This is the worst company I have ever seen.
I bought on the website and next day they told me differen price.
I was cancel my policy and they said you have to wait 30 days to get your refund and I didn't get my money still after 30 days.
THIEF'S!! BIGGEST CON'S IN THE UK!! We have contacted the FSA..
I took insurance out on friday and they said they would contact me to confirm my insurance and until they did I was not insured.saturday comes and still no call so I call them I hung on over an hour to speak to someone but noone answered.i even spoke to switchboard who were useless and kept trying to transfer me until i said dont bother.ive emailed them but had no reply and I'm now fighting to get my deposit back into my bank which doesnt help as my car is parked on the drive as I'm not insured until i get my money back.ive also reported to moneysupermarket to advise them of these scam artists.ive had some poor experiences but this just tops it all. Very poor service, be ready to wait long time over the phone. Had to give all the details again over the phone even tho you filled it online.
I spoke to KRISTY and clearly told her about start date and asked her again about the start date as she was quoting me the wrong date but she said don t worry it will be corrected and to my surprise when I received documents it was WRONG DATE ,and she sent me the email to leave good review UNBELIEVABLE and now I am on the phone and it s been 40 minutes so far and I am still waiting to speak to someone.

Was happy with quote and telephonist who I eventually took the policy out with. However the day before purchasing the vehicle I wanted to insure I rang for a quote. Took 1 hour to get through totaling in 90 minutes on the phone. The telephonist explained he could call be back the following day to take out the policy or I could call in with his phone extension number.
Without receiving a phone call and attempting to make direct contact with him which did not happen due to promised call backs not happening it took 2 hours to speak to somebody who can take out the policy.
Effectively, don't call unless you've not nowhere to be within the next 3 hours.
Not impressed.

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with.
1) Their staff is absolutely Incompetent and Rude: no customer service
2) They're waiting times are atrocious
3) They keep on sending in circles from department to another.
4) They constantly make errors.
5) They got my Car insurance details wrong: NCB
6) The certificates they sent were all full of errors... Which increased my premium without me noticing.

A lot of paperwork to copy and send off, not as straightforward as most insurance companies. Hope that I also get my policy etc posted as I don t have facilities to copy and print out.

This company is nothing short of a scam. Dont get fooled by these criminals. They say they get you insured from alpha insurance which is a company in Pakistan. They try to get you to pay as quickly as they can as soon as you do they never pick up the phone and you are on hold all day. Do not pay them any money at all !!!! I dont know how compare the market let them on there site.
They took off my deposit amount without use car insurance. Complete scam
It's the worst insurance company. The insurance was very expensive, after a week I withdrew 100 pounds. They sent me the documents after 2 months of insistence ... when they found out that there was a mistake in the insurance and raised the price to 216 pounds. I finally canceled it, and besides the lost deposit they also withdrew about 200 pounds for cancellation fees.
Used RCIB for years always good service, fair price and willing to help where they can. Rang this morning for a renewal and Kane helped loads sorted me out with a better cheaper renewal!!

Had the phone call, apparently my policy would increase because the exact date did not match the quote because msm does not give you the option for a specific date. Also my occupation changed, just checked my original quote and it didn't. Have the whole conversation recorded and have my original quote. Want to take this further but unsure who to as the company clearly does not operate fairly.
No having to await refund, thankfully I was not in desperate need for car insurance and have the funds to purchase a new policy.
Please contact me if you know who to take it further with? As I have proof they are dishonest.
Was looking for a new car insurance, Right Choice came up as the cheapest on Go Compare, when I tried to do it online it said there was a fault and to ring. Tried to ring both numbers, they both rang out, no answer, got fed up trying and went with someone else.

