Little good to say about the delivery. First time my package was not taken with the delivery person, the second time my appointment was changed by Reviva to a moment when I was not at home and the third time the delivery person was 5 hours late. Greetings!

My new kpn device was to be delivered through this company. As delivery time indicated between 9 and 13, however, I was told on the day itself that this would be between 11.30 and 13.30. Waited at home all day, at 1.30 pm I was informed that the delivery person would be there in half an hour. Even then we waited neatly at home for the doorbell. Until suddenly I received a message that it had failed because I was not at home !! Angry called to the service, which could not mean anything to me because I was not at home during the delivery moment. The woman Ursula did not want any of this because the delivery person would have been real, he would have confirmed this. I'm not doing this for fun, am I ?! She was very curt and very unfriendly, couldn't think in solutions and I had to reschedule. This went wrong with me and I said very clearly that the service is extremely bad and the delivery person incapable! Delivery person would also have put a note in the mail, found out today that this is also a lie because there was nothing in the mail? The day after, having it delivered again, here too the delivery person was later than planned, was only just in time for my work. Bad service !!

The device has not been delivered 2 weeks after concluding the contract. Reviva itself says nothing about the real reason for the long wait. Tele2 told me by telephone about the robbery at this courier company.

I have a bad experience with Reviva. At the first appointment things seemed to go well at first. Signed up on the website and made an appointment after the weekend. Website states on the day of delivery that the deliverer is on his way. However - saw no one and the next morning Reviva appears to have canceled my order with Tele2 without my knowledge. So if I was on the phone for an hour to reactivate my order at Tele2.
A week later (because new order = reconnecting in the queue) another attempt, but that also went wrong. This time Reviva will inform you - again for unclear reason - by SMS on the day of delivery (!) That the delivery cannot take place.
I was able to make a 3rd appointment online right away and it eventually went through.
3 times partly taken off / worked at home to receive that phone and only on the 3rd try it went well.

My device would therefore be delivered on Sunday 10 March between 11:40 and 13:15. So I have thrown away my working day to stay at home (I hereby report that I am a self-employed person). After having been home all day, I received NIKS. After calling, Reviva said he could only arrive at half past seven because he missed the package (note: I was home all day). On the map he drove again in the neighborhood but then went to the other side of the city. I had my engagement at 5 o'clock. I will not wait until 7, not even knowing that it is actually delivered. We moved the date to today, Tuesday, March 12. Just being called with Reviva and the package stood up: delivered (Sunday, March 10). That is not true and it appears that the package is still with them. Today I hear more about this breathtaking spectacle. Tele2, please do not do business with this company anymore. You are cutting your finger on this yourself.

Update: I would soon change package service Tele2, because this company plays with the time of their customers. I already have 2 working days (as a freelancer, the money does not come to me) home for Jan with the short last name. I just had to select a new appointment on their site. Tomorrow the deliveryman "comes". I will notice it. These are not doing business.

Very bad company, that these types of companies still exist.
We had made an appointment for delivering mobile from kpn. They would deliver this on Tuesday between 3 pm and 6 pm.
What do they do, they are on the doorstep in the morning at 11 am, so we were not at home.
Then made a new appointment, deliver Thursday between 6 pm and 9 pm. Stayed home all evening, no delivery person.
I started calling this company on Friday. We were put on hold for over 1 hour and 15 minutes, after which we were told at 6.30 pm that they were closed at 6 pm. They could have said this at 6 pm, that saves another half an hour.

Now our problem, no mobile and no contact with this company.

People, please do not work with this company, you will regret it !!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with Reviva. Last Saturday my package would be delivered between 9.16 and 11.16. I haven't seen anyone at 1 pm. Called you. Unexpected circumstances - later delivery. At 11 pm I received a message to make a new appointment. And immediately afterwards a message that the delivery person had stopped by at 10.16 am and that I was not at home then !!
Fortunately, the delivery person Kevin delivered the package on Monday by appointment.

Great delivery! But keep passing on the correct status and no standard fit's all message if a delivery person is sick. Communicate this, this can happen and is no problem. The worst delivery service in the Netherlands. I had bought a new phone through Tele 2 that would be delivered by Reviva. The package would initially be delivered to my parents (Thursday), but because they did not have my passport, I called back that same morning to make a new appointment at my work the next day (Friday). would find. She told me that she could not see where the package was at the moment and therefore I could not schedule a new appointment, she also pointed out that they still had to receive the package from Tele 2 - to which I indicated that the package was already delivered to a delivery person. and this could not be the case. I got angry because how can you 'lose' a package for 4 days? I indicated that I wanted an answer that day about where my package was and I wanted to schedule a new appointment, after which the (not so friendly) lady told me that she would contact me that day.

Monday morning at 8 am, I still hadn't heard anything and decided to contact Reviva again - the guy I spoke to indicated that the package was correct but that it still had to be registered and that I would then could only make a new appointment. He would keep me informed and indicated that I could expect a call before noon. You guessed it ... it was noon and I still hadn't heard anything. I decided to call back myself and could indeed schedule a new appointment. The times at Reviva are quite far apart and I indicated that I would like to receive the package at work for 1 hour because I had an appointment myself afterwards and would no longer be at the same location. He could take care of it because of everything that had been done wrong. The next day (Tuesday) I received a message 'your delivery person will be at your door between 13:24 and 15:24 and these were exactly the times that I am not present. I then called Reviva again to report this and the (not so nice) same lady answered who indicated that this could not be changed and I had to find out for myself. She told me that she could not find anything in the system about the agreement I made with her colleague to have it delivered before 1:00 PM. In addition, she did not agree with me about the number of times it had gone wrong, because it was not indicated in her system. Sorry but how can you treat your customers like that and call me a liar?

I hope this post makes it clear that the communication within this company is not normally bad and I hope you see this and take it seriously so that this can be improved!

But unfortunately I had to wait twice for nothing for my SIM card, because agreements are not fulfilled by Reviva. Is casually told that I was not present via text message, while I was there all day to receive my SIM card; have my bank card and driver's license ready!
