Whilst buying a policy they seem to have people trained to talk to you calmly but any changes or cancellation the staff are rude and hasty and try to be intimidating. Completely avoid the company Scam artist! Ask you every single details where you work work address surprised they don t ask where u drive to and what you do in your car.. which they might as-well ask AVOID
Shocking - endless misinformation, bad practice, couldn't care less attitude once they have taken your money. Don't go near them.
Stay well away from these scammers. Do not trust them they will take money off you for nothing and never give it you back. When you call them they make you wait 1hour and put the phone down every time. Fraud squad and police have been notified and my bank. Stay away from these tossers. Do not get any products from them. A word of warning for you all!!!!!!
NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I have had our car and commercial vehicle insurance with this company for a couple of years. EVERY single time we have renewed in the past they have lost documents, ask for a ridiculous amount of paperwork and even added accidents that we haven't even had! Then accuse us of not giving the correct information. That is actually just a small taster of the problems with this company, the list is too long. Staff are also rude and untrained in customer service.
We vowed that we would not renew with them this year but after receiving a very expensive quote from another company we decided to at least get a renewal quote from them, or at least try.
Firstly, they seem to have my mobile number on my husbands insurance, which he had asked last year to be taken off, not done! I have been receiving up to 9 calls every day from them. I emailed them three times to ask them to change the number also to return our renewal quote by email... Nothing, still receiving 9 calls per day.
Finally my husband tried to call at 6pm this evening for a quote. After two hours of listen to ringing then getting cut off, speaking to someone in the wrong department he finally asked to be put through to complaints where he told them to politely stick their renewal!
I would rather pay double their quote than insure with them again.
Don't ever use them, they are shocking. I would not even choose to give them one star but I had to!!
The worst insurance company ever, after insurance payment keep threatening to cancel my policy. They re asking for stupid info so far driving license, driving license point check, bank statement and credit card statement.pay slip, passport, all 4 pages of log book refusing to accept genuine ncb from a major insurance company. Please pay more for any other insurance ber in mind their excuse every week is random check The unprofessional people on the phone will harass you and threaten to cancel your policy. Right choice insurance will make your life hell.

Arif did a great job supporting me when I finally managed to get through. However the company as a whole leaves a lot to be desired... The email that they send to you requesting you to contact them - the contact email address just bounces. They send a text message to which you can't reply. THEN you try to phone them... I waited for 30 minutes on EIGHT occasions before I gave up.... (all the time listening to a message telling me how my call is important to them - haha) hot tip - try and get hold of the switch board at least you can find a human then to talk with - it is your only chance! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE....

This is the worst insurance company.....i have my claim in for more than two months and everytime I called for update it's lies after lies....the latest I was told today is that it can take up to 6 months before I get my pay out
....funnily when I was paying my insurance monthly I was NEVER late and also you are not advised at anytime of the underwriters policy......WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO YSE THIS COMPANY

AVOID! Utterly appaling service. They cancelled my policy after 3 weeks because i had not sent them the V5. Despite my informing them that it being a new purchase and was still waiting for it from DVLA. Which clearly states that it can take 4 weeks.
They are getting reported to the financial ombudsman.
Avoid this insurance. Frauds . Just cheating people with their tricky terms and you will loose lots of money. Small company and very few employees. -100 customers service
STAY AWAY!!! This company is a mickey mouse operation! Spend God knows how long on the phone being passed around from one department to another. Also I've rang up twice to pay early on the phone and they said the payment went through which it didn't. They struggle to find what payments you've actually made and put it down to their system. They told me I was behind a month so they charged me twice. Wasn't until I rang them up stating I had my bank transactions in front of me that they offered a refund. Doubt I would have ever seen that money again if I hadn't have called. Looking forward to next month when my policy ends but I've read they're a nightmare to get your no claims certificate off of, so I have that to look forward to. STAY AWAY!!!!
Absolutely atrocious company. They never answer phones or emails, and I mean never. They put the price up mid year illegally and had to get ombudsman involved to resolve. Do not use them

Got car insurance thru them then when tryed to cancel insurance as car broke and not worth fixing , took 2 months of being passed from pillar to post and told i would be called back then they take money of my card unauthorised to pay for the 2 months insurance from when i cancelled. Going thru bank to get my money back . Fraud . STAY CLEAR .

The worst experience you can imagine. Well, once you've imagined that, imagine it again to the scale of 10. If you've been offered a cheap insurance quote via Go Compare, it's a fishing scam, avoid like the plague. You have been warned. Go Compare advised, getting a group of people from their Facebook page to do a group complaint to the insurance ombudsman.

I decided to purchase the policy online. I was charged money for this policy and that's when the first surprise came around. I got an e-mail that even though they took my money, the policy wasn't valid until someone called me. The e-mail clearly stated "we will be contacting you shortly" and that they are working on Sundays. To save some time, I decided to call them. The number they gave on e-mail was wrong, it couldn't call at all. Found number on their website on my own and spent 3 hours on hold... No answer at all. I couldn't use my motorbike, because my policy wasn't valid even though I already paid?! They have called me... After 3 days. I cancelled it straight away (more like not accepting this policy, because how can you cancel a policy that is not valid?), as they presented themselves as untrusworthy company! At the end, I did not hear any apology from them at all.

Tried to set up insurance online. Had a message saying they would phone me to confirm and start the insurance which they never did. After phoning them several times and just being put on hold I ended up paying for a taxi to get to work as I was not insured. Please beware.

These lot are scummy avoid like the plague they question you like they are a bunch of detectives and ask you all sorts of random gibberish, pay more money and insure yourselves with AXA, More Than, Aviva you will get the quote from these scummy lot and then they will bump it up for no reason, also the staff are very rude and unhelpful. Ignored me after 4 emaiks and 3, 1hr phone calls one of them had me on hold for 2hrs. I have paid my initial payment, no confirmation, no policy documentation , nothing just a set up direct debit to take my money each month. Complete SCAM!! I had to set up another car insurance with another company and pay again so i can drive the car!!!
