What a bad company!
What a bad company!
Would receive my phone on Tuesday but never received it due to a malfunction. They had a different number so I was not informed and then was on hold for 2 hours.
I don't know how many people they employ for customer service but this is really outrageously bad. A shame because Tele2 is a good company in terms of telephone subscription. Unfortunately a bad experience. I hope that tele2 will do something about this because that is not how you treat customers !!!
