Richardson Residence Inn by Marriott Review

Really nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was a full breakfast with sausage, eggs, and waffles.

Decent quality building, free breakfast and dinner, and a not-so-great gym

Nice hotel. Ok location. Rooms seem recently remodeled but hallways need work.

Rooms are clean and updated. The happy hour is nice. This was a business trip so I was unable to truly enjoy all of the amenities however the included breakfast is very nice and convenient.

Enjoyed every bit of it. Even with the covid 19, they were professional and safe and courteous at the same time.

I'm so spectiful of hotels especially with bed bugs being famous in hotels. But the Residence Inn is so beautiful, clean as hell, everything was so sparkly clean. Great hotel, will definately stay at my next trip, give it a try, you will be so glad you did.

Good cover band in the lounge on Tuesday nights from 6 to 9.

Been here a few times. My review is based on all the times I have been here. The staff is a 10! Always helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious in design and accommodations are very comfortable. They have kitchenette s which helps when you are just too tired to go out and want to use the amenities in your room. For people who like Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Showtime etc. it s all available on your television. That right there helps families keeping kids entertained. Aside from the pool and basketball courts outside. Food is pretty good considering they offer a decent variety from hot food to cereal if you so choose. You are far enough away from the 75 highway and close enough all at the same time. Easy to get to and from places. Really a good central location. You won t be disappointed.

A nice clean place to crash. Rooms have ample space and good internet connectivity, so you can work if necessary. The decor is a bit plain. Included breakfast and evening appetizers are an added convenience. The pool is too small and too exposed to other public areas like the parking lot. The fitness room is tiny. Staff are welcoming and service is adequate. No room service for in-room dining, but a plethora of nearby restaurants will deliver.

Great rooms. Visited my cousin, who stayed in studio room. Nice cozy room with good ventilation.

This hotel is really well managed. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast area is always clean and the lady is so friendly. Attitude is everything in hospitality and these Residence team has it. Thanks for making my stay a good one.

BEST breakfast ever. We got the 2 bed, 2 bath suite for 7 people & it was perfect. Pool was nice. Only complaint was the smell outside. They put mulch or fertilizer out yesterday & even today smells like dog poop outside. Besides that, awesome place. Will come back & recommend.

My party and I stayed for 5 days. This is probably the best hotel experience I have had. Our room featured a queen size bed, a hide a bed sofa, large desk and television and three chests of drawers, and a small kitchen with a full set of dishes and flatware for a group of four. There was a full sized fridge, and a two burner electric cooktop plus a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also included dish soap, scrubbing pads and other upkeep items. The room was large and clean. The staff was FANTASTIC. They went above and beyond any time we had requests. There were several nights of complimentary live music and hors d'oeuvres. The only odd thing was the bathroom, as you had to step into the shower to close the door, but as the shower was large and modern, this was easily overlooked. Between our room block and the main entrance were a gas firepit and heated outdoor seating area. There was also a small badminton/volleyball court near the very spacious parking area. This place is easy to miss, as it is tucked between a cluster of large hotels, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facilty.

There was a mix up in reservations and it was a nightmare to resolve the issue; didn't get into a room until 2am, an hour after arrival. By the following morning our room keys had aleady been deactivated and housekeeping had to walk us to our room and let us in. The room was nice though.

Absolutely loved our stay here! It actually had a full size oven which some locations don t. The 2 bdrm suite was spacious and had plenty of room for myself, god daughter and her mom. We enjoyed eating together at the dining room table on nights we didn t eat out. I did have an issue with the master bdrm door not closing completely, but maintenance came promptly. The pool s temperature was perfect and the breakfast had nice options. The front desk staff were great also! Not far from Walmart, or the mall. About a 20 minute drive to downtown. I will definitely be staying here again!

OK location. Outside looks like a nursing home. Great amenities though and staff was delightful. Only reason why I wouldn't recommend it is that it is so far from even uptown Dallas.
