Older property but still fairly well maintained. The oven came in handy for Thanksgiving food prep

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed staying at this Residence Inn location for over a week. The entire staff, from Front Desk to the cleaning crew were so friendly and accommodating! We highly recommend choosing this hotel for your visit to the Dallas/Richardson area. I want to personally thank Tony at the front desk. He is super friendly and personable. Thanks Team for our wonderful stay!

Clean and quiet. The breakfast was included and there was a modest evening dinner mon-wed only. We were given a free Starbucks drink at the Courtyard which was right next door.

The room was very clean and nice. It was a great experience overall.

For some reason we lost power in my room, they accommodate us with a new room very quickly without any questions

The amenities were wonderful. The location in Richardson is nice and secluded in a business pa r k area of town. The staff members were wonderful and accommodating.

I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a work conference in the area. I stayed in one of their suites which was very nice. Fridge, microwave, 2-burner hot plate, dishwasher, etc. They offer complementary grocery shopping services, you just pay for the groceries. I could see that as a huge help next time I'm visiting with my family.

When I come to work in Richardson this isn't my "normal" hotel. However you would think by the way I am treated by the staff here when I do stay, that I was a regular visitor. They greet me as I walk in, want to know how I am, have time to talk, listen and remember my name, and treat you like you are one of the family. Customer Service really is fantastic. My special thanks to Ricaphel who does an amazing job keeping you fed & watered, and is truly interested in you & so kind and Ricky on the Front Desk who is fun, friendly and efficient! You are a credit to the Residence Inn!

The breakfast free, tasty, and had lots of options.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom great for families, wish one of the beds was a king.

There is a stuffy smell in the room that makes it uncomfortable. Lots of loud noise with slamming doors.

Overall nice hotel for extended stay and good breakfast.

1) This is a thought out response, I am writing this review bc I actually liked this hotel
2) One of the front desk dudes was super nice. He had an accent and he was from Mexico. He was just super sweet about everything and so welcoming.
3) Once we had our room, the room was clean and refreshed. My friends and I tried cooking pasta in the kitchen but we melted the pasta. Anyways the hotel room it s self is nice.
4) They have a gym and the gym is pretty decent. They have different equipments and good accommodations when you go the gym.
5) They also have a pool and a basketball and tennis court. The pool is clean and big. It s so blue. And the court is nice too.
6) I highly appreciate the security of the hotel bc these days you never know whose rooming right next to you and you need to be safe. They have block thingy for the door if anyone tries to kick it down. They have key cards that sometimes take time to open the door which I think is the safe way. I don t think there is anyway you can get into the hotel except through the front so that s a good thing.
7) They have free HBO and showtime account set up already on the tv for you.
8) The tv is amazingly smart so you can do a lot of things on it even Bluetooth.
9) My friends and I didn t get breakfast bc we woke up too late but the menus look good and the breakfast area is pretty clean.
10) Overall this hotel is so nice not we expected but sometimes other people s experience differs with time and place.

Great layout for one person long stay or even two person overnight stays. The location is also great.

I recently stayed here for a conference held nearby. The stay started with a glitch out of the control of the staff there, however they went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The staff at the front desk and the van driver were absolutely incredible and kind. I have never been remembered when walking in the door by name at a hotel but everytime I came in, they were welcoming and called me by name. The hotel was clean and safe. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in the area.

Old, but clean. In need of renovation. I believe they are renovating the place, but my room was one of the old ones. Decent breakfast buffet.

Very clean. Front desk individuals were kind and helpful.

Courteous staff. The studio was actually much better than I expected. Roomy and clean. Complimentary breakfast was small but tasty. Quite and 24 hour fitness center. One thing is the room was missing a dryer and had to ask for one. Overall satisfied.

Comfortable rooms, breakfast well stocked, friendly staff, and housekeeping quick. Only "complaint" is that the buildings are not all connected so you have to go outside to get to the lobby.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent as well.

People are great but the facilities are quite poor. My room was damp the entite stay.

Nice spacious rooms. Decent Internet. Front desk could be more attentive. Iron ruined my shirt (rusty water dripped from steam jet).

The hotel is located in a convenient place and is close to the central 75. The building is well maintained and ckean. It has a outdoor swimming pool, a little patio for friends to hang out. The staff are friendly and are willing to help. The breakfast is very delicious and has lots of choices, such as scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits, hot and cold cereals, and more. I will stay there again next time.