On Wednesday 24th August I was unlucky enough to have a breakdown on the exit slip road from the M23 to Croydon.
I phoned AutoAid (CallAssist) at approx 5.00pm explaining that I had two young boys in the car and was told that we would receive priority service; especially as it was a VERY hot evening.
It took AutAid (part of the Right Choice group) until after 7.00pm to get the first recovery vehicle to me which was a van and a totaly nice and extremely apologetic driver who explained that he had asked AutoAid (CallAssist) if a recovery vehicle was required --- without any response.
A further independent recovery truck arrived at 8.30pm (3.5 hours after my "high priority" call to AutoAid).
I must emphasise that both independent recovery company's were great and couldn't have done more to help. My complaint is with the total lack of service and interest from AutoAid.
What made it worse was the following morning when I attempted to contact AutoAid --- my "paid for" recovery service.
I spoke to their customer service section and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that Darren was busy and he would phone me back within 10 minutes. After phoning AutoAid 3 more times and having not received any phone call from the elusive Darren, I eventually spoke to another manager called Nicole. Having made my observations regarding their TOTAL lack of service and complete indifference to their customers plight, I was told that they would look into it internally and that would take up to 8 WEEKS to complete.
HOW CAN ANYONE JUSTIFY PAYING GOOD MONEY TO A COMPANY LIKE THAT. THEY TAKE TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH THE CONFIRMATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE THEN LET YOU DOWN WHEN IT MATTERS AND FINALLY TOTALLY LET YOU DOWN IN TRYING TO SORT OUT THEIR FAILURES.
Please be careful before putting your trust and the safety of your children in the hands of this uncaring company.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Con artists! As bad as esure if not worse. Least esure see they make mistake and try to correct. Were as these con artists let you make mistakes then charge you. Should be very simple to sort insurance. But when your staff are useless us the customer end up out of pocket

Rude staff, passing me from collegue to collegue, telling their name and how they can help, after telling them the issue I have to wait on the line, atleast 4 times everytime I was calling them, stopped by police because the car wasn't show as insured for weeks. I would never go with them again. Agreed on phone for a price but on the papers higher with hundreds of pounds, and so on.
Luke was very helpful..didnt feel the need to shop around on compare sites he did this for me, my impression - a trustworthy chap in this regard, helped to get my premium down even further after his comparison search

My call was dealt with by a lovely young lady called Rima, she was very polite, professional & efficient all the way through. She helpt me immensely & even used her discount to accommodate me because I ended up having a higher deposit payment to which I didn't have! She listened to me & made sure I could have my insurance, she didn't have to do what she did & for that I wish to sing her praises as she went above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. The process was rather long at nearly an hour but because of Rima & her assistance & ensuring I got insured, time on the phone didn't matter.

After having been sat on hold for nearly an hour being repeatedly played an automated message confirming that my call is important I have had to speak with two of the most impolite and unhelpful people I ve ever come across.
Would rather drive my car into a river and limit my travel to places within walking distance than insure through them again.

ignore the 5 star reviews they are more fake than this joke of a scam company. You pay them money upfront, they will cancel on your...charge you for the cancellation and then take a whole 30 days (hiding behind some FCA bs) until they pack you back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Spent over half an hour going through information on the phone which I had already provided online, only to be put on hold for ages and eventually told there was an error on the system and the insurance would actually cost me twice as much.

One star feels generous. This company were the cheapest at face value but then they hammer you with excessive fees to make amendments to policy or for discrepancies with dates. And they are really excessive. You are then left with a choice to cut and run losing half the annual premium or to pay the extra.

I insured my car on a Sunday and was told in an email I would have to wait for a phone call to confirm insurance and none would be in place until said phone call had been received, I didn't expect phone call until Monday which was a little worrying as wanted to use car on that car. However a couple of hours later I was speaking to a guy called Paul who was extremely helpful and we got to go through everything rather quickly and it was all done!, great guy, great service, extremely happy!

Zero Stars. Wish I'd read the reviews first! Terrible company. Disgusting service. Tried to take out a policy 3 days ago. They take the deposit, but you're not insured until they phone to confirm your details. I made 8 phone calls and 5 emails to them over 3 days, each time on hold for over an hour, but not been able to speak to a agent. Zero response to emails.
