I switched optometrists because my previous (and amazing) one retired so I was looking for someone closer to my new residence. Dr. Richlin and staff did not disappoint. The positives that really stood out to me were:

- Digital paperwork (via provided iPad)
- Spacious and clean waiting room
- Wide variety of frame options
- Friendliness and thoroughness of staff

I also really appreciated Dr. Richlin s honest and straightforward approach. I went in complaining about my contact lenses (monthly lenses) and asking about Lasik. He was very clear about setting my expectations for what Lasik would and wouldn t do. He was also very clear about other contact lenses options (that dailies are likely to be more comfortable but will undoubtedly cost more) and that at the end of the day, I need to what s best for me. He gave me various samples and I didn t feel pressured in any way to choose one option over the other... or any of them.
