Renewed my household policy today with Kirsty who was very helpful and found it easy to do. Also received a discount for being a loyal customer. Would use Right Choice again.

Great customer service, the only downfall is I decided to go with them when they were experiencing high call volumes and was waiting for a couple of hours to get on the call with them. otherwise the woman who I spoke to on the call was really friendly!

Very poor customer service. Called to start policy and was left on hold for over 10 mins each time we called. Finally called to cancel, received no apology or attempt to rectify. Would not recommend. Cheap for a reason..

worst possible insurance provider if you could call them that im convinced any positive reviews on here are done by members of the team and their friends and families. same story every time i was given the cheapest quote on compare the market from rcib and was then told i needed to ring them to 'confirm' my details. i was literally left on hold for about an hour in total after telling them over the phone everything id already said online. to then be requoted a price 300 above what id been quoted originally then the price went up again 900. they talk like a bunch of dilinquents they have clearly received no training in professionalism or customer service. it would be a better option to drive uninsured and deal with the police than to drive insured and deal with these ali g speaking cowboys. do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs.

Their customer service is a disgrace, they have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They take your money, don't send you ANY documents, then send you threats because you haven't returned signed copies of the documents you never received in the first place.
They're also a nightmare to get hold of over the phone, so it's near impossible to speak to anyone, AND they completely ignore your emails.
Oh, and if you are unfortunate enough to find all this out for yourself and want to cancel, they'll charge you an extortionate cancellation fee... You know... For the privilege of having them mess you around.

Totally awfully company, accept a quote for insurance (Through RCIB) and they say they need to phone you back to confirm details, what they don't say is the call could take days. I'm now stuck without insurance and it also turns out they took the payment 3 times.
Update: They have finally been in touch and I've told them "due to poor reviews, I don't feel confident using them", a full refund has been issued and I will update if/when I receive it.
Possibly one of the most polite and helpful people (Tendai) that I have ever spoken to over a phone. A pain in the neck to get hold of this company, but they are very helpful when you do.

A bit frustrating to be honest, I was sent daily reminders to renew, I found a cheaper price from them through a comparison site which I completed and paid for online yet still had to phone up and go through all my details again before accepting the policy. I think you need to simplify your system somewhat.

The customer service team is an utter joke. PLEASE DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS .. pay a little bit more and get a better quality of service. They also sent me documents for a household insurance cover that was in my name but not my address. Charged me for this last year. This company needs investigating by the bureau of insurance.. Took a little while to get through on the phone but that is understandable because of Coronavirus. Once connected, had my policy set up and paid for within 25 minutes.

Absolutely stressful experience and still ongoing! Originally was only sent quote email then a couple of weeks later after them sending an email stating they still needed documents (which they hadn't requested in first place) threatening to cancel. You try to cancel and they try charging a fortune even though still within 2 month deposit period. I have now come to realise I was never sent any policy documents and after reading many reviews I am not the only one who appears to have been scammed by this company.
Email stated i will receive phone call with the conformation shortly, two days later had to call them my self. Didn't contact my old insurer, have to send No Claim proof my self.

So far, so bad. I purchased my car insurance last week. I received an email from a Cancellations Officer, Steven Thomas, with the documents (why from a cancellations office I wonder!?) as well as a request to contact them urgently. I have tried calling them several times on several days now at different times, no one is picking up the phone. I sent an email 3 days ago, no one has responded. Think twice before you purchase with them. It's either a scam by the looks of it, or very poor quality customer care.

This is one of the most aggressive insurance brokers i have ever had dealings with. After purchasing insurance out right, i spent 45 minutes talking through my account after being 'randomly' picked. After i provided my no claims via email without a letterhead, i received text messages threatening cancellation and asking me to call them ... This went on for 2 weeks until sorted.
