Please avoid this insurer. They come up competitively on price comparison sites but their T&Cs are unreasonable, they don't accept standard proof of no claims bonus as other insurers do an instead will have you running around contacting your previous insurer getting bespoke documents to satisfy their non-standard requirements. The financing of the policy should you chose to pay monthly is via a separate financial entity which is at best confusing and at worst concerning. Do you really want such an expensive asset such as your vehicle insured through an unprofessional and unreliable company like this? I've chosen to pay their extortionate cancellation fees and go elsewhere, insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind, but i would dread having to make a claim with these people.

After paying my money for car insurance, they then called me to say that the information was incorrect, told me that my 3 door car was not a 3 seater (really!), and because of this my insurance would go up, cancelled this straight away but still waiting for my refund which they claimed would take up to 4 weeks. Nightmare to set up . They requested multiple documents that big companies don't . And when sent by email 5 times they still send me an email saying My Insurance will be cancelled as they are waiting on something else . I received an email each time confirming they had received my e mail.
The direct debit form arrived a month after setting up so they were waiting for that too ! A month to send a form then threaten to cancel my policy cos I haven't returned it when I hadn't received it !!!!
Take ages to respond to e mails .

I spoke to Charlie in the renewals department. The man is a legend. He spent 30minutes working on getting me the cheapest quote possible after he thought the initial quote was too expensive with out me even asking. He put up with me dropping in and out of signal on the tube and held the price till I could call him back. GIVE CHARLIE A RAISE! NOW!
Avoid this company like the plague...what rip off merchants. I paid for car insurance, got an email to say my car was not insured until I spoke with someone, and that they hadn't taken my money. Called, but they are shut on a Sunday. Arranged insurance elsewhere, now they are charging me as they say they did insure my car! You can't make it up!

I can truthfully say that Baily today was fantastic. He is the first person out of all the insurance companies I have been with and they have never gone through in minute details much regarding my policy, where Bailey did. The knowledge he has is incredible and I think he must be one if not the best adviser within you're company, absolute credit to the company. Poor for car insurance. Tried calling on multiple occasions and it rings out. Being refused NCD as they wont take my previous providers renewal quote, in fact they will not accept any proof from my current provider until my insurance period has ended. Leaving me in an impossible situation without insurance. This overlap period is a standard issue when renewing insurance, why does every other provider get it right and RCIB can't. Oh and I am being charged a cancellation fee even though no insurance cover was ever agreed!!

Dreadful customer service. It takes 30 minutes waiting to get through on the telephone and then all I received was a series of broken promises. I am still awaiting confirmation my policy is in force. I already regret using this broker.

Don't wast your time, has anyone genuinely been insured by these people. The real reviews on here are the bad ones the good reviews are fake. They take your money and hold onto it as long as possible without calling you or insuring you. The hilarious thing is a month later they're trying to get in touch me and send me texts to insure my car, when at the time I didn't get a call and had to waste 3 days of my time and money tracking down my money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR LOW RATES...YOU'LL BE CONNED IN NO TIME AND WILL END UP PAYING MORE EVENTUALLY.

Just stay away from this company.when you get a quote they will always offer the best price but you can't get it done without first speaking to them and that is when they (cath) you and will make you pay more. There are always hidden charges. I have had the worst experience with this company. On top they are the brokers who sucks your blood as much as possible. The best way to get insurance through a reliable and reputable insurers. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRAP AND TRICKS. The staff is rude if you get through to speak to them. Professional, well trained staff at RCIB....the process took a while but it was all to my advantage......Direct questions about my whole driving history proved worthwhile as it resulted in a far cheaper price than what I was quoted online. Unfortunately two days after I took the insurance out my windscreen cracked , I called RCIB and without any hesitation I had it replaced in no time. I will recommend those guys to absolute anybody who wants an amazing service. No even sure why the negative reviews online but dont be concerned if you have nothing to hide. Excellent service!

Right, I'm getting absolutely pig sick of keep sending things that this bloody company is asking for. Its been nothing but a mess since i started up this policy. What with some incompetent member of staff not ticking the box on my policy to say i wanted break down cover to being bombarded with threats of cancellation when i HAVE sent the documents you are asking for. Its a joke, this company is a joke. I spoke to some woman the other day who said the documents i was about to send were fine in my old address as long as i sent proof of my current one, which if just one person could do their job properly would have seen. Now I'm still receiving these notices and being told i need proof of sending my drivers licence off to the DVLA, which i don't have! Really unnecessary, have heard terrible things about this company and quite frankly would rather have paid more and gone with a more professional company where the staff actually know how to communicate. Sort it out Right Choice for the sake of my sanity.

Even if these guys come up the cheapest online they have horrendous amounts of hidden charges and then when find out about these and want to cancel they will charge you leaving fees and keep all your deposit money. Stay clear!!! Quick to take your money but not quick to give you you bonus! I ended up having to take temp cover and had a cancelled policy because these wouldn t give me my documents! Every time I rang they would pass me around to different people... each phone call would take 1-2 hours! All to get documents that were rightfully mine.

This is another example of why insurance brokers are like dinosaurs in the modern age with price comparison websites. This company is very quick to give a low cost quote for the first year to grab new customers but once you sign up, the after sales service and customer care is appalling! The renewal price is shockingly high! So make sure you never renew for the 2nd year! This company needs lessons in basic customer service!
The call handler was pleasant enough, although hamstrung by slow systems and pointless processes, but it took 25 minutes to eventually reach him and 45 minutes to complete the call! Don't try and call if you have anything else planned that day.

Worst experience ever.. I always check reviews of internet shopping sites but didn't know that with car insurance you can be scammed as well.. I wrote letter to financial ombudsman so I will see where it goes. Basically after you insured your car they asking for more money.. in my case they said I'm not registered with address so I need to pay extra 200 but gladly I declined because from other reviews I read that once they get extra pounds after a week they asking for more money for other reasons like no claim bonus or other things.. I will never try brokers again. Only proper companies.. o better pay more but I know I won't be scammed like now :(

Offers out insurance premiums they can't provide just to get you to call there 0333 number so they can rake money out of you that way, aswell as rude and terrible customer service agents, leave's ya on hold for ages and it takes about half hour for anyone to answer the phone, be warned fellow people
This is an amendment to my previous 5 star post that I was bullied into doing by the managers to fabricate the truth when I worked here nearly all the 5 star reviews will be false there aim is to extort as much money as possible or to make changes to your online quote to increase there own fee by far the most unprofessional company I ve ever worked for such a relief when I got back to helping save lives with the nhs than conning people out of money
Better to go to a direct insurer than through a broker. Totally unhappy with them. Always high prices and inability to offer help. The person I spoke to lately was very helpful but not so many of their staff. Really disappointed at their services.
