Terrible insurance company, even when dealing with claims. The staff are clueless and rude.

Avoid like the plague. Can't get through to speak to anyone. Keep getting emails and texts saying my insurance needs validating and will be cancelled.

Took three days and 5 phone calls every time I was put on hold , after 45 minutes the first 3 calls and 54 minutes the 4th call before I hung the last call when someone did answer from start to finish took 1 hour 38 minutes to get insurance details that they already had on line from 3 days earlier when they gave us the quote. There excuse was they were employing more staff ,, ,, ,,,,not very good at all

I'd like to warn everyone of this broker. They make you pay for the insurance BEFORE sending you all the paperwork/list of required documents and EVEN BEFORE speaking to you on the phone to verify everything. They will then review your information but if anything needs amending, the initially quoted price will go up. You will have no choice but pay (since they've already taken money from your card as per the quote from the money comparison site) or cancel the insurance within 14 days but they will make you pay a cancellation charge!!! The customer service is appalling too. Unless you message them on Messenger you will be waiting for their call/email back forever! Please don't be fooled by the fake 5* reviews that are all written in the same manner. I will definitely not use them again.

I have been insured on my bike with these guys and they usually do have reasonable prices. This yeer just like last year they were fairly cheap and when I rang for renewal I was told the same company as last year was the cheapest. I then said I will renew as long as I didnt have to send in any documents as nothing has changed guess what they have requested my log book even though they had a copy last year. Clearly they do this in order to scam you out of admin fees. in case you cant find the relevant documents.
They have failed to answer my complaint from last year over where the request came from. They leave you on hold for endless times and never ring you back. If you want a good insurance company I wouldnt bother with these guys. This year they are now insisting I have an approved bike chain which they added for no reason this year even though I questioned what the operative said on the phone.
I'm happy with my basic cover and the price but these guys are useless at customer service. they will lie to you fortunately as I am very deaf I recorded the conversation so I have proof of the blatant lies.

Never ever this company again! The worst customer service ever, not helpful at all. Just AVOID them! Really bad experience! I have never hated a company that much!

rcib are definitely my first choice when selecting an insurance broker they have insured so many motorbikes for me in the past and I have always had the best service and deals around so now I just do not bother trying any one else, keep up the good work guys Ray Sartin, Billericay, Essex.

Been with for two years. First year i was with them wasnt great. Custimore service was poor. They are quick to take your money. once they have that they have no interest in anything you have to say. The only reason i stayed with them for another year was the cost was the same as the year before and i thought it would be simple for them to just renew the contract. I WAS VERY WRONG. Like what most people are saying here. The price went up. Docs took ages to come back. They also wanted proof of everything. Nothing can be sorted over the phone. This buisness needs to be shut down. I can only imagine they are still going because of there attractive rates. which you dont get anyway.

Worst broker ever. Over 2 hours waiting time on every call. Policy cancelled for non validation (??) but can never get through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Only problem is I am still waiting for insurance documents to be emailed to me got told I could drive at 1.05pm yesterday and insurance documents would be emailed within a hour, I still have not received them. And feel uncomfortable driving without proof of insurance checked on ASKMID showing as not insured..

Hard to get through to somebody on phone aswell get passed around alot.

Applied on Sunday for cover to start that day. They don't tell you til right near the end that cover doesn't start until they phone you back. I clicked ok, and authorised payment. Then they tell you they're not open on Sundays! This meant I More

The worst insurance provider I've ever had. I've got quote online which looked good. After call I've got higher quote and got contract to sign. I send the contract back because there were some mistakes which that sales lady made on her own. Didn't get any response, only reminder I haven't signed contract. If I don't sign they cancel my policy. Hate this company and never ever will recommend to anyone. Keep away!!!

I have been with right choice for about 3yrs now. Although they really pissed me off when I first got with them , they actually made the effort to call back and rectify everything, esp. Colin Sadler who became like my main contact in all issues as he gave me his contacts and I could write to him personally.
Since then I have found everyone quiet friendly and helpful so I would really recommend them.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with spent 2 hours on and off hold to change a vehicle from 6pm to 8pm finally get through at 7:48pm and get all the details up and how much it'll be etc to be cut off again! For probably the 7th time! So I ring back with minutes to spare get told I'm being put through to the change of vehicle department, spend more time on hold to finally get through at 8.03pm to be told sorry we are closed now and there is no one here and I'll have to ring back in the morning! I've already taken out a policy only about a week or two ago and paid a deposit and I'm stuck with this crappy, unprofessional company now. Steer clear at all costs. Yes if that means paying slightly more for your insurance so you don't have to go with this company it'll be money well spent! I've literally come away so pissed off and shocked that I just had to write this and hopefully save someone else from being taken the piss out of.

I tried to cancle my insurance 2 months in cause I wanted to buy a new car and found cheaper insurance... rc was 800 and they said they will give me 200 back... cause of admin, them doing there job... they charge you for it and it takes a good few years to answer the phone!!

I was contacted by broker called Tyrone who was very helpful and patient as I was receiving other calls and also waiting for identity confirmation from RCIB. Tyrone offeted me a fair deal and he informed me about my options.

If I could rate zero I would. This company is nothing but a scam. Take your money and don t insure you, no refund even though they say they have. Bank have refunded money and opened up fraud case on this abysmal excuse for a business.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY YOU WILL BE ROBBED.

