Very dissappointing took three days to get renewal done it started with us ringing then spoke to somebody about having a ring back that was never done ,glad to say it was sorted in the end which was a great relief after being on the phone of and on for three hours, i had an email in the first instance with renewel quote this was way out in price
and since having renewed have had two message to say when are we going to renew our policy. Thankfullyit is done for a year please get your act together before then
Absolutely shocking service. They change the price which you are quoted and then upon asking for a refund they have now kept my fee for over 4 weeks. I have now rang for the 3rd time to ask for the refund and they tell me that they still have not processed it.
Do yourself a favour and just avoid this firm. Go direct to actual insurance companies.

Pros:
The premium was much cheaper than renewal quote from my previous insurance company and other quotes on comparison websites.
The advisors on the phones were very helpful
Cons:
I was on hold for over an hour before I was able to speak to anyone about the quote. I also took out breakdown cover but was not advised it was personal breakdown cover and the date the cover started from was wrong. I had to call the next day change to vehicle breakdown cover but this was still cheaper than the same level of cover with other breakdown companies. I was not charged a penalty for this as it was not my error.
The whole process is very long. You pretty much need a whole day to get the insurance sorted with RCIB. After you have paid, they ask for lots of documents, which I have not had to do for any other insurance company before. It's like they are trying to catch you out. I think people have ended up paying more than they initially paid because maybe their documents showed something different from the information they gave. I paid what I was initially quoted because my documents confirmed the information I had given.
All in all, happy that I'm covered for a much lower premium but it was a time consuming affair. I would advise people to be as honest as possible, then you should not see a discrepancy in how much you were quoted and how much you end up paying. You also need plenty of time to get it all sorted. Don't leave it until the last minute.
Wary of this campaign, I can only ask the bank ... nothing else! I did the insurance online all good when I received an email from them with the necessary documents. they put another 23 pounds a month in extra insurance !!! Which is not fair !! a

My Right Choice Advisor was Alex & Answering To Finishing he couldn't of made it simpler. Polite, courteous & extremely helpful. Expecting to be put thru'2 sum call center in Mumbai or the likes i was pleasantly surprised wen realised it was a UK based.
If this initial 1st call is wot is 2B expected throughout my policy then Im certainly gonna 'Happy-Chappy'...

The operator I was put through to today was Perry, he was very professional and had very good customer service skills and processed my renewal fast and efficiently.

After calling them to confirm payment the guy on the phone went through some basics and sent me the paperwork.
I called my credit card company that evening to cancel the initial payment and then with an hour to go before RCI closed I called to cancel my policy. Calling them gets you through to a switchboard, with a polite lady who passes you through to a team of people who clearly have never had any sort of customer service training.
1 hour of being out on hold, passed from person to person, recalling into the nice switchboard lady, before it turned 8pm and they closed.
I sent them an email advising I had cancelled my initial payment and wished to cancel my policy. The day after a very rude man called me to tell me 'I couldn't cancel my payment'. I was polite to him and told him My card company had informed me it had been done. The man then tried arguing with me before I told him I was at work, and could he just confirm the policy would be cancelled.
All in all.
Just don't do it.

I have had same experiences as many others, this company quotes you a price on comparison website, takes your deposit then throws a few hundred on after. When you say no I want to your deposit back they say you have fees to pay and have to wait 3-5days for refund. Also if you call them you get passed around loads of different departments that ask for your postcode and details everytime. This company is useless and is a complete crook!!!

sadly 0 stars is not an option, complete joke of a company, once you have paid your money you will have to wait hours if not days to speak to somebody (no matter what the problem may be) cancer of the car insurance world. In addition money was taken out of my account without my permission at their fault and i had to wait 3 months to receive this money back. You get what you pay for, there's a reason why they are cheap it's because they give you some next insurance company which won't pay out should you be at fault. good luck to all following customers.

I've had some 1 star service and some 5 star service from this company.
I wont get into the details however, sometimes it feels like they dont give a damn and then you talk to Alfie and he bends over backwards to help you out.

Got quote online which I accepted, received a phone call from them confirming my details & then they asked for a phone number of a friend or family member. I explained that I really would have to ask them before I start giving other people s contact numbers out, they replied they couldn t proceed without.
Thought I was on the phone to brighthouse, what did they want a reference. Ridiculous I stick with Tesco been there for years, serves me right for trying to save a few quid
