Terrible insurance, not pay in full the claim , wait 2 month before I got the money back , loosing too much time for complete all the form never get this incurance anymore, been on the phone for 2 month

off... Waited till very last day of 14day trial to increase payment, related to last year's millage (was with different insurance company). Basically give you best quote and then increase it higher than any other company offering it at start!Costumer service as low as possible- bet they have some special way fail in all possible tests to get job there!
You can tell there is a great level of experience dealing with customers. Very helpful and definitely recommend as prices were the best compared to others! Highly recommended purely based on excellent service.
Avoid, worse company ever. They do come up cheaper, but not by much, however you will spend hours on the phone to make sure your policy documents are correct, 1st they got the start date wrong, the number of rooms wrong, the year the house was built incorrect.. I sent them an email with all the correction and spoken to them however a week later they send the documents back still incorrect this went on for a month. I don't know if they can't read or they just don't give a.... customer service really poor. But the scary thing is you never know if you are really insured or the whole thing a con..
Poor. Waited over N hour to speak to someone. After another hour purchased my insurance. Called 5 times had no documents come through. Very frustrated.

The company gives an attractive quote, only because the service is so poor. I have changed a car recently, and they will charge me three hundred pounds more. Because this is a broker company, they could give me a better offer from another insurance company and I have to pay the cancellation fee. Overall very bad experience, and won't use again.
You will be waiting on the phone for ages. They take forever to refund your deposit. Nice staff though.
Hopeless to deal with. They provide an initial cheap attractive quote then require a phone call to activate the insurance. I was on hold for 20 minutes. They then require a load of documentation then lo and behold cancel insurance at great cost. Never ever use this company they border on sharp practises contrary to the consumer protection act. If you've taken out a policy cancel it within the statutory 14 days to get your money back and go elsewhere.

They keep telling me over the phone that the refund has been processed and that I will receive my money within 3-5 working days but as I say
I keep calling them to be told the same thing by a different agent. They just pass the buck and they have no way of emailing me proof of the return, or so they say!
I will be reporting them for theft and complaining to the relevant authorities
I never leave reviews however I feel compelled to do so on this occasion as a warning to others.
My advise is to stay well away.

Wrong choice more like, This company have been nothing but hassle I took out insurance and payed 2 months upfront. 4 times the sent me letters within first 3 weeks saying this is wrong they need this and that. Premium. Went from 92pm to 118pm finally got the documents to say I'm insurerd then a week later got an email not a call but email saying my insurance has been cancled due to wrong address for a names driver . So again on the phone for 2 and a half hours passed from pillar to post trying to resolve this due to there own fault and management system now I'm paying 159pm . I asked to just cancel policy as I'm sick and tired of endless emails which BTW they stated was a mistake . How can u send a letter by mistake saying its cancled then to bump up the premium even more. PLZ PLZ PLZ AVIOD this company if you want to live a stress free life. I can only imagine the worst if you are in a crash this company will no doubt to what they can not to pay out plz aviod.

This is my third year insuring my bike with RCIB and I was happy to use them again. There was no hassle, all conditions were explained to me, any queries I had were answered so I understood everything. Very poor customer service. I have tried to ring customer service two days in a raw and no one answered :( This company it is a SCAM, they do not care at all and they will take your money and never insure your car. PLEASE AVOID
Do not call this rubbish insurance company not only do they have bad customer service a 25 minute phonecall trying to sort my insurance out has cost me 25 pound and another phone call to them trying to sort it out has cost me 15 pound! Disgusting STAY CLEAR
Never had such a farce to setup an insurance policy in my life! Filled out my details online, paid my premium in full, then got a message to say I wasn't covered until someone had checked my details. Spent 3hours on hold over 3 days trying to find the right person to speak to, in the meantime my car insurance lapsed. Absolute joke, god help me if I have to make a claim. If you value your time, don't waste it with this company.

Avoid like the plague. What an absolute shower. Sorted my sons first insurance on his moped through this lot. Did it through a comparison site and redirected to their site to complete. Paid and thought that was it. No. You get an email saying that the policy is not active until we have spoken to one of their team, who would be calling shortly. No call so I called them. Still on hold after 55 mins.

