They are a joke first and last year with them I paid a full amount after 6 months they asked me to send documentation that I sended before
I told them that I done it already, what they said!!? They have no email from me !
My vc5 have now another address and they told me that they will cancel my policy great!!

They mislead you on telephone conversations dont explain anything properly and then say they cant help you will have to sort it yourself
STAY AWAY I have never experienced anything like this with a company before!

Excellent service payed my deposit, within 15 minutes recieved a call from them went through the details sorted everything we needed too and within the hour i was insured and ready to go so long as you provide 100% the right details you will not get any trouble was very sceptical at first after seeing the reviews but been proved very wrong, lowest insurancers about for me so very pleased...thanks to adedoton who sorted this out for me

I would nominate these jokers for Britain worst company. They just do not give a damn. If they have a single good review I do not believe that it is genuine.

I had quite a big problem and was very anxious when I called.

Josh was wonderful from the outset, extremely professional and helpful.
My problem required several callbacks, and Josh called precisely each time when he said he would.
Happy to say all was resolved thanks entirely to Josh who is a big asset to the company.

AVOID AT ALL COST , do your research first before using them or just look them up on facebook .Just search " Right Choice Insurance". They use every tactic to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. Even the vulnerable struggling to make a living. Worse than a scam ,This company shouldn't be trading !!! I WILL STRESS AGAIN , AVOID !!!

False online quote figures. Do not recommend. Ive put my details in for online motorbike insurance quote. I was really happy with price. A day before heading out to purchase the bike I really wanted, I called the company to confirm details and quote. Everything checks out. Great.
After waking up early in the morning and making 200 mile trip by multiple buses and trains, I finally arrive at motorbike dealer, finalize all my details with him,ring the company up to purchase the quote that is still fresh and hours old. After 30 mins of going through every single detail in the quote, they give me final quote that is more than 4x bigger than online quote WITH VERY SAME DETAILS. Advisors response was "I don't know why is that"

Scam scam scam this company is awful please be warned that they just take ur money and dont even bother to contact u like they say to provide the service..... its been a nightmare from start to finish

I then went to a comparison site and using the exact same detail in hope for a better price elsewhere and funny enough I got a quote from Right Choice Insurance Brokers Ltd, 100 cheaper than my so-called "'premium renewal price" (observer the image attachment for the price on compare site). I call to follow up on this new quote and I was red-listed by the company. I decided to cancel it and my deposit was taking as cancellation fee. I end up renewing with a different insurance company.

A month later I found out they have taken money from me for the renewal contract I have already cancelled. I call their customer service to request for refund. However during the security check as soon as I gave them my postcode the call will disconnect this happen four times in a roll. On the 5th call before I gave them my, postcode I inform them that call is being recorded for obvious reasons as I explain to them why it is being recorded. I was informed if I wish to cancel it, I will be charged a cancellation fee. I had to inform them that I have already been charged so I am expecting my money back in full. I am currently waiting to get my money back.

If this is not one of the most un-organised company out there, then it is one of the best for exploiting their customers. If I could give the zero stars I would.

Completely appalled by the service have woken up to go to work today but cannot get there as rcib has chosen to completely clear out my bank account leaving me not even enough to get to work! Long story short my second year policy with them although merely through desperation, agree to new policy ok blah blah blah, fast forward a week they start requesting proof of no claims and queries my license details, i explain over phonecall and emails that they have these details already on file as i had to provide evidence for my first year policy i have email proof of this and that they were requesting my last policy holder to update the no claims in which was actually them! Chap confirms he has all my details from the previous year and all tallys up well and so i foolishly Long story short feel like it had been resolved although didnt telephone me back when stating they would then get an email to say as i havent provided proof of my no claims and license my policy amount had gone up by hundreds, i again explain they have the details and this has been confirmed by an advisor, today they cleaned out my bank although i had stated verbally and in writing that i would not be accepting an increase in my policy as no information is incorrect! Also to state they read out my license details whilst on the phone as they requested the information from the dvla and it was exactly the correct details! Literally feel i have been scammed
Feel this company provide lower quotes and then will do virtually anything to get more money from people, i have no other means of finances and now have to wait until the phone line opens and plead to get my money back they have stolen else i have no way of getting myself to work today or feed my children
, completely heartbroke that a company like that would put people on their backside in the middle of a pandemic a person who is a key worker and needs to get to work

Confirming the insurance on the phone was done well by the insurer but the follow up documentation was not clear compared to other companies I have experienced in the past to the extent proof of NCD was requested but no details of where to send to with no email or postal address. Could do with a welcome letter listing what they need off you.

Initial competitive premium but really sting you if you have to make a change with hideous administration costs. Not one to recommend I'm sorry to say.

My insurance was cancelled and Tina helped to get back at a reasonable cost. Her customer service was excellent.

