Hello, your online payment needs to be more customer friendly. They way is designed takes too many steps to log in in order to make a payment. Had to call customer services in order to get help how to log in. Customer service was wonderful. Please look into this I'm really dreading login in again to make my next payment.

I couldn't get a better price to insure my bikes anywhere. Getting everything set up was easy, customer service was good.
Haven't made a claim, but if I do I'll update my review if needed

Great rates and quick response. I m from NJ and I had a flat in the state of Montana and when I called them they had no problem finding me a tow to take my bike for repair. I will highly recommend them to anyone. I tried other companies and they all wanted more money for less coverage. One company I had to tell them that it was a two wheeler not for because they wanted so much. Thumbs up to them. The only thing I wish is that they will give a discount during these tough times like other insurance companies have done.

So far has been the cheapest rates with good customer service.

Have always used Rider, professional service and reasonable pricing. Have had the good fortune that for the past 30 years the only phone calls to them were to pay my premium, and I plan to keep it that way for the next 30 !!

No complaints...I have been using Rider insurance ever since I started riding on my bikes along the way. So about 37 years, I don't know anything else. No regrets and they seem to have great rates. They must, I have never checked anywhere else in all these years. So thank you Rider!

I've been using Rider sense late 70s early 80s 30 only a bike insurance, they have ever used and I got for the day they take me off my bike and put me in a can that'll be the day I don't use them anymore there a fantastic insurance company they work with you payments are an easy they're not expensive the insurance is good are people help you and there are two service managers in the claims department once name is George and the others John they are too fantastic guys I did a favor for a brother co-signed a bike firm and you did me wrong and I ended up paying for this bike and paying for the insurance and took a couple of years to track it down but Rider paid for lawyers paid for hotels and even paid that bike off and offered me it at the end and I should know you guys done so much you keep it and I can't say anymore better things than their fantastic best insurance company I've ever used in my life

Rider has been wonderful for me and my sportbikes great rates and amazing customer service. Been with rider 4 years now.

I've had a mishap and Rider took care of the Bike and the repairs as well as my personal equipment in a timely manner. I am a older person who has rode since age of 12 and a inexperienced driver caused the mishap but all in all I'm here to tell my story!! Wish that I didn't get a increase but it's a good Motorcycle Insurance Company

Rider Insurance has been great! Their prices are unmatched from the research I've done (in NJ) and their service is on par. I've been fortunate to only have one accident requiring their services and it was handled quickly and satisfactorily. Been a customer for 3+ years now.

The worst possible insurance. Crashed over a month ago. They still have not sent the check to the dealer to repair the bike. Not only that once the dealer gets the check it's gonna take 2 weeks to get the parts. My whole summer is wasted cause of these people. Switching to progressive.

I don't think that we should have to pay OUT OF POCKETS for the first 30 miles. Then you reimburse us. This should be handled the way AAA does it with cars, they ...the haulers take your AAA card and charge them for X amount of miles. Not everyone carries around cash to be towed (our bikes) from what I have learned most places charge around $4.00 +- a mile. You need to change your policy.

Decent prices and a quick and simple transaction. I have not made a claim so i cannot comment on the service. Only complaint is if i list my wife as a secondary driver for our utv the price is outrageous because she doesnt have a motorcycle endorsement on her license. Im not sure what a motorcycle endorsement has to do with driving a glorified golf cart.

When had an accident with my bike the adjuster was there in a few days. He put in his request to replace all damaged parts and I must say I was quit satisfied with the results. if I had one minor complaint it would be that they did not allow the private shop the same hourly rate they would give a certified Harley Davidson Shop . I did not want this to lead to cutting corners from this very qualified mechanic and it did not. Something to look into for future claims especially if the shop is quite qualified, thank you keep up the good work.

Rider Insurance has always provided protection for my motorcycles at low cost. Having Rider Insurance makes you feel like your part of a club, it just seems like having Rider Insurance and owning a motorcycle goes together. I was proud when my son started riding and obtained his own Rider Insurance Policy. I have been lucky that I have not had to use my policy but it gives me comfort knowing a company like Rider is in my corner.

Call me a stickler, but I can only give 3 stars because of the horrible website experience. I rate the product as 5 stars, the website as 1 star, the overall average 3. If this were 1997 the website would be awesome, but it is 2018.

Lacking is the ability to modify your policy online, so if you are a luddite and still actually like talking to people on the phone you would probably give them 5 stars. I like being able to play with my coverages and add/remove vehicles to observe the impact to my policy while deciding if I want to purchase or sell a bike.

I did have to make a claim last year and my premiums did not go up, and the settlement was pretty quick.

All-in-all a great value compared to what my auto insurance provider wanted to insure my first motorcycle -- been here ever since.

Rider staff are very responsive to all my needs and questions about motorcycle insurance. They have very competitive rates and also accommodate alternate payment plans. Very satisfied with their service! Thx Eldon Wentz

This is my fourth year with Rider Insurance, and I've never yet had a claim, but the people I've spoken with on the phone are always very helpful and friendly, and I intend to continue using Rider. I like the fact that they have been in the motorcycle insurance business over 45 years.

Rider has always provided great rates on my bikes. My wife had an unfortunate accident where she was run off the road by a car. Rider was there to handle the claim quickly and efficiently. Last year I was rear ended by a car who's driver was too busy on her phone and totaled my bike as I was completely stopped at a red light. Rider was there to make sure my claim was handled properly. I'm a customer for as long as I ride,with any luck, that will be for many years to come.

I've been with this company for many years, I've never had any claims, but I know a few people that have and rider claims department took care of them very quickly. Friendly staff and extremely helpful people. Rates are very cheap compaired to what I've seen from many other quotes. I appreciate the staff and the company.

