A very good customer service and easy communication

Appalling service!!! Avoid at all costs!! Once you accept the quote and pay the deposit, you receive an email stating someone will call you back to process the pre authorisation payment and check all details are correct. Your insurance is not valid until this is done. NO ONE called back!! Not only that but two duplicate payments were taken. As my car insurance was expiring I had to go to another company. 2 hours of trying to get through and finally, 2 days after I made my payment, I spoke to someone. I now have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back!!!

They aren t a good insurance company, all they wanna do is take ur money didn t pay my deposit back for no reason customer service is bad they don t even know how to talk

You can tell the good reviews are fake because they all mention someone's name and there are no spelling mistakes etc

Worst company ever, i have been trying to resolve an issue which they created by them. I have emailed them and no one got back to me. I have been on the phone for hours but no one answers. Avoid this company.

Naiomi was the deciding factor in me agreeing to sign up to the car insurance policy. She went away twice after the usual red tape discrepancies insurance companies love to throw in your path in the hope of squeezing more money out of you. Thank you Naiomi and hope your employers appreciate your friendly, helpful and professional attitude throughout.

Avoid at all costs company is a shambles , they don't know there arse from their elbow. Rip off Britain comes to mind.

Used this company for my car insurance last year as they were able to provide the best quote. Had a phone call today from Anthony about renewing for this coming year and was really pleased with the quote and service. Would recommend calling them for a quote.

Right Choice Insurance Brokers are a massive scam. I had my insurance bumped up by 400 quid whilst trying to insure the vehicle, this was based upon terminology or a car park. When I cancelled my policy months later they absolutely hammered me of fees.

The service is unbelievable and I am so glad to not be with them any longer. Please avoid the con artists.

The operator puts you on hold for ever!!! they don't respond to emails!!!

James was very professional, courteous and polite. He explained the terms of my policy without using jargon. He was clear and concise, easy to speak to and patient in explaining my policy. He made it easy for me and at the end i was delighted that i had made the right chioce.

My salesman was extremely good and knowledgeable and made the process painless with a little bit of humour and understanding. Valuable asset you have in your company.10

Quote you a fixed price on comparison website and then CS will call you to confirm the details and they will increase the price for no obvious reason. I should have left them at the time of buying the policy but due to the circumstances I couldn't and I am stuck now.

I read the reviews, took a chance, wish I hadn't..... they will find a way to make even more money out of you, by adding fees, threatening to cancel your policy there and then, after paying your deposit, and then tell you that you owe them money for all sorts of fees...AVOID

Awful company. Paid online after getting a quote. They later called & said they had to go through all info.. then told me because I'd been driving for 7 years, but only had no claims for 4 (hadn't owned a car the whole time I'd been driving!) that my quote would go up, even though this was the same info I provided for the online quote.

Never have I dealt with a company as awful as this, & this is even at the start of taking out a policy, imagine if you actually had to make a claim!!

First time dealing with this company, but received all relevant documents quickly and found them easy to read, no hidden clauses. Very competitively priced so very satisfied.

Rang up about 4 times trying to sort my car insurance only to be put on hold for about 30 mins before hanging up and trying later the staff when I did get my call answered was fantastic could not fault them

I spoke with a lovley man named billy after a few phone calls i got set up this is my 2 nd year with Right choice no problems

Theo was helpful on the phone and Right Coice were significantly cheaper than other companies. However, the pay off seems to be that you are queued for a long time before being able to speak with someone, 45 mins in my case. This was really frustrating. Also they weren't able to match the price quoted on the comparison website which was disappointing.

Absolutely awful service from Right Choice Insurance Brokers , On hold for nearly an hour to be put through to some cocky sales lad called Charlie who was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Price on comparison site was excellent and I was happy to go ahead but you have to call and speak to somebody first to activate the policy to then find out they triple what you've actually been quoted because you make a ten minute drive to work 3 times a week.

After trawling through many quotes - some of them laughably extortionate, I came across Right Choice Insurance. Within a few minutes a really nice girl found me an affordable policy and sorted out my cover note. I would highly recommend them if you are struggling to find affordable insurance

absolutely shocked by their service, i want to cancel my insurance now and they say i will owe them as brokers 40% of the premium. Not the finance company, not the insurer but them. They are set to rip people off.

