I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START RESTURANT# 54043ON MANKHOOL ST IN DUBAI ON US GOVERNMENT BUISNESS 3RD TIME VISITING THE RESTAURANT YESTERDAY AFTER MAKE MY ORDER THE CASIER TOLD ME GO SIT OVER THERE AND POINT TO A SEAT BY THE FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT I TOLD HIM TAKE IT EASY I KNOW WHERE THE SEATS ARE THE RESTAURANT IS NOT THAT BIG AND WE ARE SOCIAL DISTANCING NOW TODAY WHEN I WENT JUST TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN AND GET SOMETHING TO EAT THE CASHIER THAT I SPOKE TO YESTERDAY WENT TO THE BACK AND ANOTHER GUY TOOK MY ORDER HE WAS PLEASANT HE TOOK THE ORDER I ORDER 2 SAUSAGE EGG MC MUFFIN I WANTED IT WELL DONE I WILL SEND YOU PICTURES OF WHAT I GOT DONT GO TO THAT RESTAURANT THEY DONT LIKE AMERICANS THERE I WILL ALSO SPEAK TO THE COUNSLATE PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE EMBARRASSMENT I WILL ALSO POST TO TRIP ADVISOR TO SAVE ANY AMERICAN THE HEADACHES BE AWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARN

I just want to share my bad experienced today morning. I am very upset because the way they approach me is not really nice. I just order Sausage Egg Muffin Meal/ pancake and i asked if is possible to make it scramble egg instead the normal egg on that sandwich and they said NO and not possible, ok fine and cashier asked me which drinks or hot drinks i want,then i said Hot chocolate and the're is additional on that, it's fine.But that because i asked if is possible for make it scarmble i feel sad because they said not allowed and if i want they will charge me. I am regular customer in Mcdonald's International City Pavilion on this day i asked for this and they will approach me is a big word "NOT ALLOWED" this the way they response,approach to the customer. After few mins my order came and the cashier as me if am going to complaint she will give the No. Of Head Office.it's getting me more peace off,because i never think that am going to cimplaint for this.But the cashier approach that way. Hope this kind of Staff and Supervisor you should have a training for customer service so that next time will not happened again.

Your call center is not supportive. My kids are hungry and they slept without having food due to delays in delivery..
