There was blood on my daughter's sheets upon check-in (Thursday). Guest services gave us a sheet and told us we were responsible for changing the soiled sheet. Management did not follow-up with me as promised. I had to call them them the following afternoon (Friday). The manager told me they were having phone issues and that she would call me back shortly. She never called back. Someone from the front desk called me back the following day (Saturday)at 5:42 PM. They left the soiled sheet in our room the ENTIRE stay. The hotel did compensate the 1st day. I did not like the lack of communication and concern from management. I was also disgusted that we had to keep soiled sheets in our room the entire stay.
