Very unprofessional no letters through the post and no emails just received a text saying cancelled mid policy don't drive the car no explanation as to why.
At the start of the policy (6months ago) they said they required extra documents after accepting the contract so emailed them over several times. Never missed a payment all the way through either.
Absolute joke can't recommend to stay away enough.
Will be contacting the ombudsman and taking further action against this poor service in due course.
Where to start. After being offered a price via a comparison site I quickly jumped on it and paid it (or I thought I did). After finally sorting my insurance I was then set to go to work... only to receive an email informing me that my insurance would only be active when they call me... so I wait. After 4 hours I had no call, so I call them, after waiting 1 hour I then had to pay more than I was quoted.
After 1 month of having my policy with them I receive an e-mail telling me my insurance is cancelled as they couldn't take a purchase. This meant I had to (while in work) ring them and sort it.
As a young driver this is sadly the only insurer I realistically had the choice to go with, however the customer service I have received here is poor.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I have had my own insurance policy for over 30 years and Right Choice Insurance is by far the worst insurance company I have dealt with. The service is terrible and the staff are extremely unhelpful. I ended up canceling my policy and going elsewhere. I was even willing to pay an admin fee just to get away from these clowns.
Rubbish service. They give you cheap quote online and take your payment. Then they say we will call you. Later they call me kept me waiting for long time. Do not go to them for car insurance, I was fooled by their cheap prices, but you have to put in work in return, first they send you a TEMPORARY COVER NOTE, (mine was for one month) although I thought I was getting an annual opting to pay monthly.
I then had a hard job of getting them to send cover note, calling several times to be passed to different advisors, I now have to send proof of drivers licence, V5 certificate and Proof of no claims, all within 2 weeks, who has had a V5 within two weeks from DVLA ? Their excuse is we can extend the time frame for the requested docs, I don't want the hassle, so I've stopped the pending deposit, just in time and about to cancel. What a loaf of hassle !! Bad reviews are so true, maybe a broker, but when buying insurance we don't want the hassle!
Sending a temporary cover note is a big no no, nor will they accept a letter stating no claims bonuses , it has to be the actual certificate from previous insurer, I've opted to pay a little higher with another insurer because I don't want the hassle! Dodgy to say the least !

James was very helpful today, spent about 25 minutes to sort my policy out. Was a good customer service experience however were unable to insure my car with the insurance quoted. James go back to the drawing board and offered an alternative which I accepted in the end.
I bought this insurer online which took me the usual 20 minutes however at the end after taking all my bank card details it said they would be phoning me back to confirm the details! They called first thing in the morning and took another 30 minutes out of my life going through the exact same details all over again asking questions to the point where it became obvious they were looking for ways to increase the premium. I will never get this time back and I was asking them whether they would compensate for the loss of earnings while on the phone. They then threatened to cancel my policy if I didn t stay on the line to which I requested to speak to a manager. The so called mansger who came on the line after being on hold had the exact same voice as the first person. The positive reviews which come soon after are very likely paid for. Stay away from them you ve been warned!

Can't get through to them on the phone, numerous times left on hold for up to an hour and a half and threats to cancel my policy for not sending documents I have noe sent over 5 times along with lots of other emails they do not reply to. My friend has only just seen an email from them two days ago to say they have cancelled her insurance and only giving her not even a 1/4 of her years premium for only two months worth of insurance.
They said they didn t receive her license yet she got
an email to say thank you for sending it, then got told on the phone they couldn t open it......so it had been received then???? She now has to find insurance, declare one has been cancelled, pay over the odds when it s not her fault. All through covid when she s had to shut her business a second time! Is the only way out of this legal action? Again another expense.

Customer service is 0. Myself and and partner have tried to call these for a week to explain that the logbook has not arrived yet as they expect you to scan documents over to validate your insurance. Being on hold for over 30 minutes at a time with no sight of an answer. I personally would avoid as I'd hate to think of the grief you would have if anything happened to you regarding a claim!

I received an excellent level of service whilst just renewing my car insurance as well as my Wife's car insurance yesterday. The member of Staff who dealt with me over the phone (Lee) was very professional and I believe endeavoured to find us the best quotes. He was also cautious of the time being spent over the phone while searching for the best quotes, and to my surprise without my request offered to call me back when he was satisfied with the best offers being made. I am very impressed with his service hence the Excellent rating.

Took out a policy and sent them the requested evidence docs (driving licence, NBC, dvla check code) dispute sending these to them via email (as eequested) twice! They sent me a text saying they are cancelling my insurance.
After a phone call in which I was put on hold for 7 minutes mid conversation they advised me they had recieved my docs they just needed putting on my file...... they also said I would receive a 8a confirmation email. Needless to say I am still waiting

I got all the usual letters of threatening to cancel my car insurance and herassment about the excessive paper work they expect you to find the time to get together.
I had moved house just around the time I took the policy out and so I had to send my driving license off to be changed. I spoke to someone on the phone and explained this, and this lady was actually very nice and polite and she said I could have longer before they cancel my insurance as long as I sent over the paperwork I did have, so I did this.
Now I m broke, and I don t have insurance that I ve aready paid for, and I can t afford to find a new insurer until my next payday which is in weeks! I need my car to take my son to school and to get to work.

Absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT USE THEM!!! My partner and I are from New Zealand and have never dealt with anything like this before. They find any way they can to up the cost of your car insurance. My partner and I decided to cancel with them and they threatened to make us pay the entire amount left on the policy. They then sent a rude and horrendous email the same day we enquired about canceling saying if we didn't respond to them by midnight they would just cancel the policy anyway. They are rude and unhelpful on the phone as well. This has been our worst experience in the UK and our biggest regret so far

I did an online quote, good price online but when talking with them on the phone the price doubled and also they took the deposit from my account before I talked with them, where they say on their website that no money will be taken out of my account until they speak with me on phone .