I am very disappointed with how I have been treated by Marriott . First off , we had housekeeping leave our door open an entire day . I went to front desk and she gave us 12,500 points for this . During that discussion with us Stephanie assured us that at the end of our stay we would also get our points for our stay . Upon checking out I asked the gentleman do I have to do anything more to get my points . His reply was no , I see you booked with a third party but that doesn t matter you will still get your points . So a week passed and I didn t see points . I called the Marriott in Richardson and the gentleman told me to call the bonvoy number . He said I will email you your receipt . So , I call the number and get a gentleman on the phone who agreed we were owed points and he would take care of it . He told me I would receive ten points for every dollar I spent . A few days later I get an email telling me I booked with a third party and would not get my points . Several employees already told me I would. I was basically called a liar and was not accommodated . I have been in management all my life and never treated so poorly . Basically I was called a liar and was not accommodated . Maybe that is their policy , but if so they should train their employees. After being told by multiple people , I should have been taken care of . So to close Marriott has lost a good customer .

This is my home away from home and has been for many years. I love the staff I love the way I'm treated the rooms are always impeccably clean just a great Hotel

Loved this hotel. We normally stay at another location when travelling to the area and decided to give this place a try because of the breakfast buffet. Boy are we glad we did, the staff was awesome. We had trouble with the TV and the manager, Stephanie, personally came up to help and was such a friendly spark to the start of our stay. Would highly recommend, and yeah, the breakfast buffet was everything we hoped for and more. Really would expect this place to be 200+ a night and at 1laround 110/night, it's a steal!

You get what you pay for. Fireplace doesn't work. Fire alarm goes off 6am.

Really enjoyed my stay here. They have a very good breakfast everyday and dinner from mon-wed. There was wine and beer with dinner.

I had one of the worst day when ingotnto Dallas. The manager and the staff were SO GREAT. They turned my whole day around. I would tell the world to stay here. Clean rooms and the STAFF IS AMAZING.

There was blood on my daughter's sheets upon check-in (Thursday). Guest services gave us a sheet and told us we were responsible for changing the soiled sheet. Management did not follow-up with me as promised. I had to call them them the following afternoon (Friday). The manager told me they were having phone issues and that she would call me back shortly. She never called back. Someone from the front desk called me back the following day (Saturday)at 5:42 PM. They left the soiled sheet in our room the ENTIRE stay. The hotel did compensate the 1st day. I did not like the lack of communication and concern from management. I was also disgusted that we had to keep soiled sheets in our room the entire stay.

The rooms are very nice had a small kitchen in it and was very affordable I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again when needed

This place is great! We were able to bring our dog and get a room to fit our 6 member family. Breakfast could be better in that the portion sizes set out weren't enough to feed all guests. Overall, we were happy and would come back.

My sister booked a handicap accessible extended stay room for my mother and disabled uncle for the holidays. They somehow overbooked themselves and their room was not available when they arrived. It was a huge inconvenience especially arriving at night after a 12 hour drive. We had to make last minute accommodations when every other hotel was booked for the holidays.

Not too bad, mostly good but there were a few minor issues that made the stay less than great. The room keys were constantly getting "unprogrammed" and the doors would always require you to swipe your key several times before letting you in. The food was not very good but they did provide free softdrinks, beer and wine during dinner time. The hotel staff was very friendly.

I've stayed here a couple of times for good and affordable nights. However, it's a long way to downtown Dallas. But the Southfork Ranch is not far. Yes, there really are!

These guys are amazing. I almost felt like family and they were run by Disney. Friendly & helpful. Many staff asked and remembered our names. They sent a Thank you and treats. Not only was there breakfast but they had a social dinner with music Monday through Wednesday while we were there. We met employees who were happy. I think they must treat them well. Kudos! Love this place. Prices are higher but I am sure that helps cover the food and great help.

Love this hotel, nice location, close to everything

Even though this was just an overnight stay, I'm sure I would have been equally satisfied with a longer stay. The suite was very spacy and comfortable with all the amenities you'd need for an extended stay. The staff was, without exception, very pleasant and helpful. I love the evening events where guests are able to mingle, a nice touch.

My room is massive! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette and living room.

Outdated, I stayed in building A which feels like something straight out of the 80's. Room was not too bad but you get what you pay for.

Terrific staff and super kind and helpful. Nice updated rooms even though the outside looks dated. Nice pool too with new chairs and umbrellas.

2 bedroom suites are nice. Clean rooms. Free breakfast and dinner during weekdays is nice

Terrible Management. Beds are uncomfortable. I went to my car at 5:45AM to get something and my key card didn't work to get back in the building. I had to go to the front desk to get a new key - after waiting for 15 minutes, they told me the key card machine was broken. They called the maintenance man to let me into my room. That made me uncomfortable. And they charge $5 just to make a LD phone call that lasted about 5 seconds.

My stay at the Residence Inn Dallas Richardson was wonderful. After a 15 hour drive my family and I were exhausted and just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. The 2 women at the front desk must have seen the exhaustion in my eyes, it only took 5 minutes from check-in to hitting the shower. The room was extremely clean and spacious, everything in the kitchen was operational, and the beds were wonderful. I don't think I could say enough about how enjoyable our 5 day stay was. Well done.
