On the 8th of September l had an insurance quote and opted to pay monthly however a yearly subscription has been held. Rang the Insurance and asked them to cancel the subscription of which they said they did after holding for 30 mins. Bloody joke!!. Wed the 13 the money is still not back in my account. Bloody not impressed. I will be taking legal action to claim my money back with interest. Will not recommend this insurance to anybody.

This insurance company is a JOKE! I wanted to insure my car via Go compare for fairly cheap insurance and i got a qoute from this company i was happy with the deposit and monthy payments so i got referred to Rcib website, my car was supposed to be insured on the 8/02/2019 that didn t happen they have taken my money it clearly stated on the website that my car would be insured immediately but that s not the case it said on there that you need to confirm the details with the company in order to insure the vehicle. I rang them the next day confirmed everything all good now the person who i was speaking to said that the insurance will cost a little more so my deposit was raised and monthly payments also i was unhappy i said no either do me the same price or just forget it and return my money back i was on the phone for a solid hour... he then says its the cheapest price can t go any lower i then said no i do not approve just return my money back he said that it would return after 10 to 14 working days into your account, Stay away from the company all they re trying to do is trick you into paying cheap insurance until they raise their prices over the phone, there are better car insurers who won t do these kind of things. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

rang up to renew car insurance policy tried to get through all day!
When i did i had to verify my mobile number said i didnt know it so had to ring back when i did ring back was put on hold for half an hour until advisor was ready !
took 45 mins to get a quote speaking to advisor as system crashed!
only gave a two as the staff were very helpful! very slow will go elsewhere next year!

Scam brokers do not use, offer lowest price on comparison sites and when you buy the policy they only pre authorise the card and phone you, questions you have never been asked before and policy amount doubles.

As payment is pre authorised it takes up to 7 days to go back into your account and then leaves you with no money and no insurance.

AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Shocking! Very Poor! Every time we call we get sent to voicemail or put on hold, once we were even hung up on. Despite the fact that we scanned and sent documents numerous times we have been told time and time again they are not adequate, that the font is too small or that our proof of NCB was not valid proof, despite it being valid for other insurance firms. I then proceeded to contact my previous insurer to get VALID proof. I then forwarded this to Right Choice, only to be told it isn't valid as the letter did not have a letterhead. I only hope I don't have to make a claim with this firm, as I cannot imagine what the SHOCKINGLY customer service would be like for this.

Great service from Dayne! Thankyou! I've had a nightmare trying to sort my car insurance with right choice and I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend to anyone! I will not be using right choice again! However Dayne was extremely helpful and managed to sort it all out!

If I could give minus stars I would! Complete sham artists! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DO NOT USE!!! Found via reputable comparison site but wish I'd read the comments here first. Have taken payment despite my stressing several times I did NOT wish to proceed with the purchase. Am now struggling to recoup my money and have logged complaints with the insurance ombudsman and the comparison website.

Really don't want to give any stars but no choice....one of the worst insurance company I've ever known got a quote online so tried calling them since yesterday no answer after 3 attempts of 35 minute calls I give up. Tried again today same thing no answer I think it's some sort of scam.
If you can't get through to them now, how hard would it be to get through to them when you desperately need them.

There s no words to describe my displeasure at this company, good luck at getting them to answer the phone or to reply to a email.

They demand more proof and then won t accept it when you give it, they won t acknowledge it either at times.

Asked for a refund and to cancel the pocily under the cooling off period and they won t respond, so best of luck if you use them.

Basically cowboys but then again cowboys would probably answer you.

Update: so in the latest with them, two a bit months of cancelling the policy with them, they ve decided to charge my bank card for the past few months, of course it s with the bank as unauthorised. So be careful and don t use these cowboys.

I chose this firm because of the competitive price offered online.
What I didn't know is that they are really really appalling. What you save in few pounds you lose out in valuable time.
I was told to receive a call to validate my details. They did call me couple of times but would put me on hold to speak to someone. After holding for 10 / 15 minutes I would get cut off. I had to keep calling and calling and .........
Again after 10/15 minutes kept on hold I would get cut off.
Three days after taking out the insurance I was unable to drive my car as my policy was not "activated".
I am now trying to cancel the non-existing policy and take my business elsewhere.
Stay away from this firm.

AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID!!!.Proper cowboy brokers. Go by a few names too. Took over a thousand pounds from me to insure my car, sent an email to me saying I'm not insured until they call me to confirm all my details. Didn't get any call so I called them and was put on hold for over an hour. When a guy did answer, he went through exactly the same questions I answered only to tell me I have to pay a further 600 to 1000 pounds depending on who I select to insure me. I refused to pay a penny extra and demanded my money back so I can move onto the next quote which was only another 50 pounds extra but RCiB didn't and still has not returned my money so I'm left with no insurance and no money to get insured! I wish I'd seen the reviews for this company before I handed over all that money. Basically what they do is quote you a very cheap rate just to secure your money and entrap you, then squeeze as much as they can trying their luck because everyone knows how wrong and timely a refund process can go. It's absolutely disgusting and near enough fraudulent behaviour in my opinion. MINUS 1 STAR, they should change how customers give star ratings by giving us a choice to give minus stars too, for companies like RCiB of course.

By far the worst Insurance company I have dealt with only interested in taking your money. Horrible 0 star customer service, was unable to cancel my policy after the 14 day period. They steal all your money and than make up excuses to tie you in. Last time I ever Insure my car with this company!!! Totally unhappy that they did not live up to the original quote.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. On hold for for an average of 28 minutes before call being answered. Longest time on hold 55 minutes and still waiting for the call to be answered. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. All documents sent and still 3 months in to the agreement getting asked for them. Shocking.

Up till now I can only give this company 2 stars as I attempted to apply for a car insurance policy online but at the last point when it came to payment I was sent a page that stated payment could not be made. I tried again and received the same message.
I then tried to talk to someone but the number rang and rang ......... I tried further times with same result. A little later I eventually got through to someone but was cut off . One star at this point

I logged in to my email and received confirmation along with all the documents. Hence I can only give 2 stars at this point.

Right Choice are a very frustrating company to dea...

Right Choice are a very frustrating company to deal with. You can't just put your policy on risk with the click of a button online, you HAVE to speak to a member of staff first. That means either waiting for them to call you (never happens) or spending literally hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. It's an atrocious system that's embarrassingly outdated.
But, once I actually got to speak to someone (Mitchall) he was very helpful, polite and efficient. Add this to the very competitive premium they offered and and you've got a company that could easily get 5 stars. If only they'd have enough staff in the office to answer calls as quickly as the competition.

Paid online and then they didn't call me back to confirm and validate the policy. Then after 6 attempts to get through to the right person they have increased the cost of the policy. Staff are polite but they play pass the parcel with you in which you are kept on hold for several minutes at a time.