Today is Sunday, according to the automated phone message, their opening hours on a Sunday are 11am - 4pm.
I've tried calling multiple times since 11am it is now 3:15pm and I am still receiving the "unfortunately we're closed" phone message. It's just a joke really, I need to amend my insurance policy, if I needed to drive my car today I would have been screwed.
When I call every time taking hours to pick up the phone n sort out the issues.
I feel company not serious about customer service.

Finding the right car insurance is never a quick and easy task. Having received a quote from yourselves online I was pleasantly surprised that we managed to reach an amicable arrangement in a short space of time over the phone. Made the mistake of choosing this company after they came up cheapest on a price comparison website.
Entered all the details for the policy online just like any other broker... got to the end and paid up and then got a message on the screen saying that the policy was not active until they had called to confirm details!
They did NOT call back and I had to contact them (long wait times on hold) and they went through the setup of the entire policy in detail from scratch... completely devoiding any point of putting the details in online and wasting my time.
Following this, they lost documents and re-requested many things. Got information on the policy wrong and told me they couldn't change it and that I needed to "Scribble it out and put i the correct details".
Also turns out you can set up insurance in someone else's name very easily, but try and talk to them about the policy after it's been set up or any of it's details after setting it up and you'll get no-where... Data protection act and all apparently. Seems a bit twisted.
Ignorant and borderline rude (and completely amateur) on the phone every time I've spoken to them.
Christ help me if I ever need to claim because if my experience so far is anything to go by.

If I could provide a negative amount of stars I would. Do not use this incompetent company. I paid my premium early in order to move my pay date to the start of the month and within 2 weeks, 3 attempted direct debits for my premium have been made. Every single person I speak to promises resolution and says its error and they rectify this, then the threatening letters start of charges and cancellation, again, sorry and promises of resolution, the next day a notice of cancellation, every single person I speak to has no idea what has gone on, now I have paid my premium early, I've got 2 defaults on my credit score and a cancelled policy. COMPLETE INCOMPETANCY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, SCAMMING PAYMENTS, DAMAGING TO CREDIT FILE. NO MANAGERS TO DEAL WITH. REPORTED TO FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Very swift and easy to organise insurance. The assistant was very friendly and got myself a better insurance deal that I was quoted.

Just dreadful. I waited 3 quarter of an hour today for them to bother picking up the phone.Their website where you are meant to upload your documents to validate your policy just doesn't work. When you do finally get through to them they never apologise.I emailed them to call me back .Still waiting.Sent my docs via email 4 days ago and I get a text today telling me to call the cancellation team today on a number which doesn't connect.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service via telephone. Anytime I call, you can guarantee I'm waiting 20 minutes before I speak to someone. Ridiculous. Also their prices for car insurance is way more than many other insurance companies and companies who have far greater customer service. As soon as my contract/policy is up I'll definitely be jumping ship. Never again.

The broker who assisted me, Luke, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I think I called on a busy day and was holding for quite a while before I got through but when I did the service was good. My application hit a snag but Luke found me a solution I could live with

Very disappointing. Took out a car insurance policy with this company on Tuesday through Compare the Market. Received an email stating they would contact me shortly to activate the insurance. By Friday, I still hadn't received anything from them. Therefore phoned and was kept on hold for almost half an hour just to get an agent who then had to go through all the details again that I had already input into the search engine. The price luckily remained unaltered however they then said I should revive a confirmation email shortly. Still waiting!!!!! If this is a taste of their underwriting ability I dread the thought of ever having to put in a claim. Very sorry but so far don't have much faith in his company at all.

Gives you one price online takes the first payment then says they will phone you back to activate your insurance when they do the price goes up! So told them no longer won't it, now got to wait up to 10 days to get money back, and even better they have taken two lots off first payments! Stay away!

Terrible! Worst car insurance I've ever experienced! Payed my annual payment few days later I get a call saying am I still intrested I said I've already paid! Sent in all my proofs 2 weeks later after receiving my insurance certificate they say they are cancelling it over email. I was on hold for 4 hours trying to sort this.
