A terrible terrible company . They upped my premium by 400 pnd just because they knew they could and that I could do nothing about it . When I complained they ignored my letters and blocked my number . An unscrupulous den of thieves . Don't go near them !

First attempt at calling following a quote on 3pm in afternoon a 25 minute wait, no answer.. 2nd attempt 17 minute wait followed by a guy that says how can i help then cuts the line off. 3rd attempt at calling next day no answer for 20 minutes... at which point i have concluded this company is a mickey mouse outfit. You have the audacity to repeat "your call is important to us". No it isn't. Are your management and customer service sleeping all day?

Took some time but I felt like everything was done by Cameron to get me the best possible deal on my car insurance. Probably best service I ve had through the phone in years.

Absolute nightmare to get in touch with! Spent 3 days in total trying to get in touch with any department other than the switch board! Nobody seems to want to take any calls to resolve any queries or problems!

Kirsty was an ideal candidate for the phone conversation I had to complete my insurance. My one issue was that I opted for the insurance a day earlier and was waiting for a phone call which never came so I had to ring them myself the morning after to validate everything which was a bit of an inconvenience. All in all, a good satisfaction from customer service but they could have been more responsive in regards to contacting myself rather than myself having to make myself late for work to contact them the day afterwards.

Never take out an insurance with these people they want your whole life story. The worst insurance I ve had in 20 years. They come up cheap on the comparison but when you speak to them they want your CV. Proof of selling your car, where More

Excellent service, very informative on the phones and sorted the best possible deal for me, would recommend!

Was quoted 800 on compare the market. Paid my deposit and needed my car insured straight away as you would expect. Was told someone will call me to arrange everything but was at work so called them. Put on hold for half an hour then when they finally answered they raised my amount to 1500! I have had my license 7 years with no accidents. So said no thanks and was told my deposit would be put back and would show up in a few hours, well 5 days later still waiting. They are a middle man on a middle man website so try to get every penny they can off you. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra and get real insurance as you will regret using these cowboys

Absolute waste of space. Ask personal questions that have nothing to do with car insurance... I was waiting for the rude chav staff member to ask me how many people I have slept with... STAY AWAY!!! Rude staff, take your money then make up accidents so they can charge you more than what was quoted. Run by chav sounding, unprofessional scammers. So after saying no to the insurance two days later they took the money out. STAY AWAY

They gave me a price on the comparison website I brought the policy went to go and get my new car. They called me and said they were re adjusting prize by 1500 pound! Seriously disgusted!!!!!!! I believe the good reviews are from employees as I couldn't believe for the life of me that any one could have a good experience with these scam artists!!!!!

I spoke with Michael who introduced himself. very professional and polite which I would conclude is from his experience was able the insurance to my satisfaction. My insurance was a little bit high due to unforeseen circumstances but I think I have made the right choice insurance broker they were the only ones that quoted me a low price insurance fully comprehensive with NCBP. This is the second year that I am insuring my car through the Right choice Insurance Brokers. I called to discuss to renew my car insurance and spoke to ALFIE today. My online quotes from other sources have been beaten by Alfie and I have happily accepted Alfie's quote. I am happy with this company and I recommend it to anyone who wants a hassle free insurance for their cars, homes .. etc.

Paid what was quoted. Good customer service. Just had to wait a day for them to contact me so couldn't ride my bike on that really sunny day:( overall good experience

26 Effortful minutes. They called me to immediately transfer me to somebody in the inbound call Centre who thought that I called them. No warm transfer, weird to go straight on hold. The process, the policy the procedure is so incredibly long and really frustrating for the customer. I put all the details on the computer only to have to go through the full form and all the details once again. I had to confirm them and answer each question again. Why bother on the comp in thr first place? They also asked me ridiculous questions about if I smoke if I drink ( what does that have to do with my insurance?) And wanted my partner's telephone number for 'emergency purposes'. It was incredibly hard work and they will not be getting my custom ever again. Agent was ok. Honestly by the end of it I felt like I should have paid more for the provider that just sets it up from the application. I do this every year and have never endured this with another company. Keep up with the competition guys because that really wasn't easy. And please change the constant 'beep beep' 'hold' sound. Horrible

Amy was fast efficient and helpful, her main focus was to get me the cover that was right for me which was a refreshing change from many other insurance brokers.

Having now used RCIB for my insurance for the last few years, I wouldn't use anyone else. The service has been great throughout the process from initially changing over to them and each renewal and now for multiple cars Always available to answer any queries and would highly recommend to others.

Stay away!! And don't make the mistake I did check reviews!! Lucky to get one star.

Communication with this company is very poor. For one week nobody answered my calls. They cancelled my insurance without reason and without consulting it with me. Very annoyed and disappointed. Not recommended at all.

A good experience so far. However they do need to know a lot of extra information that they can access for themselves over the internet.