I had to put a 1 star to be able to leave a review. What an awfull experience for my son. We thought this must be s good company as it came uo on another comparison site, how wrong were we??. The monry was taken and we were emailed to say someone would ring to activate the account and yes you guessed it no one rang. So we rang them after being on hold for 35 mins we were transfered to the new policy dept needless to say we again were on hold. Again transfered and sgain o hold. At this point i phoned bank cancelled any direct debit they might try to set up and blocked them. Ungortunayely we have to wait gor a refund of first payment. We have e-mailed gor tjis a vout yo be cancelled as it hasnt even started yet. Do not go with this company.

Absolutely awful a complete and utter scam.

Don t respond to emails, never pick up the phone and pick fault with every last bit of
info you provide. Wouldn t accept a letter from admiral insurance confirming my no claims bonus but never gave a reason why.

Ended up giving up and getting cover elsewhere (who could auto check my NCB) and I ll be issuing a money claim through the county court to get my money back as literally nothing prompts a response.

Please stay away seriously... ive never had to deal with such scum band of people... i cant imagine the hell it would take if ud have a claim with this lot... i called them to change my address so very simple, also willing to pay the cost but this lot cancelled my insurance so lost 5 months of potential no claim and then gave me an insurance almost double the one i got now... called them about the refund as it was within 14 days but they put u on hold for 3h then they transfer u to someone else who transfers u to someone else just so u get put off... seriously im far from an evil person but i wish all the employees that i dealt with end up begging on the streets as they tried to take all the money they could of me. Im not joking be smart and read all the reviews otherwise ur screwed like me and end up paying money for nothing

Clayton was very helpful went through everything after I had found quote on line. Had to wait while he checked things out , apologies for the wait . My quote was very good & have gone with ABC insurance.
After just reading the reviews I hope all will be ok .

Staff are good if you can get through to anyone ! Spend more time on hold .. prices are competitive but they need to work on answering the phones quicker .

Biggest fraudster ever my first quote was 1050 and after i Have a payment and then i was told the insurance went up to 1990 this is totally piss take.

Can never get through to anyone when you want to call for anything. I broke down the other day and had to use another agency as Right Choice Insurence Breakdown wasnt answering their phones. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ONCE YOU SIGN UP AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY YOUR ON YA OWN.

Initial quote price was good, but setup is a nightmare, lots of irrelevant questions asked. Cancellation policy is a joke. Listen to the reviews, avoid and go elsewhere. It'll save you in the long run.

First time ever with RCIB and I have to say it's been the worst experience ever! After claiming the information they had was correct I was forced to pay more money, after paying this in full I contacted them to upgrade my insurance only to be told I would have to cancel and rebook. So lose the 600 already paid and pay another 800. Then after that started demanding I haven't supplied some information and will be cancelling my policy. To cut a long story sort They have very Lil customer service and after getting your money they don't care how they treat you. I would avoid at all cost the reviews are real reflection of their poor services

Once money was paid there was no contact, no documents, no proof of purchase. E-mailed several times with no reply. Had to phone up to get details of insurance e-mailed. Still not sure if we are insured or not. You would be well advised to avoid this company.

After buying online i had to call the insurer as they had failed to call me to validate me insurance. The amount of time spent on the phone was excessive.

Originally the cost of my insurance was quoted drastically different over the phone, to what i was given online, even though the details were the same. I only got a reduced price (still higher than original) and the cover i wanted because I said I said I would look elsewhere.

Vrisha was very good and found me a brilliant price.

Vrisha was absolutely amazing, she didn t only speak to me regarding my renewal, she even spoke to me like she was my friend and it was so nice as you don t get many people talk to you about life etc. Mainly I get people that just talk business but Vrisha actually took the time to talk about the current situation we are all facing and it was actually nice as she was laughing which was amazing instead of hi thank you for your time she did amazing and she is a people person for sure I never leave a feedback as I never felt it was needed as before I would get people who don t need the feedback but Vrisha definitely deserved one. My experience of RCIB has been absolutely fine so far. It's the first time I've used them and the price was very reasonable (even after checking around the price went up). Everything ran smoothly!

Shocking shocking company, I'm astonished that reputable companies such as Comparethemarket & gocompare would even consider using these 'cowboys' on their comparison websites. It's one big scam where they entice you with lower prices online only to jack them up over the phone. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Seriously not worth the hassle.

Worst insurers for customer service!! Rude and sarcastic after missing 1 payment

DO NOT USE this broker, total scam methods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was about to take a car insurance policy and got onto comparators to find this was the cheapest option. I checked the document before enter any bank details to ensure that there was European cover.

After you enter your bank details, they send you the official policy document and the European cover have been removed. Despite any wording on the policy, 2 agents told that it was included, i insisted and then a third person, the manager told that it was not included indeed given no mention on the policy wording.



It would have been 0 if possible.
