Never trust this company I rate this company 0/10 they only want money out of you I called them so many times they said I have them the wrong info over the phone when I never they took my money and then never contacted me for 2 weeks I called them many times then they said I needed to pay more money I now tried to cancel there meant to send me into over email but come from another planet as even a letter take 2 weeks to get to me and email not recived at all no paper work at all I will take this further this company should be shut down and black listed doggiemoneymakers will spread the word to others to never use this

i decided to buy insurance from them due to low price.over the phone (2h of conversation)they changed my price for no reason(they try to find some so hard) then when i said to them please cancel my payment due to ridiculously high quote(extra 350) they send me on email covernote on my name with 1400pounds of excess on it(main reason why i decided to avoid to go forward) and charged me for deposit.please guys avoid RCIB if you dont wont to be involved in situation like mine.all calls are recorded but you have to pay extra 10pounds to listen it. i think to contact my lawyer to sort them out

1 hour and 40 minute telephone call and they already had all my details as i had a policy with them, waited 45 mins to sorak to someone with same reptitive msg that gives you no idea when you are going to speak,,, unnecessary holds of up to 15 mins at a time with no good explanation!, trying to sell you gadget cover by direct debit and when asking to cancel was cut off!!!! My 2nd experience with this company and a long running customer bit service is attrocious to say the least, not to mention the so called receptionist that first answers your call and thenclaims to pit u through to someone right away, pbe prepared to wait in queue for best part of a hour if your lucky!

I do not like to leave reviews as I usually give company s the benefit of the doubt. However happy you may think you are with this company at the beginning. STAY AWAY. they are the worst company I have ever been involved in. Unprofessional. Rude and certainly not trained enough. Everytime I call this company I have to waste 30 minutes of my life on hold because the staff have 0 training. Super dodgy managers and no sympathy towards a customer. Seriously do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Bad experience or not stay away from them. I know the low prices draw you in but I rather pay 10000 s more than to be with this company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also I once worked for a horrible company as to which scammed everyone and when I checked their reviews the manager had told me that they pay people to give them good reviews so that it can balance out the GENUINE bad reviews. THIS COMPANY PROBABLY DOES TGE SAME THING. I cannot believe that many people had a good experience with them. When I have had a bad one for weeks and many encounters with different member of staff who have all been SH#T.

Company took way too long dealing with my claim and never informed me during a very long winded process. I can't wait to get rid of them and never hear the name right choice again!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! My husband had this company come up on Compare the Market, and there have been nothing but problems since the start. They will take a deposit, then not validate your insurance until you've stayed on the phone for hours waiting, and then will tell you on the phone that the rate is more expensive than quoted and make up excuses why. I can't believe there are actually positive reviews here as the negative ones are spot on with what they've said. DO NOT USE THEM and avoid your money being taken - we're now out an expensive cancellation fee and I would tell you to avoid them from now on!!!

I believe the name should be Wrong Choice Insurance Brokers. They try to get your money by all means, they keep looking for any accidental error to charge more and more, the application is not clear and results in mistakes. I definitely would not recommend.

Do not use this company, its defo the WRONG choice, payed a annual sum, checked my bank account to find 3 annual payments have been totalling or 2000 pound had been debited out of my account, rung them up for them to claim it's only been taken out once, now I'm overdrawn and having to prove via bankstatments that this is not the case absolutely disgusting and they don't seem to care over the phone! An absolute joke of a company. Insurance was cancelled and asked to call the validating team, no answer ever to the calls or the emails. Speak to somone in sales team who was usless to say the least, couldnt even grasp the simple questions I put her way. So as I cant get through to your validating team through no fault of my own I will then be charged and= admin fee for my insurance being cancelled. I dont think so. I have contacted my Credit card company who will be in touch and I have also written to the FCA who im sure will be very keen to hear of your business practices.

However, my bank sent me a letter (dated 12/01/2016) saying that they were going to DEBIT my account because the merchant, Right Choice Insurance Brokers (RCIB), had shown them evidence to prove that I'd not followed their cancellation procedure - and they did.
In the meantime, RCIB cancelled the policy themselves.
So, I have paid in full for motor insurance policy which does not exist, and have had to obtain alternative cover. I effect, I've paid twice.
I have called RCIB numerous times about this matter - to no avail.
Typically, the call is taken by someone on the switchboard within the first 2 minutes, then you are placed, 'on hold' for an average of 45 minutes before anyone speaks to you. It's pathetic.
The last call I made on Wednesday 13/04/2016 and I spoke to a certain Becky Golding. She assured me that she'd look into the matter and call me back the same day. I even checked that she had my correct phone number. She never called back, and that isn't the first time this has happened.
RCIB have told me that they have not received any money from my bank and are in dialogue with them. Further, said dialogue is by exchange of paper letters and is therefore a long winded process.
Upon hearing this, I asked, 'Why do you require payment? You didn't supply insurance!'
Their response is that they DID supply one month's cover while waiting for me to supply proof of no claims discount etc. However, I was very clear on that phone call on 04/01/2016 that I DID NOT wish to proceed with the cover.

In summary, my complaints are twofold;

2. The customer service supplied by RCIB is absolutely appalling.

Only when I submitted a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman did I get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Comprehensive service. The quote was as good as could be expected given the nature of my policy requirements, if a little higher than what was on website. The assistant did not mind my waffling or bartering neither. The delay in connecting was about 20 minutes and then there were delays in processing/confirming information resulting in a long call of approximately 50 minutes The delays for confirmation of information were okay, as they are expected to ensure correct information/details, etc. However, the original 20 minute delay in connection is not acceptable or expected as I called off peak on a Friday mid-morning when it should be quieter.

Every year I have to mess around signing documents just to renew insurance another insurance company my friend is with renews automatically unless you ask it not to. Then every year they fail to get the documents requested despite me sending them and hardly reply to my emails.



Edit: Tried to get insured for a gsx1400 after passing my A category licence. They refused as I had an accident on my 600 bandit that wasn't my fault and was at a speed a 50cc ped is capable of doing and claimed they don't feel comfortable insuring me for a bike with the power of a gsx 1400. It's only 105 hp. Right choice is a joke of an insurance company.

My partner organised the insurance for me. He paid some money up front and the company text and emailed daily saying to get in touch, and to sign the online documents. I could not sign online documents so emailed them. Was on hold for 2.5 hours!!!! Before getting through and being asked to verify all the answers that my partner had already answered. I couldn t verify something and so had to end the call unsuccessfully. My partner and I both called more than once daily and were both on hold for up to two hours only to have calls cut off once getting through. Continued to get emails saying we needed to get in touch and to sign paperwork till they sent me confirmation that they had cancelled my insurance as I had not got in touch. Leaving me to drive home from work with no insurance and my partner having paid money to them for no service what so ever!

I cancelled an insurance policy with RCIB and was told it would take 30 days for me to receive my refund. 30 days came and went and the money was still not in my bank. They are now telling me it can take my bank up to 5 days to clear the refund. So I'm expected to wait 35 days for them to refund my money. Awful experience, awful customer service and I would advise strongly against using this comoany
