want to use the hot tub during the day time out in the desert. Fitness center was very nice. The shops nearby were great to go to.
Great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is a really pretty hotel, our room (a king suite) had a view over the lake. The room itself was comfortable and attractive with a good bed and spacious bathroom. The waitress in the restaurant was really friendly and we enjoyed talking with her, other staff not so much. I gave a 3 star review for a couple of reasons- the stay ended up costing us much more than we anticipated because of the steep "resort fees" on every transaction, a lot of price gouging, room service in particular was outrageously expensive. Our room was a long way from the front and the restuarant and there were no food vending machines, they really need mini bar in the rooms. The lake had a bunch of garbage in it which was gross. The village was fun to walk around at night after we had a few drinks, we saw rabbits and ducks. Unfortunately most of the businesses were closed so it was kind of a ghost town.
Quiet area. Nice property but in need of a good overhaul. Spa was pretty nice.
Beautiful landscaping and neat place to visit even if you are not staying the night as a guest. There are a few shops and restaurants that are open at certain times of the year. Chocolate, gelato, food, gifts, art shops. It's got a mini European feel to it.
Although this stay wasn t planned, so I m not able to really enjoy the time spent here. The Hilton hotel was clean and staff is very friendly. At check in they upgraded my room to lake view. On the 6th floor you can see from photos the view is beautiful.
Thank you Anna for booking this stay for me. I probably wouldn t have ever done this without your help. I can t thank you enough.
