I was very sorry that my order was delivered via Reviva.
Waited 5 hours at home. no message. after calling the help desk. get to know sorry driver would come 1/2 hour later. 1/2 hour later. get to hear sorry driver to the hospital. delivery comes later with another driver. unfortunately it does not come ...... etc twice after going wrong with appointments. I only finally received the 3rd day where I have to wait 5 hours at home. everything promised by help desk is not true. they do not call 15 minutes before arrival. really a very poorly organized company

It was agreed with KPN that they would come between 6 pm and 9 pm. They were already there at 5 pm, I didn't care, but don't make any arrangements.

After having had contact with KPN I got the telephone number of Reviva and with the person on the phone I could well discuss and make an appointment about replacement and delivery of the experience box, unfortunately with KPN itself a somewhat less experience because if it gets too difficult they flicker the phone on the hook

Expressly staying at home and waiting for your packages to arrive is of course no problem. On the contrary: it is great that this is possible in our current time. Of course this can also go wrong. Fair enough: Fouad thought to have to deliver at number 533 instead of 53-3, but on closer inspection it is due to a mistake on the site: 53-3 automatically becomes 533 every time.

How is this possible? As a service that takes itself seriously, should this just be right and be check ??

I would recommend Tele 2 to take a different service in hand for this service, and for the rest any company that takes it seriously, to shy away from ever doing this. Unbelievable.

My phone would arrive between 12:30 and 17:30 at most. On the day of delivery I received a text message that it would arrive between 14:30 and 16:30. At 5:00 pm the phone was still not delivered. I then called customer service, at 5:45 pm I supposedly had to wait another 6 minutes until I would get someone on the line. The phone was not delivered until 17:50. I find this badly arranged, and I expected at least a text or email that the courier would be later. I am disappointed in this company, which has left me at home all day and is still late.

What a joke of a delivery service. Make an appointment to deliver my package between 13:00 and 16:00 and then at 12:30 a message to send that they were at 13:00 at the door and there was no one at home. KPN has engaged this company to supply a receiver. First time on October 4th. Canceled without reason, had to make a new appointment. Searched for a date when I was really at home. The courier claims that I was not home at 3:35 pm while cooking in the kitchen !!! So seriously, I have camera images to prove that !! The courier wants to be home quickly and has to drive another 1.5 hours to Waalwijk. I give it to send it back tonight but they can not do what that costs money !!!!! Let him drive back at his own expense, I indicated, but they will not do that. No it is normal for a courier to lie, go home early and so I have to wait half a day at home again !!! Delivery canceled twice already! So twice my evening kept free for nothing.
The first time was the excuse that the delivery person had canceled due to personal circumstances. Well that can happen (still bad that they have no reserve), so I made an appointment.
The second time I was told that they had not received my order yet ?! It was already two weeks ago that I had ordered my telephone. Why do they only find out on the day that my order had not arrived? And why wasn't I told this the first time? Now I seem to have to wait until I was called back to make an appointment, so I lost another evening. Really an embarrassing display. I recommend everyone just buy your phone at a store if you love your free time, because this amateur company only makes you feel bad (and not a phone).
