A super spa hotel but the rooms could have been wider. By the way, the food was great.

This is not a 5 star resort it claims to be. Missing several BASIC amenities, like a hot water kettle, coffee and tea sachets, extra pillows. This was a 2 star experience at best.

The hotel is very good. The spa is acceptable, but it's nice to be in it after a tiring day. Breakfast, perhaps, something disorganized and lacking, like fried or tortilla. All in all, it's worth it.

Amazing property. Great rooms. Fantastic service. Well trained staff. Great breakfast. The hotel has an in house hot water spring apart from the basic swimming pool and gym. They also have a great spa. Huge property. The only problem we faced there was lack of English speaking staff. The staff didn't understand English.

A fabulous location and a nice thermal hotel but the prestige loss for the Richmond brand (except for the inadequate and uninterested staff at the reception) closed at 22.30 and the indoor pool and spa also did not have the staff at 20.30 and everything was scattered. The bath and sauna were cold. The outdoor thermal pool was dirty. The playground and the scenery are very nice and relaxing

We came for a 2-day semester break. One of the stars for the kitchen staff. The dishes in the buffet and appetizers were quite tasty. 2. The stars are devotedly working for all the staff.
With the number of rooms and people in your hotel, your indoor service areas are extremely inadequate. It is almost impossible to find a place in the bar, in the lobby or in other activity areas. Your termel pool is small. People almost rank the fish in the pool. Your restaurant is inadequate. 10 or 20 people at the tables of people who do not know each other still have to sit on the fish stall. It's not a luxury hotel restaurant, it's like an industrial factory cafeteria. Your open buffet is a total disgrace. I had to wait 25 minutes to fry a bread, especially at breakfast. It is a cruelty to get something from the buffet. If you accept close to a thousand people in your hotel, you have to welcome them as you said then. The quality of your hotel apart from the kitchen and staff does not even 2 stars.

The rooms is very small and there no slippers provided in the room. Since the hotel is famous with the hot spring bath and sauna, then the bathrobe should be provided in each room. Overall there is a bad experience that i have with this hotel. The most important is the cleanest is not meet to the stars given. I provided 2 photos that i firstly request to change the bed due to the underneath sliding. Then it has been changed and with the wet shoes steps on top of the bedsheets. That' is totally insane.

In general, the deal was not pleasant, especially in the dining room. The food is not good at all. It is not, by far, a five star. The best, the pool.

No professional service. The dinner was so tastless. The game room, the parts are missing or broken. The pool is really big and very clean. They must have an exceptional pool guy. The pool is open late at night so you can enjoy it even after 10pm. Massages are done by the girls from Bali. Make sure bargin good.

You can visit the ancient city of Pamukkale and Hierapolis (8km), which you can also take advantage of the thermal waters.
