The staff at this company are so rude. I have never spoken to any customer service department in the UK as rude as these people for any type of company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The service they provide is absolutely shocking. You spend your whole life in a queue on the phone trying to get through to them and they ask for documentation they really don't need to ensure they can threaten to cancel your policy if you don't ring them. They don't answer emails and the staff on the phone are rude cocky kids that really don't want to be there (in particular Ricky). Beware that all the Information you give online isn't enough to get you insured and u then have to have a 45 minute call and provide documentation to someone that doesn't even add the information you ask them to. This insurance was on behalf of my partner as I have been insured with direct line for years. My advice is cheapest is not always best value. Go for direct line as these guys are absolute cowboys. Useless.

Avoid like the plague what a complete ball ache you fill in details online you are then subjected to a 30 min telephone ramble then you have to print off your own forms & jump through more hoops even though you have to pay on step 1 online what a shambles

Took out insurance with Right Choice today on a classic car and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the premium, especially as I had no ncd to use as it was already on my other car, the customer service adviser Ani was very helpful, efficient and friendly, I will definitely consider them for future quotes.

Felt like the the lady on the phone was having another conversation all they wanted was payment asap once they have that you can't get through to anybody on the phone so rude when I explained to the lady who answered the switch bored I have been on hold for 2hours she just said well cancel the policy then and before i could say a word I was transferred to the cancellation team who yet again don't answer

Vile vile vile company, ripped me off by taking my money then doubling my quote.
Then failed to send me any renewal documnets including proof of my no claims despite me calling to request it. Because of this my new policy just doubled as I cant prove no claims. This is by far the worst company of any kind I have had the misfortune to deal with. Stay well clear !!

Disgusting company. Say one price then get you on the phone and add whatever charges or just change the quote entirely Then I broke my back so was cancelling my insurance. Whilst this was being processed they cancelled it for meso I now have to pay more in the future. Tried tslki g to them but they were not helpful at all so there's nothing I can do. If you want to go with a company out there to help drivers, this isn't it.

Total scam artists. They steal your money at every opportunity. Every good review on herr is fake. Do not insure with them!!!!

Very difficult to deal with. Slow at answering emails. Ending up costing me much more because of phone calls, posting documents by Special Delivery then having to cancel policy after less than a month due to an unresolved issue. Only More

No customer service. I've phone for days and spoke to nobody. Emails telling me my policy will be cancelled and that I need to contact them straight away. No response to my emails and not answering my calls!!!

I wanted to insure my car with Rcib today but when it came to payment there was an issue and I could not proceed. I've rang number provided on the website and I was told that the sales team is busy they can't answer so I patiently waited. The lady from the switchboard advised me that my call is next in the queue and i should get through to an adviser shortly. After 2 hours they've just hung up on me!!!!
After reading the reviews I am actually relieved that they hung up because I was really close to buying the policy from them.
Thankfully I have insured myself with a reliable company that answered my call within 5 minutes.

I was speaking to a man called Darren who was very helpful, if it wasn't for him I would of gone with a new insurer.

I spoke with Jayden who was in Romford about insurance for a classic LHD convertible. Tricky brief but he made the whole process as painless as possible. Other than the long time on the phone (50 minutes) it was a straightforward and painless process and Jayden seemed like a person who was there to help make things happen which is unusual in this field of work.

The attitude of the customer service staff is atrocious, I called up to simple get a definitive number on the quote due to receiving a few different ones from the company to be called a liar and that it wasn't possible even though I had all the quotes screenshotted there, could have sent this to him in an email but nope apparently no email to send them to.. well done guys.

Renewed my policy with no hassle Josh talked me through everything. He was very friendly and chatty and very patient with me whilst i found out all my details . Josh got me a great deal straight away loved it.

Very efficient friendly service from Mark. The premium was really competitive and I am very pleased. The one downside is the time taken to answer the phone, but once I got through Mark phoned me back promptly to set up the policy.

They have created a very effective business model, for them.
I searched Go Compare and these came up as the best price so I paid up front for 12 months bike insurance.
They sent me a link to their portal to upload licence image, proof of no claims and DVLA access code. Despite many tries it did not work.
I emailed to tell them, many attempts later some replied to tell me to attatch the image's on a reply to that email. Then I kept getting emails telling me my policy was to be cancelled in 7 days due to faolure to supply details.
Eventually after a 15 minute phone torture session i got to speak to a person, who immediately put me back on hold. I then got someone else who wanted to do the same, after I begged her not to she agreed to my request to cancel.
I lost most of my money.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole. They are harvesting details and money, and providing nothing.
As for Go Compare they investigated my complaint and came down on the side of RCIB. They were no help and sarcastic.

They need to talk to you on the phone to confirm everything but GUESS WHAT - no one ever likes to pick up the phone. I've spent 2+ hours today on hold trying to renew my policy but screw this I'm going elsewhere. Emails seem to be a no-go too.

Avoid at all costs!! They will rip you off for your money and then cancel it after feew days. Leaving you without your deposit and asking for more money for only few days of insurance.

Regretted joining the same week... Unable to contact them, they ignore emails and then the questions in the emails, bombarded by meaningless auto texts and emails, demanding excessive paperwork and rejecting them. I prepaid motorbike insurance for a year and now cannot even cancel the insurance without losing money, although I am within the 14 days and despite the fact that they still have not issued the actual certificate. Asked if I am even legally insured at the moment, they didn't answer, just ignored me. I don't even want to imagine how they might handle a potential claim. Cheap for a reason people! Stay away! Not recommended.

Right Choice Insurance have an excellent customer service my quote was dealt with very well. The only slight downfall i would say is you have to have pasion when getting a quotes as they can take some time. Which is why I have given four stars.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They may seem the cheapest option to go with on comparison sites but you ll be guaranteed to experience no end of problems, including financial demands after you have made the purchase! You will not be able to make contact with the company, I ve been on hold several times for over an hour each time! They interfere with information you have submitted when applying and portray that there is a discrepancy with info that you ve provided - in a bid to rinse you of your money.
This is a scam service! I m currently in the process of trying to getting my money back before I take legal action.

What an absolute disgrace of a company from start to finish. Used via compare the market they took my money and just ignored me! No contact no insurance cover, took over a week to get them to return my money and with no explanation or apology. I will be complaining to various organisations and compare the market, have an easy life and stay away from these people.
