Do not insure your car with this broker the biggest rip off merchants in the market been 2 months still waiting for refund best off going with a well known company

Spoke to Ozzie today who dealt with my car insurance quote he s an absolute legend went out of his way to get me the best deal would defo recommend.

My car was stolen, and I was told it was my fault , I was told not to cancel my policy as I would be able to change over to another car. Two days later asked for my insurance to be changed over to another car and then was told that they are not able to do so as I don t own the car

*so I am paying for insurance on a car I don t have.(stolen)
* I am unable to change my police over to another car as I don t own that car.(my brother does)
*last of all I have to wait 28days in order for the company to look to pay me out...

The worst insurance company out there I would say. Never use them better to pay the bit more money and have a decent insurance provider than these illiterate individuals who clearly don't understand the meaning of customer service.

The guy i spoke to (liam) was absolutely fantastic, helped me from start to finish and so well mannered.Would definitely recommend

Absolutely terrible, steer well clear, took our payment details online and said they would call us sometime later to arrange the insurance. I called them the next day as we needed the insurance that day then after a 45 minute phone call where I re gave all the information we had filled in online they told us they wouldn't insure us. My girlfriend missed her CBT due to this as we no longer had insurance.

Pathetic service find somewhere else.

Worst company ever...they increase my insurance policy twice in first month for some stupid reasons.

Not happy at all been over 30 days and I still havnt got a single penny back for my refund.

There staff are rude and if I did not email them I don't think they would even attempt to give me my money back.

What a nightmare trying to call into the offices, if you ever have a problem with your policy don't expect them to answer your calls, I tried over 20 times to discuss my policy but after being on hold for over an hour on occasions I gave up and moved across to a company who respects me and doesn't just want to take my money. Cheapest isn't always best ......

Very helpful member of staff, polite, informative and provided me with a great deal on my car insurance renewal.

This Insurace company is only for taking money. What they do is, they only keeps charging and charging I highly recommend to stay away if those arrogant and unhelpful people.

What can I say? Literally the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Don't reply to emails and you can never get through. AVOID at all costs.

Never pay them before you get your documents,it took me 3 months to get the money back

Quick and cheep quotes , very good service, montly payment avilable. I dont have any problems since im with them, so from 2 years.

Kirsty made the transaction smooth and corrected an error I had made on the application. Very thorough and went through the documents step by step explaining as she went. Was also a pleasure to talk to during the authentication parts of the process. Also very apologetic about having to put me on hold, not that it was that long a wait.

The agent was professional and helped me find the best policy for the right price EXCELLENT

Georgia was helpful and di solve my issue by the end of the call, however I spent 15 minutes listening to same message on repeat/hold and passed from pillar to post before actually speaking to her.

Had a great quote how ever could not get through tried three times and was put on hold 10 mins and gave up then again for 10mins gave up again then tried today and was held for 21 mins so if you don t want to grow old waiting for your call to be dealt with don t bother with this company

Scammers. They get deposit, double than your monthly dues then cancels the policy for simplest reason like UNACCEPTABLE address... RAC has even given me insurance in my address with cheaper cost than them. Well, I have lost almost a month cost of my money but that would not get them far with that. I tried reporting to Ombudsman but I reckoned, it will take so much time and effort which is not even worth it. They end up saying they have fhe legal right to cancel anytime with notice... unfortunately they did but silly reason. UK government should shield consumer of only valid reasons for these scammers to cancel policy.

Happy so far. Even happier if next year they give a renewal quote that stacks up and isn't the usual 25% increase once they have you on their books.

I renewed my policy for a second time, absolutely no problems everything went smoothly, and a fair price for my insurance.

Very nice customer skills,, this can't be said for the other staff, Jessica was very helpful when I purchased my insurance.. unfortunately it takes forever to speak to an adviser,, I had to wait a very long time.. Jessica did manager to finish completing my transaction.. She's a credit to her employer with good customer skills,,

Never came across a company like it. Absolutely shocking customer service. Was on hold for the best part of the day. Emailed them for them to call me back and put me on hold again. Took my deposit out my bank but didn't actually insure me. More

What a scam, give you a nice quote on the price comparison sites, then double your excess and premium once they've had you on the phone for over an hour. Avoid at all costs.

It has been the most terrible awful customer service I have ever received. The total lack of care and effort from your business is unbelievable.
You came up with a good price on go compare and I completed the form and all payment details. At this stage the money was taken from my account. But no policy was issued I understand that this was so I get a call to confirm my details. I had no calls or any confirmation of what was happening. Today I have spent hours waiting in a line for someone to answer my very simple question. So I have no policy and can't take another one out as I have already paid my money to you. I can't drive my car as I have no insurance and you can't be bothered to answer my call or give me an e mail address. This terrible service was when I am giving you money..God help me if I ever make a claim. If you are still reading this as a potential customer please go elsewhere. If you work for the company and care about any sort of customer service you need to change your process and attitude very quickly as your business is an embarrassment.
This does not reflect on Alex who in the end managed to sort my problem out. Thank you to him.