I've been insuring motorcycles with Rider Insurance since 1992, and could not be happier with their service, communication, and coverage. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for Motorcycle insurance. Thank you Rider for being the best!

Spoke to a CSR for 55mins attempting to remove on motorcycle and renew the plan. As simple as that is, the CSR did not understand what needed to be done making my plan double the amount of last years plan with one less motorcycle on it. Simply pathetic this whole issue. Worst part is that i was denied multiple times to speak to the manager and was lied to about the motorcycles that were moved around my plan. Thanks to this i will look for a different insurance company to insure 5 different bikes. Way to lose business.

Didn't visit there.Great insurance company. They cover your bike and accessories ( Leathers etc ) plus bike addons A +++ would recommend

I have hade Rider insurance since 1995 when i had my Honda Goldwing and it has always been a great company then i got my new 2006 new Harley RoadGlide and it has been a great pleasure using Rider cause when hurricane sandy hit i lost my bike during the storm and they came out an got it with in a week and i had a check 10 days later nll ow i ride a 2013 new Road Glide Ultra and once again rider to the rescue sime one hit my front fender and i got it to bike shop and rider had it fixed in 2 weeks i would recommend them to aby any one on 2 wheels

Full insurance coverage with great customer support.

I have been insured with Rider s for the past 15 years, but during my last renewal the representative was very polite but more helpful. She found a discount that I was entitled to which resulted with saving me approximately $200.00 which was truly a blessing. I recommend Rider s not only for the wonderful service provided, but also for contacting a staff that s very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Sometimes it only takes one kind person to turn a bad around and that is what was done for me on 3/9/18 when I called in for renewal; in closing ride safe but ride assured with Rider s. There is simply no other way to ride.

Asked for a letter to be sent to us but it never was. Called 4 times and they told me it was sent, but never received.

There cheap and that s what ya get. In my case I had well over a thousand dollars of stuff stolen on my bike and the wouldn t cover anything. There excuse was the bags weren t permainate on the bike although they did lock on the bike. I would have gave them just a 1 star but there coverage allows me to ride legally so that s a plus. Waste of time making a claim.

I ve been with Rider Insurance company for 8 years. The rates are reasonable and when calling to file a claim the process was easy. The customer service representatives are courtesy and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Rider for your motorcycle needs.

Everytime I reach out to Rider, I get a friendly and helpful response. Thankfully I have not had to make a claim or use a tow service, but I have little doubt that I will be disappointed. I look forward to many more years of coverage from Rider Insurance.

I've had this insurance for 3 years now and only wish I had found them years earlier. Fortunately, I've never had to file a claim. But talking to them on the phone to get a quote and make payments has always been quick and painless.

I am only giving one star because apparently you cannot give zero stars. WORST customer service have EVER seen was hung up on by the manager at the NJ branch for giving me false information and withholding my money. Speechless as to how many times there employees as well as the manager themselves continued to give out wrong information so I spend money on the policy for them to turn around and say there "entitled" to 10% of my $380 outrageous....I do not recommend choosing this company to anyone I will be trolling this company as much as I can for the headache and overall rudest service I have ever dealt with!!!

If I could give half star I would. I've had Rider for 10 years, I always pay the entire year in full never late. This year I never received my bill & it slipped my mind. It was due on 28th on 29th I realized it called to pay over the phone they had already cancelled my policy. No email no phone call.... Pretty bad way to treat your paying loyal customers. Don't & won't recommend them.

Rider insurance gives you more bang for your bucks. No other company could match the coverage they gave me for the premium paid. Still I wish it was cheaper than what I am paying since most of the year the bike is idle.

I've been with Rider for several years. A good rate on my bike.

Let's just say you won't be seeing RIDER making any Allstate or Liberty Mutual type commercials for TV! I've been with them for 16 years this month and have had a safe driving record for the last 14 and have NEVER gotten a "safe driver save 40" break! No break whatsoever! What does they say for loyalty!

Great company right up until they were bought out and will no longer be covering my state after the acquisition... I loved the coverage and the ease to work with just disappointed I will need to shop for another provider now....

Rider has been very easy to take and pay online and my phone. The people that you speak to on the phone or very courteous and I've been very knowledgeable and any of the questions I've had about my insurance.

Customer for the past 18 years. Never disappointed. Good info also distributed on their customer emails. Customer service via phone is excellent and on line account access info very convenient.

Rider has always provided very reasonable rates for my needs. I've been a customer for nearly 22 years and have never had a problem. Fortunately for me, I have never had to make a claim and hope to keep it that way!

I never had a claim nor a accident with rider ins yet my bike keeps getting older and less in value but my insurance keep increasing and my coverage keeps decreasing

Easy renewal process after spending a year away .had to let policy lapse .but company made it a very easy process to rejoin the riding ranks.

Great Company!! I have had Rider insurance for more than 15 years. I find them to be very professional and courteous. Years ago I had an accident claim which they handled quickly and without a problem. Now I am pleased that I can speak with a rep or pay my bill in multiple ways. I also love their website access to my account information.

I have used Rider on all my bikes for years . I've shopped frequently and they have never been beaten, not to mention the ease of signing up. Everytime I've called the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended!!

Rate is less than half of what progressive quoted me, and that's with a multi discount.

Rider Insurance made it possible for me to own a motorcycle. Other insurance companies made it pretty much impossible to insure a motorcycle because of their high prices. When I called them and they told me their quote, I knew that these guys were perfect to insure my motorcycle with. Their prices didnt even come close with other quotes I was given and were much lower. I just want to thank them for allowing me to be able to ride with comfort knowing that Rider is the insurance I have