Horrible company, make their money ripping people off. I had such a bad experience I cancelled my policy and requested a refund (within 14 days) which they are currently withholding

Try it yourself, give them a call and try getting through to them (not switch board but an actual team)

They seem the cheapest but impose strange TnCs in the hope you can t meet them, they the threaten to cancel my insurance unless I emailed across documents confirming the info they held, (on day 13 of my cooling off period) I did this and then they text me to say my insurance would be Canceled unless I verbally confirmed over the phone the details they had, problem is they make it impossible to get through on the phone in the hope you don t confirm and then they can cancel your insurance and charge you a large fee. I noticed what they were doing and Canceled the insurance in full within the 14days but they tried so hard to stop me by making it impossible to speak to them
no call backs and unable to reach them in the phone I had to write them like it was 1817 and formally lodge the fact I wanted to leave, I requested several callbacks that didn t happen n when I got through to the managers they hung up on me twice after 2 hour waits. (Mark I think your name was, shouty chav guy - doesn t narrow it down there - thanks for that)
In the end they finally acknowledged that I had Canceled in writing but I m still waiting to see about that refund.... just pay a little more and go with a proper company not this scam brokerage, also the 5 star reviews on here are fake, just check out the profiles, no one is going to leave their first and only google review as 5 star review on RCIB insurance ffs

Easy to talk to, very nice person and good customer service

Great service and friendly customer service was spot on for my insurance requirements in getting the best deal.

I came across this company through a 3rd party website (comparison).

The price seemed really good so i went ahead with the policy.

I want to just explain - as i do not work for an insurance company i didn't fully understand what are the do's and don'ts

I got an email to advise they needed proof of my no claims



I tried to then cancel this policy and as i was out the 14 day cooling off period (to point out this information was given to me after the 14 days! coincidence?)









So i called them up again and obviously expressed my frustration.

My issue is why has no one i have been dealing with advise me of this? a heads up that this may happen, after all they work in the company they should be advising customers from the start everything!!!

The lady i have just dealt with hesitated to put me through to complaints i believe i asked 4 times to speak to someone before she put me on hold.




Please do not use this company they don't provide all the necessary information and i wouldn't be surprised if they find another cost to add to my account.

To any one from this company if you see this feel free to listen to all the calls i have made and try and help me out!

Renewed my car insurance with you guys for the 3rd year running and I was lucky enough to speak to Amanda in renewals again and for the 2nd year running she has totally looked after me! Her manners her attitude and most of all her customer service i feel was 2nd to none!!! Iv even booked for her to call me next year when renewal time comes!

Rcib she's a credit to your company and the only reason I renewed!!

Horrible company . Wasted 1hr on the phone after I was given quote for my modified car and paid first instalment trough compare the market . Waited for 3hrs to get call back to confirm and no one called back . Called myself just to get a response that they can't provide insurance for my car as they don't accept mods.
That is all keeping in mind that I previously called the company and confirmed that all mods are fine .
Had to call again as money was not returned back to my account .
Horrible customer service and staff don't even know what they are doing . Would not recommend to anyone .

Literally ALL the 1 star reviews is the reason why im also giving a 1 star. This company does not even belong in the trash, they deserve to be incinerated to ashes completely, as a trash can would be too homely for them. absolute time wasters; reader and insurers avoid AT ALL COST!

Really wish I did NOT go with these insurers.. got a good quote on money supermarket but when I called I had to go through all the questions and then put on a higher premium.. they want documents off me so I've called again to speak to customer service and for 30 mins later, still waiting for someone to answer.. not good enough

Do not go to this insurance company can not get any one on the phone on hold for hours the customer service representative changed all of my information on my quote . Took my money and then said they couldn't insure me refusing to do a reversal on my transaction and telling me they're doing a refund which was unnecessary if they're done a reversal I would have had my money in my account today I could of sorted more insurance out .
The customer service representatives of rude don't know what they're talking about and questioned my knowledge even though I just got off the phone to the bank where I got all my information from they still refuse to even call there merchant Bank to see if it was an option. Very rude obnoxious I would stay away from this firm as they are only going to take you for a ride. Place is a joke so are the employees especially Mr Shaw

Im guessing that whilst working from home during lockdown, a better system of sending a confirmation email, once you've placed an order, would be better coming direct from RCIB office. I was very worried when a basic email without contact details or anything like the normal emails received from RCIB. It was like a personal one which worried me very much.

One of the worst insurance companies. They took the money, not even made the policy for the quote that I accepted and then I had to struggle for having my money back. Should be on a judge's hand!
