Child & pet friendly, but beware* They will ask you to sign a pet agreement that if your pets soil or damage to the room... they will charge you $150.00 Pet Free. Mine didn't and I was still charged what they call a $150.00 Pet Cleaning fee that they said they charge All Pet owners! * We were not advised of that in advance! Free full breakfast M-F & Free dinner and wine/beer Monday-Wed.
EXTREMELY Disappointed in the housekeepers...they don't speak or read English. Not once were they able to meet my needs reguarding my bed being made...long story short...I had a body pillow and extra pillows due to musculature movement disorder...I spoke with them, left notes...I just wanted them to Leave or put back my body pillow the way I had it (on the bed and below other pillows, it's very heavy for me and sometimes it wouldn't even be on the bed. I didn't care if that meant just fix the bedding around it...no big deal...don't need to make the bed perfect...Due to my disability I can't keep fixing what they're unmaking! In 12 days I only asked for clean sheets twice...the 1st time they took my body pillow sheet that I brought from home and removed it and placed it on my mattress. Why? I have no idea! Wasn't thrilled, but didn't complain...the 2nd time, they took my same sheet from my mattress(mine) and it was missing! They did look for it and it was never found. The supervisor first told me the maid said none of that ever happened and the sheet must be in my room. I was furious! I had exhausted all searches before reporting the missing high thread count sheet that I brought from home and had placed over my very large body pillow. The communication was horrible...every time they called to discuss it, they called it a pillow, a blanket, never what it was...Anyway, they have offered to replace it...that's nice and I appreciate them. Every morning my dog would bark waking me up between 7:45-8:15 AM to what sounds like a group of woman speaking Spanish outside my door (which was next to the storage closet), on the 10th day I woke up very early and waited by the door for the loud group of woman speaking, when I heard them I opened the door to find ONE woman in an EXTREMELY loud voice speaking Spanish on her cell phone! Everyday the hallway from my door to the elevator was blocked with 2 houskeeping carts side by side, so I was unable to get past the hallway with my walker. I would call out to them, ask for help moving THEIR carts...NOTHING! That was the most miserable 12 days of our lives! The manager of the apartment complex who went out of his way to make disability accommodations for us while paying for our 12 day stay were all dismissed at check in. I was given a contact person at the hotel that the apartment complex mgr. gave me with all my needs for my disability; 1st floor, near an exit (to take service dogs in training outside to potty day & night) & handicap room. Only to be told by the hotel contact person that she "Just took the reservation and wasn't told about my needs, all they had was the room on the 2nd floor." I will NEVER reccommed this specific hotel EVER! This was our experience, hopefully yours will be better.