Not a very nice company in my opinion I've had many problems with these whereas they text you when they want money or when they going to cancel your insurance no phone call if something is not right so they clear it up with a text and they are not very nice to speak to on the phone either my opinion I'm gone at the end of my year :(

Chloe did great with handling my call and even managed to help me out a little with the issues I had and happy with her help today! Long wait times for an answer, could of been busy but all in all good job well done!

Agree with everything everyone else has said. I wish I'd of looked at the reviews before hand but! I saw a cheap deal, I NEED my car, I use it EVERY DAY, so I signed up and honestly...feels like I've joined the devil. Every letter is CANCELLED POLICY, CANCELLED POLICY, CANCELLED POLICY. I'm surprised they haven't asked what blood type I am! They don't do multi car cover or allow additional drivers. I've got two insurance policies for two vehicles AND the second vehicle insurer have sent one email and it's sorted... 6 emails deep with these... Having only had their insurance a week and the debacle is still ongoing. I can't wait for my first month to be over and I might cancel. And use the other insurer for both cars.

Dont use this company they take your deposit and then say we cant insure you and never intend to return your deposit, call or write to the Financial Ombudsman Service for help. Or talk to trading standard.

Worst ever insurance company in my history of driving never ever would I use them again the staff talk to you as if you are skum everything they can get money out of you they will I started the policy with my golf gt TDI few months in I changed it to the standard 1.9tdi model which also is cheaper in value and I had to pay 30 pound just to change plus an extra 200 on top of my premium then I purchased a 1.7 cdti astra and to change it I was given an extra 400 pound cost just because the value is higher although the car is in a lower insurance category and more eco friendly its discussing this company take advantage off peoples situations my previous company in the past few years changed NY car over free of charge and dropped my premium everyone I have brought this experience up with has laughed as it is redicilous so for future reference pay the little extra than choose a company like this they are on day light robbery's

OMG OMG OMG - Iv never EVER been so disappointed than trying to form a partnership with this company, the worse out there by far, Customer service ( Your Joking - They don't care less ) they never answer the phone, they keep you on hold, if you are like myself that look at feedbacks as true reflections of people who generally have had difficulties with insurers - please take my advice, don't touch these cowboys with a barge pole

Joke of a company constantly asking for more and more information and putting the price up! If they do not sort it I will be turning up at the directors house and getting all my money back in person!!

Had Danielle help take me through my motorbike quote. She was very easy and friendly to talk to. She was clear about everything I need to know and be aware of with my insurance. She also got me a very good competitive price.

But just a warning, don t EVER, EVER get any form of insurance out with RCIB Insurance (Right Car Insurance Brokers) honest to god they are the biggest pain I ve ever had the displeasure of having contact with, they ve caused me so much stress for car insurance they didn t even give me!



I sat and researched them while waiting desperately to get through to someone - after being on hold for hours, and their reviews are horrendous.

Ive finally got through today and made it clear I want no dealings with them but It s still going to take days for my money (for a policy they didn t even give me!) to be released from them but
I was lucky, because I hadn t had my quote confirmed I could cancel before it progressed and they started making charges, but if I d if I d have accepted their cheap quote over the phone then I would have ended up stung for hundreds more than the original quote.

They are a disgrace.

I couldn t bear anyone else having the stress of this, that s why I m sharing.

Don t go with RCIB even if it s the cheapest initially- you will regret it!

32 minutes just to get hold of someone, then a further 36 minutes sorting a quote to be made to feel like you are being interegated for murder! Awful customer service!

Very fast and efficient. I Insured a high value car and this was the the best all round quote I received. If you don't want to waste your time going back and forth with quotes and you're looking for straight up efficiency without endless amounts of holding time then I recommend these guys.

As far as the policy goes the price was decent. But dont ever expect to get through to anybody if you try and phone them. This whole year ive only needed to speak with one of the staff members twice. Both times ive been on hold for well over 30mins before anybody even picks up the phone. Then the hold doesn't stop there. Youll deffinetly get put on hold again and or transferred. They may even put the phone down on you before they even actually speak to you. which has also happened to me. I had to hold a further 35mins before i got through to anybody.

Problem was the calls from people who then put me on hold for 15min, if you can help strait away why call me. Also price online was not what I ended up paying , but that was more the proble of go compare not asking about a previous claim.

Absolutely not helpful gave me insurance quote on comparison website took the money out of my account and then call me to confirm my details then transfer my call to an other person who took my details again and told me no one going to give me insurance as already have insurance on my other car it s been four days my money still not transferred back will not recommend anyone to choose them for there insurance broker

Customer service is horrendous, a joke! Charges are excessive. Prices are disgusting if buy a new car mid policy - you can't cancel as they have a 95% cancellation fee, so they really have you on a hook.
