This is the Bogas Compny they rip off people with their mind games never trust them they can do anything to get money out of your pocket and they can even take your money even after issuing you cancellation notice what they do is writing later from themself and sending that they will try to collect money from your Account details wich they have saved from past without even your awareness
How they can countinue with the policy if you are not happy to have their policy ?

And they gna send you welcome pack after monthes after purchasing the policy so that you losing 14 days cancellation period

In 2018 I had a car insurance through them.

In 2018 I had a car insurance through them.
They managed to arrange one via a company called Alpha.
After a couple of months Alpha went into liquidation and RCIB arranged for a replacement policy.
The insurance premium was paid in full to Alpha.



So after I paid the full amount agreed on the contract, RCIB comes back asking me to pay for the fact that Alpha went bankrupt and they did not recover the full amount.
The staff is always in a hurry and when talked politely they say that it is a waste of time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0
COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND TRUST.

Too long starting procedure.
They give one price online and after having 40 min conversation over the phone with them price always ends up higher.
When you try to cancel a policy you still need to pay everything you owe so far + 2 more fees.
It doesn't matter if you won't have the car anymore and you won't have a vehicle at all.
It is cheaper for me to pay my last inatalment only rather than canceling. Bacause of the terms they are giving.

Its a legal scam!! Avoid at all costs. If only I had paid heed to the negative reviewers on here. After buying insurance online, received email to say there was a discrepancy and to call them back. I have been trying to get through on the phone for 3 days. Going round in circles, bounced around person to person, being left on hold for 30-40mins and line dropping.
No one seems to care!
Its truly shocking that companies like this can get away with this kind of behaviour.

And the call took over 35mins just for me to speak to someone and after that, i was promised a call back but never received it and i believe that the company is just a shambles. I stared to argue with them .. then the girl I was talking to kept putting me on hold and then passing me over to another guy to explain the mess .. then we said go find another company and we will refund you the money back !!! I said fine .. I found out that he hasn t cancelled my insurance neither completed it after 4 days !!!!! And until this point I didn t get my money back !!! Horrible experience .

I phoned today and spoke to Kirsty to arrange motor insurance. She was very friendly and easy to talk to while still being very efficient. The only gripe I may have was the time taken to answer my call, around 35 minutes.

One of the worst insurance companies ive ever been with. It's takes ages to get through to the call centre. Minimum 25 min wait whenever I call. I got a quote online which was cheap, so i decided to use this company. What a big mistake. Just gona use them until my insurance expires. Will never renew. I wouldn't even give it a one star. And the customer service advisors are rude. Ive read alot of reviews about this company and most people are not happy. The good reviews are fake... maybe the people who work with them gave the reviews. Stay away from this company

1st class service from the Home Insurance Department. I even had a call from them just before my renewal to see if they were still competitive, if not they would try to beat my best quote. Keep up the good work.

WRONG CHOICE they got the name wrong by mistake trust this is an honest review have taken out a policy with them biggest mistake of my life and to top it off they weren't cheap and the service should be rated at -7 out of ten if it was possible they will want details of your birth certificate and then they will want a letter from the father of the doctor who verified this as the doctor is no longer with us and your shoesize and to prove your shoesize they will need the last receipt of the last pair of shoes you bought with CCTV footage of you leaving the store then and only then will they stop writing you threatening letters for cancellation of your policy and when you do call be prepared to hold for 38 minutes and then go through dpa several times hold again then get sorted after a n hour or so then go through it all again after a few days. .

Avoid this company at all costs even if you have to pay more for another insurance it s better to be treated with fairness and equality as opposed to the corporate regime and ideology imposed upon you as a customer in an arrogant, selfish and disgusting manner this company does.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews given for this company. It's understandable people will predominantly want the cheapest policy, but this is often at the expense of getting the right policy (and they're not always the same thing).

Right Choice took the time to understand what I needed and then offered the most appropriate policy based on what I'd given. The service they've given is much more about value, not price. This is insurance after all, not switching an electricity provider!

One star is too much for this appalling company and the terrible service I received from various people across the company. They are cheeky and had an unprofessional manner. The phone was cut off on me twice dispute being on hold for 35 minutes and being passed from one person to the next each as cheeky as the one before. The insurance is well and truly cancelled this is the last time I deal with them and will pass that onto all that I know. I had a lucky escape as it was he first day I had taken the insurance. They went on to tell me to take photos of the miles in my car then update them with another photo in 2 weeks time so they could be sure what mileage I was doing! Never heard of this in my life!! Worst company to deal with regarding car insurance. In my desperate attempts for getting insurance for my car, dealing with them over the phone for couples of hours, 4 days in a row, applying online on their website which does not work, i lost my patience and gave up. My advice will be not to deal with this guys as you might get the same experience as mine. Totally waste of time !!

Call centre queues routinely over 30 minutes. Operators unhelpful. Call back promises NEVER kept. Ridiculous paperwork exchanged just to validate policy. Threatened me with cancellation repeatedly. Ended up involving Ombudsman and FSA. Quidco cash back never paid. Thank god I never had to claim.Awful company. Sore on the big toe of the industry.

Appalling Company both in terms of process and staff. Purchased the policy on a Sunday, because I needed it on a Sunday but it is only clear after you pay that you then have to call them to activate. BUT they aren't open on a Sunday, so I was left with no insurance. The when I did phone I was left on hold twice for an hour each time. The the process of actually activating the insurance took 1 hour. After this documents were requested far beyond that I have ever been asked for before, so more time finding them! I sent them but had multiple texts, telling me I hadn't. Another 1 hour on hold. Finally get the documents done, more than a month after i first bought the policy. Then I start getting texts about calling the cancellation team, more time on hold only to be told that they were sent in error. No matter if they were marginally cheaper, it isn't worth it! I have dealt with at least 6 people and all but one has been rude.

BE AWARE of dealing with a not professional insurance broker . What they do; they offer a cheap policy online first and customers pay for it then they start looking for an opportunity to rip costumer pocket in a polite way. I change address from a high risk area to a very low one and been charge for a ridiculous amount of money where I expect even to get some money back as a low risk area helps to get cheap quote if you choose a reliable insurance company.

First time i got a call back after had set all up amd due to fact i dident realise a workplace accident coumted as a incident i had to report i should of so ended up with 300 added to my policy take it or leave it. Extremly poor customer service all year then got qwoted on renewal 10k plus third party for ford focus 1.6d turns out all year they had rong year of passing my licence and put my work place accident as own fault. Assumed when they said they had checked that all details where correct after refusing i was still being sent renewal qwotes. Rar steer clear managed to get back what i wsd out of pocket on for previous year ie was paying well to much buteven that was a fight. Seem to have a dont care attitude beyond poor for customer service.

Initially they were very nice and smooth when giving the quotes but once payments is been made than starts pointing out issues which does not make any sense, and cancelled the policy which even giving enough notice. and now refused to refund the remaining amount as they have lots of hidden charges etc.
