Tried call in company 5 times and all I got was 1 ring, a brief message, then 2 rings and disconnected. I don't think they will answer my phones if they cannot answer their own.

If you are looking for a call service that will charge you 7-8K per month then let your phone ring 10-15 times before anyone will pick it up, if at all, then call you to ask you what to do because agents are not trained on protocol that you have spent many hours of your own time to clarify what needs to be done, this is the call service for you. Agents are trained only to take messages at best and if you want them to do anything other than that they are lost and confused and you will need to retrain all agents over and over again because of repeated agent turnover. Sadly, ownership does not take responsibility for failures and will try to shift the blame to you. Since we started with a new service our schedule has filled up dramatically and customers are much happier. Phones are vital to any business and do your research before trusting your calls to an incapable and irresponsible service such as this.

Concierge Contact Center has been working with us for years. I am able to call and talk to my account manager anytime. We realized just how much their service meant recently. We had to close for three days due to a flood and we didn't even have to go to the office to call our patients. They are very accommodating.

I have three dental practices and have been using Concierge s Contact for about eight months now. They give me peace of mind that my patience and new patients will have a real life person to speak with anytime they call, 24 hours a day seven days a week. They are very professional and skilled with Dentrix and will schedule the patients when they call. I will routinely have 2-5 new patients per week scheduled from their service. These patients may very likely have called a different office if they didn t get through with concierge s contact.. I would highly recommend them for any dental practice.