Although the RCIB was quite unhelpful when I tried to make a claim after an accident, halting communication during the claim and then offering a renewal of 10,000 pounds a year (over 10 times what it should have been), Qudus helped me renew my policy for the right price and cleared up the dropped claim and reinstated my no-claim bonus. I'm greatful to RCIB's excellent customer support team.

Good personal service from Qudus, however , I had to wait a combined time of over 1 hour 40 mins for various operators to answer the phone or from being kept on hold.

The main reason for the low stars, is because I I feel I was treated dishonestly by the company.


Qudus was helpful, but if I had not looked into this, I would have been paying way over the odds, for this year and many more to come.
I would like a further revision, so that I am paying exactly the right cost every year ( I still feel it is high ) . I do intend sticking to one company for the rest of my time on the road. This is important that i get the most competitive price that I can, as I intend on purchasing an additional car this year .

Was with rcib for the past 3 years and they were excellent always were very helpful and able to find me the best deals available and match competitors

avoid this company they are unprofessional and very lazy.The company does not have a system in place to communicate with each other every time you ring different information will be given.They are quick to take money but totally opposite to when it comes to processing the policy. simply avoid avoid and avoid.

I would rather hit myself over the head repeatedly with a lump hammer than waste another second speaking to these buffoons

They only got one star because there isnt an option for none. I was told because I am an immigrant I cannot be insured and I will have to pay more or wait 5 days to get my money back. Luckily a lovely manager not from RCIB helped me. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this is something that every immigrant should know before making the initial payment they claim they would not take until details were confirmed.

terrible company , low quote,but there was confusion with no claims as i was insured with another company { duel insurance } did not know this so a week after paying insurance they said my 4 YEARS no claims discount did not apply even though i told them over phone i was already insured on another car ,they said would either cancel insurance and keep nearly all the money after being insured a week ! or wanted more than double what i had already paid,DONT USE THIS COMPANY PAY A BIT MORE FOR A BETTER INSURANCE

Right Choice offered a brilliant service and I would highly recommend.

Terrible experience please please avoid these cheap brokers. I rent n swear never go to them as they keep sniffing for a very small piece of misinformation n then charge hefty price to amend it. Eg. A No claim discount instead of 5 i put 6 years n they came back with an adjustment of 134pounds whereas the policy itself was 475 per annum..

worst insurance company I ve ever been with, I am 17 and autistic.. and the way I ve been treated by this insurance company is a disgrace.. I will be contacting citizens advice and many other people to complain about this insurance company so no one else has to go through what I went through with hundreds of hidden prices, after 14 days they rang so I couldn t get my money back and raised the price on my insurance and if I wanted to cancel then I d have to pay full, they then proceeded to ask for every detail and for me to present every certificate, I presented every certificate they asked for but I couldn t find my CBT certificate, 3 days later I had a letter of cancellation come through after emailing them numerous times that I am looking for it.. I ve now lost out on hundreds.

My renewal enquiry efficiently dealt with over phone. Would have preferred to have been emailed my renewal quote rather than having to phone in, but sensible price for renewal given and no hassle.

I'm overall am happy with Right Choice Insurance as they gave a great deal for my first time insurance as a new rider. Although I was waiting on the phone for over an hour until I could have spoken to someone to confirm everything when I had already payed. I would hope for a faster service so I'm not spending lots on the phone bill. But otherwise, very trusting and kind company, recommend if wanting a good deal!

James was very helpful and done everything I required him to do to get me the best deal on my car insurance will definitely recommend to my family and friends who drive

Increased the price 3 times. Was a bit weird they asked for so many documents after I paid online. Only so they could do a full investigation on how my miles I did, where I parked my car, the list goes on. How they have managed to get positive reviews I DONT KNOW complete shambles start to end. Insurance premium increased from quoted price, hidden price increases result in a significantly increased price, customer service is questionable, varying greatly between different times communicating with them. Not worth the extra hassle, and you end up paying more than you would elsewhere. Would not recommend, save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. If you intend to move, need to change anything on your documents be prepared to get charged left, right and centre. Oh don't ever make the mistake of asking anyone to pay the deposit on their card becuae if they cancel your insurance for change of address, they just take it right out of their account even after explaining to them its not your card that was used to make the deposit because even if they tell you they won't beware they definately will. Again avoid at all cost. I've dealt with brokers before but this one is the worse.

They do not answer phones keep you on hold for hours. Absolutely terrible pathetic

Sales staff were very helpful! We found it cheaper elsewhere but they beat it. Glad it is a U.K call centre for once aswell.

Rude company i rang up to get a quote for my car the guy on other end was so rude i asked him if i ring back during the day would i get the same price he was like eer no it is what it is was being so arrogrant and rude he was like look take it or dont waste my time i was left speachless thinking if this how they talk to there customers imagine if needed to make a claim with them? They been taken off money supermarket website for a reason and this is it dont get fooled with the low quotes they give you it is not worth it.

Purchased Insurance literally 15mins ago. Policy will not commence until next week. Called to cancel as I have found cheaper however when they answered my call, they purposely hung up when requesting refund. Now they are refusing to answer my calls. Avoid like Covid

Awful service so far, I took a phone the morning after buying online to confirm some details, all confirmed, they put me on hold to take payment, 10 minutes of being on hold I gave up waiting, subsequently been trying to call them back all day but no one answers the telephones, sent numerous emails. I wish I had checked recent reviews and I would have avoided.

You educated me on what the policy entailed & for the very first time I understood what I was purchasing. I was very well informed what my options were by yourself.