1 star is way too much for this company apsolutely horrible customer service you get a quote online that is cheap so you call them and apart from having to wait literally 60minutes on hold just to be told that they cant go through with the quote and the best they can do is like 500 pounds above the quote i have found and no matter what you say you will be talked over lounder and told that there is nothing they can do to take money they take it immediately but to give it back im still waiting for the money after 5 days. god there is just too much to talk about its almost like they only hire rude late teens who have not passed their gcse's and there is no one else who will hire them.

Terrible had a claim with them and has taken 6 months to resolve and still didn't get the full amount

Number 1 insurance brokers! Spoke to Josh so helpful I found it hard to get insurance with my IN10 and TT99 convictions Josh got me the cheapest quote! I read reviews on here about this company taking too long on the phone or scamming you for your money or that all the reviews was from people who worked here, this is all lies I m 100% satisfied with my experience with Right Choice Insurance Brokers. My rep today was Anthony very clearly spoken nice and polite and got it cheaper than last year! Also can pay half now half next month with no interest, very good

Personally, I am very satisfy with this guys working hard to get the best deal in the market.

AVOID - YOU WILL GET SCAMMED! Prepare to lost your money if you go with these... plus a rediculas amount of paper work of proof - made to feel like a criminal in the process and the quote given is fake! Then prepare to lost half a day because they ring you to set your account up... Take my advice and go with a more bigger professional service... I cancelled and very Pleased I did... I did not even want to give one star.. Be warned.

Rubbish and rude customer service. They also check insurance quotation from comparison websites and then sell it to you, i m struggling to get my NCD. They are not answering calls and keep transferring me to different people who don t have clue what is going on. Stay away from these cow boys

I was looking for a house Insurance over the weekend and I came across this company the cheapest one and I sign up. I am yet to be contacted I cut the deal but I will wait and see.

Friendly staff however that is all that is good about this company they advertise lower prices on comparison but after apply you will. It be insured until they have given you a call we re they will hike up the price. Stay away from RCIB at all costs try direct line or Churchill, you have been warned.

Spoke to an advisor called Charles who was really helpful and explained all required information effectively and clearly. Got a renewal price which was far cheaper than previously. Very happy!

We had a good price competitive quote and when we phoned the company Connor was very helpful and led us through the process carefully, clearly, efficiently and pleasantly.

I spoke to Kirsty about some unusual requirements that I wanted to confirm before purchasing the policy. She took down the details of all the additional requirements and presented these to the underwriters. She came back to advise that not only were the underwriters fully content but that the original quotation price would apply. Brilliant customer service. Couldn't ask for any more really.

Very poor service and they they are only interested in your money. Do not insure your car with right choice insurance brokers. Please. I called for nearly three days to try and cancel my policy. The worst insurance brokers in the history of insurance companies. They are insurance brokers so please be careful. It is better to spend a little more money and have peace of mind..

Tried to arrange car insurance for my son today. Quoted me online and took all of my details including credit card then asked me to call them. My son attempted to call 3 times hung on then received a text from his mobile company to say he was over his spending cap. Used my mobile and after a few minutes received the same message on my phone. So they make us call them, don't answer and charge a fortune per minute for the call. They don't need to insure cars they are making enough money from the phone lines. Anyone who has rang them please check your phone bill, total con artists.

Is there a way to give stars in MINUS? Pathetic company, they give you a quote for them only to increase it in the name of validation. Never ever ever pick the calls. I wish I had not choose them. SCAM.... BE AWARE!!!!!!

My advisor jayden was great renewed with very competitive rates, although higher than the quoted price was still a bit cheaper than other quotes I was receiving. No issues last year hoping this year runs as smoothly.

Calls are very slow to be answered, however very good service by Jermaine once contact was made.

It was my first time insuring a vehicle and they were very helpful and easy to use. VERY good customer service and all my questions answered.

I attempted to begin a policy yesterday with this company, having received quote online. Having chosen this quote, I went to pay online, only to be told after the payment was 'pre authorised' that they needed phone confirmation. Well, 4 More

Unbelievably unprofessional, took my money and than try to raise the price of insurance. I cancelled transaction and I had to wait a week for my money back. Shame o you !!

I fully recommend getting insured by right choice insurance.friendly staff n only took 5 mins for the process to insure my motorcycle.

Absolutely rubbish company. The online quote is totally different than what they give you on the phone. Plus, that they say they will contact you to activate the insurance, but instead, they send you texts that YOU have to contact them, and when you try to ring them, you wait at least 1h.
I have cancelled the insurance with them and they need to give my deposit back. That hasn't happened and I'm on the phone for 45 mins trying to get hold of them to see why.

Can anyone shut down this company?

Dont bother with this company the worsed people you could possibly deal with for insurence for your car. After my dad paying in full they still tried every way to find fault with it and found a genuine mistake to charge us another 400 pound. Then tried to cancel our policy again. There refund after 20 days was a quater of what we paid. The manger stated its in the policy in the small print. Give these people a miss and try a decent insurence company!!!

Took a while to get through but i did call at a busy time, once i got through James was very helpful and friendly, the call flowed and there wasn't a lot of faffing about or going back over things again and again, the best price i could find, all details confirmed and voila, a new policy at less than half of my renewal with existing provider, very happy.
