We purchased 3 Delavan pumps to try them. The pumps overheated and failed in less than 3 months use. When we contacted them to pursue a warranty claim, they were difficult to deal with, putting the responsibility for dealing with the manufacturer on us. We wanted to return the pumps, but were told we would need to pay for the shipping--to Canada, for the pumps to then be shipped to the manufacturer in the U.S. We gave up and threw away the failed pumps. It was not so much the needless work in the process to file a warranty claim as it was their indifference in helping us with the claim.

We had a few issues with 3 spray tanks having manufacturing defects. After a phone call to Rittenhouse the acknowledge the problem and replaced the tanks with better units than we had originally ordered. Two thumbs up! Thank to Toni and Ken for making it right! You guys rock!

One star too many 2 garbage engines sent within 3 ...

One star too many 2 garbage engines sent within 3 weeks. The customer service is worse than the 0 star rating the engines deserve. They want u to pay to return their garbage honda product. Honda has the same not my problem attitude. Cannot say enough bad things about either especially after giving them 3 chances to make this right.
